Germany’s final three nuclear power plants close their doors on Saturday, marking the end of the country’s nuclear era that has spanned more than six decades.

But for others, closing down nuclear plants is short-sighted. They see it as turning off the tap on a reliable source of low-carbon energy at a time when drastic cuts to planet-heating pollution are needed.

Even as these debates rumble on, and despite last-minute calls to keep the plants online amid an energy crisis, the German government has been steadfast.

“The position of the German government is clear: nuclear power is not green. Nor is it sustainable,” Steffi Lemke, Germany’s Federal Minister for the Environment and Consumer Protection and a Green Party member, told CNN.

For critics of Germany’s policy, however, it’s irrational to turn off a low-carbon source of energy as the impacts of the climate crisis intensify.

“We need to keep existing, safe nuclear reactors operating while simultaneously ramping up renewables as fast as possible,” Leah Stokes, a professor of climate and energy policy at the University of California, Santa Barbara, told CNN.

The big risk, she said, is that fossil fuels fill the energy gap left by nuclear. Reductions in Germany’s nuclear energy since Fukushima have been primarily offset by increases in coal, according to research published last year.



I think stories like this can be a bit of a wake-up call to those who oppose fossil fuels while simultaneously opposing nuclear. Nuclear (when done right) is a low carbon "gap filler" that can be a supplement to renewable energy sources. I think people have a lot of misguided assumptions about where renewables actually are in terms of progression (compared to where they're actually at), and don't understand some of the limitations of the current renewables in terms of how big of a demand they can actually satisfy, and making hasty decisions to do away with Nuclear has often led to countries firing back up coal plants.


Germany's not the first country to have this happen. Other countries that participated in "Nuclear phase outs" (like Austria, Italy, and The Netherlands) all started firing back up old coal plants in 2022...and Greece is extending their sunset on coal by 5 years and actually planning on increasing mining by 50% over the next few years.

I think people may have gained some false expectations about the capacity of renewables due to a few "model nations" that either had weather or locational situations that were advantageous for particular types of renewables that other countries may not necessarily have.

Seriously, it is heartbreaking that Satan succeeded in destroying the family and the bond of sexual love between man and woman for everyone else, and God likely may not restore that for eternity again. There is very high rates of divorce nearly everywhere and there is seemingly no haven or escape from this perversion. As well as other things, like the possibility that God will allow them to destroy the whole earth and everybody living on it. Very insane times.

It is really making me lose my already mustard-seed faith.

I constantly hear brethren just repeating what some preacher taught that hasn't done their homework on the matter of the heavenly future in God's written Word. So if you wonder what it's actually going to be like once Lord Jesus returns to this earth as written, then stay tuned, because I'm going to cover the Ezekiel 47 chapter here which is just about that very truth in God's Word.

Just so ya know, the Ezekiel 40 through 47 chapters are all future Millennial chapters for after Christ's future return. They show the details and layout of God's "house", you know, the "house" that has "many mansions" which Lord Jesus said in John 14 that He goes to prepare a place for His faithful elect (i.e., abodes per the Greek).

This Ezekiel 47 chapter is about the return of God's River of Genesis 2 which was once upon this earth with Him, and it flowed out of His Garden of Eden, which was then upon this earth, and it fed four other rivers upon the earth. Revelation 22 reveals the return of this River of the Waters of Life back upon this earth, and it is not a spiritual metaphor. It will be a very real event.

Ezekiel 47
1 Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.

This angel is showing Ezekiel a vision of God's future "house" upon the earth which is in the future time of Christ's Millennial temple, with details of its layout in the previous 40 thru 46 chapters. Here Ezekiel sees waters emitting out from under the threshold of the "house" going to the east. Those waters are shown originating "at the south side of the altar". These waters are about God's River of the waters of life (see Revelation 22 also).

2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

Ezekiel is taken out the gate northward unto the outer ("utter") gate that looks to the east. From there the waters ran out on the right side.

3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.

This angel had a measuring line, and measured a thousand cubits (about 1500 feet) out into the flowing waters, and the water level was up to Ezekiel's ankles.

4 Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.

