I will certainly accuse anyone who refuses to demand justice for those trafficked women and children, for those sex victims, including children and those murdered women of not caring enough. I will most definitely accuse them of ignoring their plight when they simply and plainly say that the person responsible should just be deported.

I know a woman who was arrested as her children ran, crying, as they chased her in the police car driving her away.

She threw a piece of paper at her husband, as he goaded her into an argument, after she filed for divorce.

The paper didn't even hit him; but that didn't matter according to the law. Technically it was an assault. He got to stay with the children in their marital home. She got a jail cell.
