Clinics supply regulated,
cleaner, safer drugs that reduce overdoses. Why rob a corner store or sell yourself for prostitution when you can get drugs for free? Also on hand - free medical check-ups, free counselling, contact with social workers if they need housing, etc. Data from overseas shows that it massively reduces the burden on police, courts, jails - and actually helps give users a sense of dignity and helps many become drug free and deal with their problems and return to functional members of society with jobs and a purpose.

So - war on drugs to help the cartels grow? Or war on a silly policy that takes people with a mental health condition - and throws them in jail and gives them a REAL education in becoming a criminal?

You and I have fundamentally different perspectives on how to prevent the ills of society. You think that allowing degeneracy, drugs and murder will help society. I believe in the firm hand of discipline because human nature is destructive and needs a regulating and guiding hand. You will never convince me that murder should be permissible.

Abortion must not only be illegal but socially ostracized. The doctors who perform it should be disgraced and the women who seek it should feel themselves as murderers, akin to pedophiles. You want social acceptance of these things and pity to the evildoer. This can only elevate abortion as an option.

In Psalm 83, we learn, that many nations are joining together in a covenant against YHVH and His people, and that this conspiracy is led by Edom.

As long as Edom reigns, the house of David does not reign. The struggle between Jacob and Esau continues. When the house of David reigns, Edom is defeated

The root of the struggle for supremacy goes back to the time of Rebekah's pregnancy, when two nations were in her womb. This ancient struggle continues. But YHVH has promised that the house of David will reign again

In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the Lord that doeth this. Israel will possess Edom. But before this happens, Edom will throw off Jacob's yoke and bring about a new world order. The bloodline of Edom is found today in the military and similar institutions. Edom is attracted to power control such as banking systems, drug trafficking, the military, and terrorism. Of course, this does not mean that everyone in the military, banking systems, etc. is Edom

Amalek fights against the people of YHVH:

Who fought against the house of Judah among our people? Who hated the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and wanted to erase all knowledge of Him? The Third Reich brought chaos upon the Germans. The bloodline is Amalek in our people. No one from this bloodline will be saved, and YHVH will completely destroy it at the end of days:

And the Lord said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. Ex 17:14

Even though Germany surrendered after World War II, the Third Reich lives on, meaning that Amalek has not yet been eradicated, not yet completely destroyed. At that time, many, many supporters of the Third Reich were welcomed with open arms in the US and South America and found open doors in the military, etc. Amalek's goal is to destroy Ephraim before the second exodus takes place. The serpent, the dragon, is in Amalek.

In our country, there is not only the bloodline of Amalek, but also the bloodline of Assur (Assyrians). Not all Assyrians remained in Iraq; some also emigrated to Europe, including when the ten tribes migrated to Europe. According to Yair Davidy, who has written extensively about the ten lost tribes, the German people are largely descended from the bloodlines of Amalek, Assur (Assyria), and Edom. In German culture, there is this spirit of the hunter, as Edom was. But of course there is a remnant among the German people who turned and turn to the G-d of Israel.

Edom resists Israel, Amalek attacks Israel, and Assur, the Assyrians, captured the ten lost tribes. Germany is a composite of these bloodlines of course, other tribes may have ended up in Germania here and there and thanks be to YHVH, there was and is this remnant of those who hold fast to the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

All these bloodlines are involved at different levels in the battle of the end times

And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him... We now especially need the prophetic word about the plan of YHVH at the end of days, that He wants to lead the ten lost tribes home, so that we understand why this chaos must be. And so that we can prepare for the exodus. Of course, no one can say when the time will come

We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 2 Pe 1:19

I personally believe that this topic can be understood better if you take a look at this other theory that I first began to specifically research in 1994.

The NT church is the one who wrote the Scriptures. So its a strange question as if the apostle were working against the inspired word of God. And no I do not beleive Peter started the Catholic church. That would go under Isa 8:20

Jesus commissioned the apostles to teach the gospel message who wrote the inspired NT and we are also spread the gospel message which is found in God's holy word.

1. Was the Sabbath commandment "handwritten" ?

Lets look at what the Bible says
Exo 31:18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.

