Father, I pray that this brother has favor on this job from colleagues and bosses. That whom you call you equip and that he will have confidence and trust in you throughout all his duties and dealings in his position. As to career stability, I pray he is stable in you. That he chooses a career based on your guidance and providence, that he moves when you say move and that you bring him the best opportunities that give you the most glory. I pray too he is not uni-dimensional, but that he can discern the times, be proactive and plan well for all of his future. In jesus name.

Yes, the gifts of the Spirit are as the Holy Spirit wills, not our will. However, we likely will have better results through prayer, fasting, praise, desire and obedience. I should not forget too that operating these gifts through love and compassion also matters greatly.

You are right too that we can initiate personal tongues (ones that are not intended for an assembly to be interpreted.)

Well, I went down to the church and had all of 4 lines of hand written notes. But the Spirit of the Lord was upon me and I somehow gave the most well received sermon I've preached all summer. And it went out on the radio.

I'd be a bit stronger to say, By being mean to the few who needed it. "God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth." (Jn 4:24) This is much more than merely "wanting" for souls hearing from God His holy desires, and hearing His Church working to accommodate something less. This is about much more than language. It is about worship.

I don’t see that that’s a problem; that merely means that AI systems will have completed annexing all accessible human knowledge. That being said I believe an estimate of 2026 for this figure is hopelessly unrealistic as there remains so much good data sitting in library shelves and in ancient, well-curated manuscripts that has not been provided to AI systems.

OpenAI last updated their training data in 2024 by the way, but this hasn’t stopped them from releasing a major version upgrade (chatGPT 5) and a new graphics processing engine and other details.

Watermarks are included by some of the responsible AI providers, while others stop short of photo-realism. There is a genuine problem with AI-generated slop content on YouTube, but this content is not being generated using the best AIs, and so regulation will simply harm end users and artists who work with AI to create beautiful images.

tariffs haven't hit between TACO and delayed effect, the stuff they are selling now are the stuff they already bought, stuff from china for instance as usual will take a month to get herethat are effected by the tariffs, and by then trump will have given up again.