The angel measured again, and the waters were up to Ezekiel's knees. He measured another 1,000, and the waters were up to Ezekiel's loins.

5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.

Then the angels measured a final thousand cubits, and the waters were such a flowing river that it could not be passed over. If you need help visualizing this, look up a YouTube video about river rapids.

6 And he said unto me, "Son of man, hast thou seen this?" Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.

Then the angel brings Ezekiel back to the bank of the river.

7 Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

When Ezekiel returned to the river bank, then he saw many trees on both sides of that river.

8 Then said he unto me, "These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed."

Those waters flow toward the east, down into the desert, and go into the sea. And by this river, those waters will be healed. Apparently, this is what God's River does, heals whatever waters upon the earth it will contact.

9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.

And there it is. Wherever the River flows, it will heal those waters upon the earth. And not only will it cleanse those waters, but will provide for very many fish in them, thus healing the earth's waters. And remember per Revelation 22, there will be no more seas (oceans), so these waters that are healed have to be pointing to rivers and lakes, and little seas, not big oceans like the Atlantic and Pacific.

10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from En-gedi even unto En-eglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
11 But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.

Then the angel gives Ezekiel a detail of the area of the earth where God's River will flow, En-gedi and En-eglaim in the middle east. En-gedi is a place in today's Israel east near the Dead Sea, and has natural springs, and is a wildlife refuge.

12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

On both sides of the River which Ezekiel saw, were these trees for meat, their leaves not fading, and their fruit never consumed away. They will bear new fruits per their months, and this because of the healing of God's River that will flow out from under the sanctuary of God's "house". The leaf will be for medicine.

Where else have we heard about these trees and this River? In the Revelation 22 chapter. Yet how many times has Revelation 22 been actually explained to you, like how Ezekiel here saw it?? What I hear preached most often is some metaphorical spiritual philosophy, like the River of the Waters of Life is just some spiritual idea, and not literal. Lord Jesus did also use it as a metaphor in John 4 about the living waters at the well with the Samaritan woman. But He was actually pointing to this River here of the future that will flow out from under the sanctuary of God's "house" in His future Kingdom here on earth.

The remaining part of the 47th chapter is God giving Ezekiel the layout of Israel's future inheritance in the lands of promise. And even though it mentions the tribes of Israel, God also says this of those who also inherit the land there...

Ezek 47:22-23
22 And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.

23 And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.

That "stranger" given inheritance means us Gentiles in Christ, yo!

Galatians 5:16-17 ESV


There are a lot of people today professing faith in Jesus Christ who are still walking according to the flesh and not according to the Spirit. Their minds are set on the flesh and not on God (not on the Spirit). And they are believing a cheapened form of God’s grace, which is not his grace at all, which they feel gives them the liberty to continue in sin. Yet if our minds are set on the flesh, it ends in death, not in life eternal. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God (see Romans 8:1-14).

For those who are walking by the flesh and not by the Spirit have their minds set on the flesh, and so their thinking is skewed. And so many of them end up confusing lust for love. They call it love when it is truly lust, so they think they are “in love,” but they are really “in lust,” and so they end up following their emotions, and many of them end up doing crazy and bizarre things in the name of “love” when it isn’t really love at all. And this ends up breaking up many marriages, for the person following after the lusts of the flesh does not have his (or her) head “screwed on straight.”

So, many of them end up becoming liars and manipulators in order to hide their sins in secret and/or to try to get others to do what they want them to do. For it is all about them fulfilling the lustful desires of their flesh without regard for who they are taking advantage of or for who they are hurting in the process. For the flesh is selfish in nature. And some people will even go so far as to murder those who they feel stand in the way of them fulfilling the lusts of their flesh. That is how powerful the flesh can be. Those who are driven by the flesh, thus, do not exercise common sense.

But, if truly we are in Christ, by genuine God-given faith in Christ, our minds are no longer to be set on the flesh, but on the Spirit. And we should desire to walk by the Spirit and no longer according to the flesh. And if we do walk by the Spirit in conduct, and in practice, then we will not gratify the sinful cravings of the flesh. But sadly enough, far too many people claiming to have faith in Jesus Christ are still living according to the flesh and not according to the Spirit, and many false teachers are giving them permission to continue living by the flesh and not by the Spirit, too.