Context doesn't fit- the Ten Commandments including the Sabbath commandment was written by the finger of God not "handwritten" which is what Moses wrote with his hand 2 Chr 33:8 Deut 31:24-26

2. ordinances

Lets look at the Testimony of God
Right in the Ten Commandments God wrote this about the Ten Commandments:
Exo 20:6 Exo 20:6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

Context doesn't fit

3. Is the Sabbath commandment against and contrary to us

Lets look at what Jesus said:
Mat 2:27 The Sabbath was made for man
The Sabbath was made for man, what God makes for man is not against us as Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath certainly not against man. The Sabbath is blessed and sanctified by God, it’s not the definition of contrary and against. To try to make this passage fit to the weekly Sabbath that started at Creation, when everything was according to God's perfect plan that the Sabbath that is holy and blessed that God made to be "contrary and against mankind" is really an attack on the character of God. Calling something that is blessed and sanctified by God that is a sign we are God's people Eze 20:20 and a sign of His sanctification Eze 20:12 is "contrary and against" we have a warning about this very thing Isa 5:20

Context doesn't fit

So looking at the immediate context shows clearly Paul is not speaking of the Sabbath commandment. Nor does Paul have the authority to change God's written and spoken Testimony Exo 31:18 the words of the covenant Exo 34:28 that God promised He would not alter Psa 89:34 they went from written on tables of stone to written on tablets of the heart 2 Cor 3:3 Heb 8:10 because God keeps His promises.

Right here is enough to know Paul is not referring to the Sabbath commandment, but lets keep going.

This is what Paul is quoting the laws he is referring to is from

Deu 31:24 And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished,
Deu 31:25 That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying,
Deu 31:26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.

The laws that were beside the ark of the Covenant handwritten by Moses, there as a witness against, the context of Col 2:14

But lets look at this verse closer

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
The Greek word for sabbath here is plural not singular. So its not speaking of "The" Sabbath day Exo 20:10-11 "The" holy day of the Lord Is 58:13 as already seen in the context.

Paul is quoting Ezekiel all of the sacrifices and offerings. Some of the annual feast days were also sabbaths, not to be confused with the weekly Sabbath commandment that started before the fall, the sabbath feast ordinances were given after the fall written by hand, in the law of Moses.

Eze 45:17 And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

What was predicted would end when Jesus came?

Dan 9:27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate."

So this is not about any of the Ten Commandments but about the food and drink offerings, feast days that some were also sabbath(s) that were handwritten by Moses placed besides the ark of the covenant that came after the fall of man. The Sabbath started at Creation before sin Exo 20:11 so can't be a "shadow" of anything as it is part of God's perfect plan before sin took over and a need for a plan of salvation.

Why if you look at the next verse it clearly shows what it is referring to which works in perfect harmony with the context

Col 2:17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

Heb 10:1 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.
Heb 10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.
Heb 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. (contrary and against)
Heb 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.
Heb 10:5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: "SACRIFICE AND OFFERING YOU DID NOT DESIRE, BUT A BODY YOU HAVE PREPARED FOR ME.
Heb 10:6 IN BURNT OFFERINGS AND SACRIFICES FOR SIN YOU HAD NO PLEASURE.
Heb 10:7 THEN I SAID, 'BEHOLD, I HAVE COME—IN THE VOLUME OF THE BOOK IT IS WRITTEN OF ME—TO DO YOUR WILL, O GOD.' "

Heb 10:9 then He said, "BEHOLD, I HAVE COME TO DO YOUR WILL, O GOD." He takes away the first that He may establish the second.

Exo 12:17 43 So the Lord said to Moses and Aaron: This is the ordinance of the Passover:
1Co 5:7 Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.

There is so much more evidence I could provide like comparing what Jesus said which in using Col 2:14-16 against the Sabbath commandment and contradicts His teachings. Hopefully this will be looked at in prayer as I know this is a popular teaching, but the context does not fit the Sabbath commandment written by the finger of God that is part of God's holy and eternal law Mat 5:18-19 Isa 66:23 that God promised not to alter Psa89:34 not a jot or tittle Mat 5:18-19.

Which commandments did Jesus publicly state were necessary to obey in order to inherit eternal life in his kingdom?

The Sabbath of the Jews? No, and that is because Jesus' new covenant Church is for both Jew and non-Jew. Only Israelites/Jews and converts to Judaism under the first covenant were ever commanded to keep the Sabbath.

The Law of Moses: Exodus 31:13 “Say to the children of Israel, ‘You shall observe my Sabbaths, for the Sabbath is a sign between me and you for all your generations, so that you may know that I am the Lord, who makes you holy.

When did God stop making a distinction between the Jew and the Gentile generations? When Jesus Christ sacrificially died on the cross, he fulfilled the first covenant (Law of Moses) with the Jews (thereby ending their Sabbaths and new moon and dietary obligations), and he made his new covenant with all people, regardless of nationality. Jesus' sacrifice made the first covenant/Law of Moses Sabbath laws obsolete. Hebrews 8:13, Matthew 28:18-20, Colossians 2:13-17, Romans 10:12, Galatians 3:28

Paul had to contend with many Judaizers in his day. Judaizers insisted that Gentile converts to Christianity were obligated to become circumcised and to keep the Law of Moses with its Sabbaths, new moons, and dietary obligations. Paul declared that he wished these troublesome Judaizers would castrate themselves. Galatians 5:1-13

Jesus Christ is Lord of the Sabbath. Did he command that his followers keep the Sabbath of the Jews?

