You didn't seem to be aware of habeas corpus. Perhaps you aren't aware of the concept of innocent until proven guilty either. Repeat a claim without the 'alleged' outside a court and you leave yourself open to be sued for libel. Repeat inside a court and you might find yourself in contempt and the case dismissed. It's part of due process. Something else you seem not to appreciate.

Apparently you don't get it. I want these criminals out of our country, as opposed to having Liberal judges putting them back on the streets to create more victims, while they wait years before going to trial.

Meanwhile law enforcement is so bogged down with handling those court cases; and endless appeals; that those resources cant be allocated to gather intel on the rest of the millions of criminal aliens that are terrorizing our communities.