Now, we need to pay close attention to what this is teaching us here, for this isn’t just a list of a bunch of sins. What this is saying to us is that if we make such sins as these our practice (habit) that we will not inherit the kingdom of God regardless of what faith in Jesus Christ we have confessed with our lips. For lip service only will not get us into heaven. For Jesus said that not everyone who says to him, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one DOING the will of God the Father who is in heaven. Many who now profess his name, he will one day cast out (see Matthew 7:21-23).

So, we don’t just pray a prayer to receive Jesus Christ into our hearts and now we are good to go for eternity regardless of how we live. And we don’t just confess Christ as Lord and claim to believe in his bodily resurrection and then go on living in sin and expect that God is going to let us into his heaven. For Jesus said that if anyone would come after him, he must deny self, take up his cross daily (die daily to sin and to self) and follow (obey) him. For if we hold on to our old lives of sin, we will lose them for eternity. But if for Jesus’ sake we die to sin and live to his righteousness, then we have eternal life with God (see Luke 9:23-26; cf. Romans 6:1-23).

But far too many people professing faith in Jesus Christ here in America are still living according to the flesh and not according to the Spirit, for they are convinced that a profession of faith in Jesus Christ is enough to secure them heaven for eternity regardless of how they live. But if any of these sins in this list are your habit, your go to, what you do on a somewhat regular and consistent basis, on purpose, deliberately, with full knowledge that what you are doing is wrong and against God and against other humans, and you continue in this, you will not inherit eternal life with God.

Now, not one of us is absolutely perfect in every way. Even Paul, as godly as he was, admitted that he was not yet perfect but that he pressed on in his walk of faith and obedience to the Lord. Now he wasn’t saying, though, that he was sinning in any way, only that he had not yet reached absolute perfection, for we won’t be entirely perfect until we are in heaven with God. So, lack of perfection is never to be used as an excuse for continued and deliberate sin against God and against our fellow humans. But we are all to press on in obeying our Lord Jesus and in doing his will for our lives.

So, when we are now walking by the Spirit and not walking by the flesh, then instead of our lives producing that list of sins, our lives should show forth the fruit of the Spirit. So, instead of lying and cheating and lusting after the things of the flesh, what should be coming forth from our lives should be love, kindness, faithfulness, and self-control, etc. For if we are truly in Christ, by genuine faith in Christ, we should have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires so that we are now walking by the Spirit, instead, and so now we are living to please God and not our sinful flesh.

I'm going to start with verse 14.

The Jews see the feeding and believe that Yeshua is the promised Messiah the Pharisees taught, the one who provide never-ending food. They were positive that Yeshua was the Prophet Moses wrote of, Deut 18:15.

Vs. 15 Yeshua knew the thoughts of men.

Vs. 16-21 The storm and Yeshua walked on water. Yeshua went to the synagogue.

Vs. 22-24 The Jews figure out where Yeshua was and went to his location.

Vs. 25-26 One of the things I enjoy about Yeshua was that he didn't engage in small talk or pointless conversations. He wouldn't debate anything. He was a man driven by his reason for being here. He didn't come to make friends, fit in or try to be popular. The Jews, amazed at how fast Yeshua had traveled, wanted to find out how he accomplished this feat. But Yeshua immediately addressed their wrong motivation for seeking him. He told them that it wasn't because of the miracles they sought him out. When Yeshua did miracles, it either validated to the sheep that Yeshua was indeed sent by Jehovah or opened the eyes of the new sheep that Yeshua was the promised Messiah. (John 3:2) The miracles that Yeshua performed never "convinced" an unbeliever to become a believer. Only unbelievers asked Yeshua to "give a sign" by doing a miracle." Yeshua knew what these men were thinking, that he was the "pretend" Messiah the Pharisees had made up. He told the men, point blank, "You are only here because you ate until you were full."

