Are they back, Anthony?
I think having a structure put up in the corner last year caused them to nest on top of it. It was nice to see them, but the following months it became a focal point for pigeons who were constantly coming on the balcony and making a mess which took ages to clean up. So I've cleared up the balcony, made it more minimalistic, so I'm hoping I'll have a break from pigeons this year! Are they back, Anthony?

Hope you are keeping well PhoebeAnn!
Very pretty and delicate looking Phoebe Ann.It must be spring!! My Glories of the Snow (Chiondoxa forbesii, Pink Giant ) are in bloom as well as my dark pink violets (viola odorata rosea).
Please take a peek:
Viola odorata Rosea Group (dark form) - sweet violet
I hope you get the rain you need, js, and a good showing of camellias. They sound beautiful. The main thing happening here is a slow re-greening of all the grass after a hot, dry summer. We have had a small amount of rain, but need more. The forecast is for rain tomorrow and it will be good if it's a decent, soaking rain rather than a few minutes of drizzly rain only. The shrubs we have here are all doing fine, though, and the camellias are starting to flower now, with pinkish-white flowers.
So do yours, mp, and I agree about being in the garden. I feel for those who live in flats and bedsits during this pandemic. The shrubs sound great, we have 3 camellias, pink and white and a red.
Lovely to be in the garden.

Oh, I love "hens and chicks-" don't know the botanical name, though. This is a signal box on the garden railway. It isn't running trains at the moment as it all needs cleaning up after the winter
