  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Border Patrol calls for help, Chicago PD does not respond

Federal agents in Chicago on Monday arrested a suspected Latin Kings leader accused of offering cash bounties to capture and kill a senior immigration officer working with "Operation Midway Blitz."

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois unsealed a criminal complaint Monday charging 37-year-old Chicago resident Juan Espinoza Martinez with a single count of murder for hire. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identified the official Martinez allegedly placed a bounty on as Commander at Large of the U.S. Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino.

Kudos to the federal employee for apprehending this individual. It is unlikely that anyone in Chicago or across the nation, regardless of political affiliation, would object to this arrest. Well Done!

What commandments?

So, which commandments does Jesus say that we must follow?

Is it the original 10 commandments, as set out in the book of Exodus, or is it the commandments Jesus talks about in the New Testament?
When asked which was the greatest commandment in the Law, Jesus named and emphasized two commandments that are part of the broader 613 Mitzvot, to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind (Deuteronomy 6:5), and to love your neighbor as yourself (Leviticus 19:18). He stated that all the Law and the Prophets hang on these two. So we cannot randomly select which laws until one has been regenerated through His Holy Spirit. This can only take place through love. Only then can we clearly understand His law and do His the will .

The Pope can say whatever he wants, I'm not Catholic.
Do you agree with him on other matters? How about abortion?
Although I am not Catholic, I agree with the Pope on these matters because he articulates principles that are consistent with biblical teachings.

A biblical perspective holds that abortion is considered a sin.

According to New Testament teachings, the death penalty has been abolished in favor of mercy and forgiveness.

Biblical principles also assert that supporting inhumane treatment of immigrants is inconsistent with the teachings of Jesus.

Does reality pass the Turing test?

If, however, someone comes along and says "I'm the one who made all this," and then demonstrates that by doing things that are absolutely impossible within the framework of our world, then we'd do well to pay attention.
And if that ever happens, demonstrably and not via hearsay, I shall certainly sit up.

Another look at the moon landing.

If you ask me it's completely bonkers, what about the go fast rocket, that went straight up until it hit something which stopped it.

I would quit posting this video, as it is part of an attempt to discredit any flat earth beliefs. It is like these false flat earth people, like that person who went on that trip, or that Robbie Davidson person who has now disappeared.

These rockets only go about 8 miles high, about the height of Clouds

Radical Serge in Republican Voter Registrations Sin Carlie Kirk's Death

The trend of Dems softening to Republicans was happening well before Charlie. So there was a fundemental shift happening after years of the Dems being in power and enough time elapsing where people began to see some of the repercussion of their policies.

Trump and Kirk are just the natural result of how the political climate was changing. It goes in cycles and after a while people get sick of the same party stuffing things up lol. Then its time for a change.

Except nowadays changing government has become a serious matter for some. Like a matter of saving the nation and reality. In some ways this is the case. Two ideological worldviews conflicting. Politics has become more personal.

Royal telephone? I don't think so - he was president, not king. I don't agree with freemasonry, and hadn't mentioned it here.
Well it seemed to me like a royal telephone considering they were in deep space when the president called to congregate them Maybe the God gave the president his royal phone : )

Dave you certainly didn’t mention masonry but me certainly did. And for good reason. Just putting a few feelers out for you to dig some deeper. And that being all is not as it seems. Have you ever watched the video called ( a strange thing happened on the way to the moon )

How much of your income are you willing to have taken for taxpayer funded healthcare.

I'm not entirely sure about that. Having more patients being treated for preventative care might cost more for primary care offices, but long term, the costs associated with ER visits and the long term effects of preventing chronic conditions would eventually more than make up for that, I have to say.
You have generalized what I only claimed as particulars. If the preventative care required (for obesity, smoking, poor diet or drug abuse) is to change one's bad behaviors then there no reason for the collective to pay for a PCP to tell the patient to change behaviors.
Better access to medical care, including preventative medicine options, would go a long way toward decreasing preventable conditions such as you describe.
Exactly what health care procedures do you claim as necessary to alter the unhealthy lifestyles under examination? Does science have a prescription "discipline" or "amp up will power" pill?
People are people, and they're gonna do what they're gonna do. Nothing can stop that.
No. They can stop their unhealthy lifestyles all by themselves.

Hell doesn't exist and there is no eternal suffering, instead bad peolle just cease to exist

So you don't believe you are in the book of life? Because that's who that verse is directed at and who it applies to- not Satan or his angels. They are not in the book of life.
The Gospel:

Jesus saves all people
and
Condemns all devils to the LoF, forever

No more complicated than that, except when you realize the parties are overlapped in this current life

Then it's much easier to tell who is who. Those who promote our neighbors to burn alive forever are WHO?

Yes, denial is part of the plot

Love your neighbors can not and does not possibly equate to "loving neighbors as SELF" when condemning them to burn alive forever. Therefore the math is clear WHO is in charge in that particular LUMP

And likewise, those who can not confess to having evil present within them and can not condemn it are WHO?

Yes, same principle.

The USA's 250th birthday to be celebrated with Octagon UFC/MMA fight, possibly on the White House South Lawn

No he just had a trans person exposing their bare, enhanced, feminine breasts for the world to see
No, he didn't have that done. And it's somewhat desperate of you to imply that he did and draw a comparison where none exists.

Another look at the moon landing.

Well we did all just watch our Brisbane broncos and Brisbane lions win their grand finals. Though tired they were in absolute jubilation and ecstasy of happiness when they won and still be celebrating now. Unlike the moon lot : ) who supposedly walked on the moon. As I said they looked like death warmed up when they returned. As to chatting with the president they’d already done that chatting with the president in deep space from his royal telephone here on earth. How happened I don’t know But as to christian Masonic Buzz he was quite happy carrying the Masonic flag on the Apollo flight View attachment 371242