Vs. 27 Yeshua immediately begins to teach. Yeshua taught the same message to all people. He didn't try to tailor a message for this group and another message for that group. If your version reads "meat," it should read "food." Right off the bat, Yeshua is bringing into play the spiritual vs. the physical, and then, what should have been very familiar to these Jewish men, the theme of "eating the food, the word of Jehovah." When Yeshua said, "him who the Father has sealed," it meant that as a court document is stamped with a seal, he was the legitimate, approved official working under and with the authority of Jehovah, that he was the "real deal."

Vs. 28 These men, who had grown up under the teaching of the Pharisees and scribes, believed that serving God and being blessed by God only resulted after performing "outward" acts of righteousness, doing works.

Vs. 29 Yeshua told them that the one work, the only thing Jehovah required, was to believe on him.

I want to point out something concerning salvation. People are told they have to "accept Christ," "Make Jesus their personal Lord and Saviour," "invite Jesus into your heart," and other little catchphrases that "allow" God to save them. If we look at Acts 16:26-31, the jailer asked, "What must I do to be saved." What was he told? "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ..." Hmm, Yeshua told the men that the only thing required was to believe on him. Paul and Silas told the jailer to believe on Yeshua. We see the same thing taught in John 1:12, 3:16, 9:36-38, 11:27, and 20:30. In these verses; there is no mention of "accepting Christ," "Inviting Jesus into your heart," etc. I have never seen any of the things people are told to do to "get saved" actually spoken by anyone in Scripture. When Jesus talked to the thief on the cross, the thief "didn't admit he was a sinner."
I haven't found any of these phrases in Scripture. Why are people being told they must say "such and such" to "get saved," yet there are no verses to base these "phrases" on! None of the phrases mention "believing in/on Yeshua." Why are people being told to say "such and such" when there is no biblical basis or example of "such and such?" Just wondering, is all.

Vs. 30-31 While most of the crowd had witnessed the miracle feeding, some showed up who hadn't seen the miracle. These would have been spies sent by the Pharisees and/or priests. Yeshua had been on the radar of the RDL soon after he began his work, and the fact that he was already drawing crowds wherever he went made some many religious leaders jealous and alarmed. All of the conflicts Yeshua had were with members of the RDL. They were always trying to trip Yeshua up or tried to bring shame on him, to lose face among those who followed him. These were the ones who asked Yeshua what sign (miracle) would he preform to show that he was sent by Jehovah.


"Our fathers did eat manna in the desert. As it is written, "He (Moses) gave them bread from heaven to eat!"

Remember, it was taught that it was Moses who brought manna down from heaven. They go so far as to claim that this was written in Scripture.

Vs32-34 Jesus said, "No, Moses did not give bread from heaven! But now my Father is giving you the true (spiritual) bread from heaven. That bread of Jehovah is he which came down from heaven and gives (eternal) life unto the world (world of believers). The Jewish men who had witnessed the feeding said to Yeshua, "Sir! Give us this bread forever!"

They totally whiffed on what Yeshua had said! They were thinking of physical bread so that they would never be hungry. They missed that Yeshua said he was that bread, the true bread of heaven, and that he was the spiritual bread that would lead to eternal life.

Vs 35-37 Yeshua tells them, "I am the bread of life. Those that come to me will never hunger and he that believes on me will never thirst. (talking with spiritual meaning, and has moved away from eating into speaking of salvation) But, as I already said, 'You have seen me with your own eyes, but you don't believe,' Understand this, all of those (the sheep) that the Father has given to me WILL COME TO ME. Any that comes to me, I will never reject.

Here is another aspect of salvation that is not known or mentioned. You have to be given to Yeshua by the Father. All of those given to Yeshua WILL GO TO YESHUA! Will turn to Yeshua!

John 10:25-28 "I told you before, and you didn't believe. The works I do in my Father's name bear witness of me (Who I say I am), But you DONT BELIEVE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ONE OF MY SHEEP. My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow me. I will give them eternal life, and they will never be destroyed, neither will any man (false teacher) pluck them out of my hand.

You have to be a sheep first before you can hear the voice of Yeshua! Which means you have to be born as a sheep. No, it's not like some teach that if you hear and respond to the voice of Jesus, you then become a sheep. You have to be a sheep first before you can hear and respond to Yeshua. If you are not a sheep, you will never, never, never believe in/on Yeshua or believe anything he teaches.

