White House claiming these accomplishments.

1 -- moving US Embassy to Jerusalem
Raised tensions in the region and lost the USA any credibility when it came to trying to negotiate a peace. Big mistake.
2 -- leaving the Iran deal
No apparent benefit to the US, alienated every major power in the world, and now the US has to work hard to convince anybody that we will honor any agreement we make.
3 -- release of prisoners and Summit with Kim Jong-un
Two separate things. The summit is potentially huge if NK goes through with it. The release of prisoners, well while we don't have official diplomatic relationships with NK it's not the first time they had imprisoned and then released American Citizens.
4 -- rising approval ratings
Important for poltical purposes, but has no relevance to running the country. Part of being president is realizing that sometimes people are going to disapprove of your actions, even if you are convinced it's best for the US.
5 -- making the economy great again
The economy has more or less just continued on a straight path since the end of the Obama administration. If anything the wealth gap has gotten wider, which is generally seen as a bad thing.

#1 contributes to instability in the Middle East, as it's probably going to make a peaceful settlement between Israel and Palestine more difficult.

#2 allows Iran to resume its development of nuclear weapons. It's not for me to tell a sovereign nation what to do, I suppose, but I'd rather not see Iran become a nuclear power.
The middle east has been unstable for at least fourteen hundred years..Do you really think this would make a difference? Really?

Those people have NEVER stopped working to build a nuclear arsenal...Before Obummer made the deal they were working on it. During the deal they were working on it, and they are still working on it. What has changed besides Trump saying the US would not support it?

Perhaps because all relevant people involved with inspections have stated clearly that Iran has complied. You might consider doing a little historic research on a number of issues concerning ME unrest, especially Iran.