Mark 10:17-19 As Jesus was starting out on a journey, a man came running up to him, knelt down, and asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 18 Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone. 19 You know the commandments: ‘Do not kill. Do not commit adultery. Do not steal. Do not bear false witness. Do not defraud. Honor your father and your mother.’”

Matthew 19:16-19 Then a man came forward and asked him, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to achieve eternal life?” 17 He said to him, “Why do you ask me about what is good? Christians, regardless of nationality, worship God on Sundays, in remembrance and thanksgiving of the day of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead, giving all of us hope of eternal life. Sorry I should have qualified this as an overseer or elder. Though the priest has been associated with the overseer who were known as bishops. We see the Catholic form of worship beginning around maybe around 90AD. Ignatius mentions the 3 fold hierarchy of bishop, presbyter and deacon around 107AD.

But not like the old priests but rather as Paul mentions, a new kind of priest that is bringing the Gentiles as a pure sacrifice in Christ to the alter. God established the Aaronic priesthood by covenant with Moses and his family.

Christ eatablished the new covenant ministry when he appointed the disciples. This was the fullfillment of the old priesthood.

But this is the ministry part of overseeing the church like the old priesthood did. The practical and physical church that is ordered by the teachings and the special authority that was given by Christ to the apostles who then passed this on to overseers like Timothy, Titus, Bernabas, Silas, John Mark, Clement who was appointed by Peter and Ignatius by John. Paul appoited many overseers.

But there is also the Royal Priesthood who all believers are part of. This is the spiritual aspect that makes us all High Priests and able to recieve Christs justification to be worthy to enter the holy place and have communion with God.

But also to decern the truth and preach the gospel as a disciples which is a messenger of God. But not an apostle which is the 12 plus 70 dsiciples who ordained other men as overseers.

People sometimes confuse these or dismiss the ministerial aspect. But as a physical church there needs to be order and authority. Just as John and Paul and Peter were doing in leading, correcting others, reproving the teachings and even rebuking and putting out false teachers in the church.

Paul mentions this order when he talks about obeying elders and rulers and all the other stuff about qualifying overseers, prophesy, miniters in care, elders who teach are worth double honor, head coverings, how to deal with sin and false teachings in the church ect.

A lot of this has to do with the wolves who will come in to Christ church and fool even the elect. The overseer is the shepherd who protects the flock in the church.

But their authority is not theirs but what Christ has given and they represent Him and not themselves. They are actually servants like Christ who will lay their lives down for the church. Thats why the majority in the early church were executed for heading the church and representing a threat to the pagan Romans.

It's related to:

John 16:13
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

You can't ignore those verses unless you're not receiving any guidance from the Holy Spirit or too little to live entirely on it and you still need to be guided by other people in the Word your whole life.

You probably never heard these verses preached together in their proper context in church unless their pastor is crazy or don't care losing church attendance.

If you read the previous section of John 2 it shows that John is speaking to the saved about how they know the truth of Christ by the Holy spirit. Thats why John says 'I don't need to tell you as they already can decern for themselves what is the truth of Christ.

But this would only make sense if there was a false teaching that John was warning about for the believers not to follow. So John is actually acting as an overseer and shepherd to the believers reminding them not to be fooled by lies and that they know the truth he has taught them is from Christ.

Verse 26 mentions this "I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray".

The disciples and the overseers passed the authority to be able to teach as John did which came from Jesus. The overseer is the shepherd that watches over the church. They warn, correct and reprove the believers to ensure they are following the teachings and Christ as there are many wolves that come into the church to decieve believers.

Here we are talking about the church, the gathering of believers in worship which is a vital part of being a Christian. Just like any large group coming together there needs to be order and an authority to overseer the ministry and church.

Christ appointed the apostles as the first ministers to spread the gospel and setup Christs physical church on earth which was to take over the Temple and Jewish synagogues in worship. This was another decernment in parting ways with Judaism.

Paul mentions the teachings and how the church was to be odered. Such as the qualifications for an overseer and the special laying of hands in giving them authority over the church ministry and to appoint others to take over and lead the church into the future.

Yes, the constellation "Virgo", the brightest star "Sirius" is also a hypostasis of Isis (the planet Venus), as the ancient Egyptians recorded. Has this sign been seen in the heavens recently? In the fall of 2017, Jupiter stood in Virgo, but this will repeat itself every 12 years. Other signs are needed to indicate the near end, and there are none in the sky today.