Vs. 38-40 For I didn't come down from heaven in my own name, to do my will. I came to do (obey) the will of Him that sent me. This is the Father's will: All of those, every single one, which He has given to me, not one will be lost! And I will raise everyone who the Father gave to me unto eternal life on Judgement Day. And this also is the Father's will, that everyone who see's the Son and BELIEVES on him will receive everlasting life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

(There it is once again, salvation is tied to believing in Yeshua, not "accepting him.")

Vs. 41 The Jews were grumbling among themselves because Yeshua had said, "I am the bread which came down from heaven." The Jews didn't hear anything else Yeshua said after the statement, "I am the bread of life." They didn't even catch the spiritual meaning of "I am the bread of life." Those Jews grumbling were natural men, goats. Men who could not hear or understand anything spiritual. (Mat 13:11 Because it is given to you (sheep) to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. But, it is not given to them. Is 44:18 They have not known or understood. For Jehovah has shut their eyes so they cannot see. He has shut their minds so they cannot understand.)

Vs. 42 Now, even the miracle has been forgotten and the Jews have the attitude, "Who does he think he is?" Mk 6:4 A prophet is without honor in his own country, among his own people, and even his own family. We have gone from an eager crowd asking, "Tell us what works we have to do," to outrage and offense.

Vs. 43 Jeshua knew what they were grumbling about and told them to stop it.

Vs. 44 No man can come to me except the Father draw him..." Draw is translated from the Greek word helko. This word does not mean "invite," "urge," or "nudge." It means: to drag, to draw away against one's will. Or in this case, "to drag to Yeshua." This Greek verb is in the passive voice, which shows an action being done upon the subject. Perhaps it can be compared to a moth being irresistibly drawn to light.
Yeshua is like a rhino moving through a herd of goats. He doesn't care what these goats think. He doesn't try to placate them, address their complaint, explain it to them or defend his words. He continues to put the truth out there, knowing that the sheep in that crowd and the sheep 2000 years later will hear his voice and follow him. Yeshua is still explaining salvation, explaining who will come to him. Yeshua was not there to make friends or build bridges.

Vs. 45 It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall be all taught of God.' (Is 54:13) Every man that has heard and learned of the Father comes unto me."

Let's recap what we have learned about who is saved:
1. You have to believe in Yeshua.
2. You have to be a sheep.
3. You have to be given to Yeshua by Jehovah.
4. Jehovah has to drag you to Yeshua.
5. You believe that any miracle done by Yeshua merely validates that he is the Messiah.
6. You believe that Yeshua was sent by Jehovah.
7. You have to believe that Yeshua was sealed by Jehovah.
8. You have to have been taught by Jehovah, heard, and learned of Jehovah.

A lot more to salvation than just following the Roman's Road. In other words, in order for salvation to be in someone's life, they have to meet the listed conditions. This means that not anybody who "wants," "chooses," or "decides" to "get saved" is going to be saved!

John 1:12-13 "...Which were born (anew) not because of bloodline, (as the Jews believed), not because of THE WILL OF THE FLESH, (Not because you "want," "desire" to get saved), not because of (drumroll please) THE WILL OF MAN! (because you "chose" or "decide to" "get saved," or "allow God to save you," "give God permission to save you," or "make the choice to receive the "gift" of salvation," BUT OF GOD! Vs. 13 destroys the whole concept of the idea that it is a person's individual will that determines whether or not he/she "gets saved." It is God's will as to who He has chosen to save.

John 3:19-21 And this is the condemnation, that light has come among the people of the world. Some men love darkness rather than light because their deeds (works) are evil. For every one that practices evil, hates the light, and will not come to the light. But he that does truth comes to the light..."

NewsChannel 5 has learned that potentially thousands of dollars have been spent to protect one victim, relocating her from the downtown apartment building where she and Campbell both had apartments, shipping her furniture back home in another part of the state and placing her in a downtown hotel for the remainder of her internship.

But that doesn't rate an expulsion.

I saw this video today and I thought it sounded very spot on for what is going on now in our society. Some might think it's kookiness, and I won't comment about that, but the results of what has happened is undeniable.

