Can Jesus return tomorrow or even today? Or are there certain events that must happen first?

Jesus can come and go as he pleases.

Yes, he can come right now if he wanted to. We are in the Millennium, the Church-Age, the "last days" and "last hour," and have been since Christ left. There was things that happened in the first century that was foretold by our Lord regarding Israel. Some hold that there will be a revival of the Jewish people (I almost held to that), while others believed that even if there are many anti-christs, the Papacy has been believed to be the Antichrist.

But on a side note, I have been flirting with Post-Millennialism for quite a while...but I still lean toward Amil.

He could come any time. But I really think that there will be more Jews who come to Him before He does return.

Knowing the beginning and the end, Christ's coming is already determined only known to God. After all of his prophecies are fulfilled and the generation of evil be finished.

Revelation 11:15 KJV
[15] And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 10:6-7 KJV
[6] And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
[7] But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

Matthew 24:34-35 KJV
[34] Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
[35] Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Please stay on topic to the questions posed in the OP, thank you.

So far it appears all who posted agree Christ can return at any time. Would love to hear from more Amils just to have a broader view.

After the event with Art Azurdia last year (if I recall), I think the mp3 series he had of Revelation was taken down (nevermind I just checked). As much as I am sadden with what happened, I still was very encouraged by his teaching series through Revelation. He and Beale introduced me to Amil perspective years ago.

Thank you for all the replies so far. It appears in Amil that Christ can return at any moment.

Only after Elect saw all things as the signs are fulfilled then this generation of evil shall end with the Second Coming. We just do not know when that day is but we will see the signs of his coming first.

Matthew 24:32-35 KJV
[32] Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
[33] So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
[34] Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
[35] Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
