I have a suspicion that factors other than political affiliation might explain the data. I asked Chatgpt to construct a table showing the population and median household income of the these towns. Here it is..

It may sound far fetched, but based on this data, my hypothesis is that smaller, more wealthy communities have less crime.

We don't receive the gift of the Holy Spirit until we are saved. Before salvation the Holy Spirit is pulling us to repentance in a thousand different ways from the "outside" if you will. After we accept, Christ the Holy Spirit leads us from within, and that is the most important part of the gift of the Holy Spirit.

First, Amendment XIV clearly indicates the whole number of people residing, not just some of them. Second, the amendment has nothing to do with illegal aliens, since there were no illegal aliens in the United States at that time. It wasn't until the late 19th century that immigration was limited.

The difference is, Roe v. Wade was based on an interpretation of the Bill of Rights. Here, one would need a Constitutional amendment to change the law.

Neither the Mayor of D.C. nor I had anything to "admit." It's only common sense that putting bodies on the street will deter crime....at least temporarily....long enough for Trump brag....

Meanwhile, hundreds of agents from ATF, FBI, DEA etc have been pulled off their real jobs to perform guard duty.

Apparently, they have been, for a rather long time. Crime rates in D.C. are a fraction of what they were decades ago.

The WH is eager to deflect attention from Trump's personal problems, but this doesn't seem to be very effective in that effort.

Show me where it says the RCC. You do know that the early churches were independent churches right?

Through Baptism a p rein becomes part of His body not just part of the RCC. A baptism in the name of the Son, the Father, and the Holy Spirit is valid in any church not just yours.

I always enjoyed the letter to Philemon. It shows Paul’s character in ways the other letters don’t. It also forces us to look at Scripture in context. Slavery was not quite what we see it as today. In some places, it was a brutal degradation of humanity. In other places, it was just a little worse that modern employment. It also shows that Christians in every station of society are out brothers and sisters.

I suppose one possible scenario would be for JD Vance to win next term, only to have his VP resign for some reason. He could then appoint Trump as VP, and later on resign himself. That way, Trump wouldn't be elected to the office a third time.

But wait. No. Since the GOP made such a big deal about Kamala Harris not winning the primaries somehow made her candidacy "undemocratic," they would never do something like that.
