Geordie Rose, Founder of D-Wave (recent clients are Google and NASA) believes that the power of quantum computing is that we can `exploit parallel universes’ to solve problems that we have no other means of confirming.

Neither Tegmark's multiverses nor the quantum multiverse ('Many Worlds') allow interaction (e.g. communication) between universes - that's partly why they're called separate universes. Quantum computing makes use of superposition & entanglement, which occurs before decoherence and branching of the wavefunction - in fact, the main difficulty of quantum computers is preventing decoherence. The pop-sci description of 'exploiting parallel universes' is just puffery.

Max Tegmark is a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology

I think you are reaching to claim that this is evidence that the Mandela effect is anything more than incorrect memories.

Also, it has been pointed out to you that you should be adding a description of the video to explain why it is relevant to the discussion. You are not doing this. Please start doing this.

Evidence has been provided.

You doubt it.
With good reason.
Every single piece of "evidence" for the Mandela effect is based on human memories.
Considering that we know human memories are not perfect, and that we even know about the ways in which human memories do misfunction, the explanation that this "effect" is nothing but faulty memory is much more reasonable than any "parallel universe" ideas.

You lack faith. You can't believe it.

You've given me nothing to believe.

Why should I accept your fanciful ideas of inter-reality travel when everything you have described is perfectly explained by flawed memories?

this Effect is shifting of our timeline

each very similar… but different
That doesn't solve the problem of interaction - unless you've switched from multiverses to some other speculative idea. Perhaps you could explain precisely what you mean by 'shifting our timeline'?