This guy's name is Jonathan Cahn. He says that when we tossed God out of the schools (and the culture) in the '60s, we set future generations up to grow up without God. He says a house does not remain empty, but rather if not filled with God, it will be filled with demons. Or dark gods, as he says here. He says that the first of the gods that have taken over America is Ba'al the Possessor, who brings the worship of money and possessions, and is exemplified by the bronze bull statue on Wall Street in New York.

Then there is the Enchantress, who goes by different names such as Ishtar and Aphrodite. This is exemplified by the hookup culture, lust, and pornography that pervade the US now. And finally, there is the Destroyer, who demands child sacrifice, and can be seen in the millions of babies aborted in our country. Our children are also under attack in the schools as they try to sexualize and gender confuse them at a young age. These are evil times, you can feel it.

Last week I had coffee with my friend and former RCIA coordinator, and at the end of the conversation I asked about our former priest. He was my "first" priest when I was in RCIA and shortly thereafter. He walked with us through catechesis, heard my first confession, confirmed me and gave me my first Eucharist. About eight months after my confirmation he just up and left our parish. We were assured there was no scandal involved, and there wasn't, but I never asked any questions either. I thought maybe he had some kind of nervous breakdown or something.

Anyway I don't want to put his private business on the internet but I learned he left the priesthood. I was so sad to hear this but hearing his backstory I can see how things lead up to that. He's now apparently living in another city and has a regular job. I don't know whether he left the Church altogether or is simply living life as a Catholic layman, but it's very disheartening to hear. Please join me in prayer for his healing and restoration.

Euthanasia is to be extended to primary school-age children in the Netherlands, the Dutch government has announced.

Health Minister Ernst Kuipers said that children aged five to 12 years can obtain lethal injections if “life termination is the only viable option to end the child’s hopeless and unbearable suffering”.

The country already allows the euthanasia of gravely ill newborn children under the infamous Groningen Protocol.

According to the NLTimes, Mr Kuipers said he expects the regulations to be implemented within the year.

He said he also expected up to 10 primary school-age children a year to die by lethal injection as a result.

The regulations will work by exempting doctors from prosecution if they perform an approved child euthanasia.

A review committee and the Public Prosecution Service will examine whether the procedure was carried out with due care, meaning scrutiny will only take place after the child has been killed by his or her doctor.

The Netherlands recorded a record number of euthanasia deaths in 2022.

A total of 8,720 reported deaths – including 288 of patients with dementia – represented a 14 per cent increase on the euthanasia deaths from 2021.

It means that 5.1 per cent of all deaths in the Netherlands result from euthanasia.

Belgium already permits the euthanasia of children and Canada is planning similar legislation to allow youngsters to be killed by their doctors.

The Canadian parliament has also approved euthanasia for people suffering from incurable mental illness but has delayed extending the Medical Assistance in Dying programme until 2024 amid a public backlash.

In the online magazine Psyche, Dr Marie Nicolini, a Belgian psychiatrist and ethicist, said there could be no justification for killing people who are mentally ill.

“In a comprehensive review of scientific research on the curability of depression, my colleagues and I found that there is no objective standard of incurability for clinicians to hold on to,” she wrote.

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), a Catholic who was Sen. Hilary Clinton’s running mate in the 2016 presidential election, defended an FBI investigation into “radical traditionalist” Catholics that was brought to light by a leaked memo.

The memo, distributed by the FBI’s Richmond office, linked the traditional Latin Mass to hate groups. The memo, subsequently retracted by the FBI and condemned by Bishop Barry Knestout of Richmond, received criticism from 20 state attorneys-general and from former FBI leaders. The FBI director has received a subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee for all documents related to the investigation.

Sen. Kaine said the purpose of the investigation was actually to look into violent extremists who were targeting “radical traditionalist Catholics” in an effort to recruit them, according to WSET-TV, a television station based in Lynchburg, VA.

“We’ve done the same thing for years working in tandem with mosques because there have been groups that have tried to target or radicalize, especially young people,” added the senator, who “said he helped connect bishops with the FBI so they can further discuss these concerns with transparency.”

Now, if we are to strive for peace with everyone, what should that look like? Well, it doesn’t involve compromise on matters of biblical truth and on matters of holiness and righteousness, and so it won’t necessitate absence of conflict with unbelievers (the ungodly). For Jesus told us that if we follow him that we will be hated and persecuted as he was. So this isn’t about compromising our faith and convictions to be at peace with all people, or even to be at peace with just others who profess faith in Jesus Christ. But we can strive for peace in other ways that don’t require such compromise.

And we are also to strive for holiness, without which NO ONE will see the Lord, and this includes everyone who makes a profession of faith in Jesus Christ. If we are not walking in holiness and in righteousness, and if we are not making obedience to our Lord our practice, then we will not inherit eternal life with God, regardless of what our lips profess. For to be holy means to be separate (unlike, different) from the world because we are being conformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ. But if you are being conformed to the world and not to Christ, then heaven is not your home.

Now these words are being spoken to people who profess faith in Jesus Christ. So, just because you profess faith in Jesus Christ, it does not mean that heaven is guaranteed you when you die. For there are many people saying, “Lord, Lord,” and claiming the things they are doing in the name of Jesus, or not, but one day when they stand before the Lord he is going to tell them that he never knew them, for they are workers of lawlessness, and so he is going to cast them out. And they will not enter the kingdom of heaven because they didn’t obey the Lord (see Matthew 7:21-23).

And that is what it is talking about here when it says to see to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God. For the grace of God is not just forgiveness of sins, a reprieve from the punishment of sin, and the promise of heaven when you die. For the grace of God, which is bringing us salvation, trains (instructs) us to renounce (say ‘no’ to) ungodliness and worldly and fleshly passions and desires, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives while we wait for our Lord’s return. For Jesus died on that cross to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works (see Titus 2:11-14).

And going along with that, we are to see to it that no root of bitterness springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled. For what happens when you hold on to anger, resentment, and unforgiveness? It turns to bitterness. And those who are bitter cannot please God with their lives. And often they will turn away from following the Lord Jesus, and they will turn to sin, perhaps out of rebellion and as a means to comfort themselves in their bitterness, because they do not want to let go of it, and in their pride they will continue in sin rather than to repent and to let go.

And we are also to see to it that no one is sexually immoral. Wow! That’s a big one, isn’t it? For if you realize what a big problem sexual immorality has become among those professing faith in Jesus Christ in America today, you will realize what a serious issue this is. For most statistics that I have read say that up to 75% of Christian men regularly dabble in pornography (sexually explicit materials) and up to 35% of pastors, too, and then also women and children are regularly engaged in this activity, as well. And this doesn’t include all the other expressions of sexual immorality which exist.

So, this should have no part in our lives at all, for we are to be God’s holy people, living in obedience to our Lord, walking in his ways and in his truth, in righteousness, and not any longer in sin. For we are not to walk in sin, and we are not to refuse to walk in obedience to our Lord, or we will not inherit eternal life with God, regardless of what our lips profess. For that is being like Esau, who sold his birthright for a single meal, when we forsake holiness and righteousness to run after sin, instead. And even if you desire to have eternal life with God and to go to heaven when you die, you will be rejected by God because you rejected him and his commandments (New Covenant).

So, please take this seriously. Please do not play with fate. Know what the Scriptures teach on this subject, believe what they teach (in context), and follow the way of truth and righteousness, and no longer walk in sin.

Peace in Christ.

The Lord comes to awaken His church in the end of this age with the speaking of the words of Spirit and life to those who will hear. Yet, some of His followers will hear and not believe in what He says.

Joh 6:63-64 KJV
(63) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
(64) But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

He comes to sanctify His church with the washing of the “water of the Word”.

Eph 5:25-27 KJV
(25) Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
(26) That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
(27) That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

We are “called out” of the “churches” we are currently in. We must hear His words and believe in them and "come out" from among them.

We are not to be unequally yoked together with the unbelievers of man’s church organizations. There will be those in our own gatherings who will persecute us for believing His words over the words of man that has been preaching errors for many, many years…and we had previously received their words in ignorance of the Word of Truth.

2Co 6:14-18 KJV
(14) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
(15) And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
(16) And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

What communion should we have with them any longer?

We must come out from among them (the unbelievers of the denominations of men) and be separate from them.

We must not “touch”….that is, be attached to them no longer. They are a “dead” body of people….an unclean thing to be attached to.

(17) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
(18) And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Jesus is the “red heifer” sacrifice for the sin of being attached to a “dead body”….sitting together in the church organizations of men where there is currently no life. We are forgiven for doing this particular sin retroactively from His cross that He did endure for us. We who believe in His words are cleansed with His blood and doing His commandment to "arise" from those who are "dead" and departing from among them. We must no longer be carried about by their many strange doctrines which do not profit anyone who keeps them.

Heb 13:9-14 KJV
(9) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
(10) We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
(11) For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
(12) Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

But we must GO FORTH unto Him WITHOUT the “camp”. Those who will continue to serve the “tabernacle”…the tents of men (their erroneous organizations)….have no right to eat of His Word of Truth as they will reject what they will hear.

We must go to Him bearing His reproach as the unbelievers in the churches of men will persecute us for hearing and believing. We must not return evil for their evil. We must not look back. We have no continuing city in the tents of men....in their churches.

(13) Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
(14) For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

If any man will seem to be religious and does not bridle his tongue, that man’s religion is in vain. They will hear the Word of Truth but will speak out with evil words against what they will hear….and against those who will receive His Word.

Jas 1:26 KJV
(26) If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Every open vessel which has no covering bound upon it is unclean. That man’s open mouth makes his religion empty.

Num 19:15 KJV
(15) And every open vessel, which hath no covering bound upon it, is unclean.

We must come out from among them and not touch the “dead body” any longer. This is what is meant by the “water of separation”. We must come out from among them so that the blood of Jesus sanctifies us from the uncleanness that we have because of being attached to the unbelievers of the churches of men.

If we do not come out from among them, our uncleanness is yet upon us.

Num 19:13-16 KJV
(13) Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
(14) This is the law, when a man dieth in a tent: all that come into the tent, and all that is in the tent, shall be unclean seven days.
(15) And every open vessel, which hath no covering bound upon it, is unclean.
(16) And whosoever toucheth one that is slain with a sword in the open fields, or a dead body, or a bone of a man, or a grave, shall be unclean seven days.

The modern day “Pharisees” (meaning “separatists”) are the denominations of men who separate themselves (whose leaders do not have the Spirit). The scribes are the church scribes who have written the “handwritings of ordinances” that many serve and worship inside their churches which do not bring us His life but instead death. We perish with the keeping of the teachings and commandments of men where there is no life in doing so.

Jesus said that the scribes and Pharisees are full of dead men’s bones and of all uncleanness. We must no longer be attached to the “dead body” of church organizations. We must no longer “touch” a grave or the bones of men by sitting together with them. We must "arise" from the "dead" and go forth unto Him.

Mat 23:27-28 KJV
(27) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
(28) Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

We have a commandment of the Lord given by the Father to “ARISE and go” from there. By doing so, we show the world that we know and love the Father. They will persecute us for doing so...but the Lord will send the Comforter unto us. The Father gives us His commandment to do: ARISE, LET US GO from here ( the dead churches of men).

Joh 14:31 KJV
(31) But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

If any man will love the Lord, he will keep His words whose words are the words of the Father.

Joh 14:23-24 KJV
(23) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
(24) He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

We must ARISE from the “dead”. We must no longer be attached to them. We must “awake” from our sleep so that Christ shall give us His light….the knowledge of God.

Eph 5:13-14 KJV
(13) But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
(14) Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

We must “ARISE” and confess our sin and go the Father who will forgive us then for our sin.

Luk 15:18-24 KJV
(18) I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
(19) And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
(20) And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
(21) And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
(22) But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
(23) And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
(24) For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

All that are in the "graves" ....being attached to the dead church organizations of men....shall hear His voice as He comes to awaken His church with His words of Spirit and life. Some will COME FORTH from those graves and do good in response to His voice while others will stand up and do evil in their rejection of His words that they will hear.

Joh 5:28-29 KJV
(28) Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
(29) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
