OK.What do you think of these kinds of people:

The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practise what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.

You are quoting from Matthew 23. This is the same chapter I quoted to you from before. In verse 23, it says they ignored the weightier matters of the Law like faith, justice, and mercy. Jesus is saying in verse 3 that we are not to follow what they say or teach because they do not practice what they preach.

The thing is that the OSAS proponent today can be described as being like a Pharisee because they tell others that we are to believe the Bible and obey it, but yet they themselves do not obey it. They do not obey the commands of Jesus and His followers and they actually attack others who say that we must follow the Lord's commands in the NT.

My life is not the standard, God's Word is the standard. I also told you before I don't discuss my personal life on the internet, as well; For most people do not have your best interest at heart. We are also to stick to Scripture to discuss topics on a forum and not make it about the poster (According to the forum rules). Please see the forum rules about discussion on topics. You are not to make this discussion about me. We are to discuss the topic using Scripture.
BTW

I haven't seen a response to the following yet:

Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in(in, in) the kingdom of heaven Matt5:19

Well if you cannot live up to the standard you insist is the standard everyone else must live up to, to attain heaven, people should know that. It either shows you are condemned, or do not understand the message

You are making assumptions about my life without any information.
I did not tell you anything about my life and you are making assumptions.
Again, it is against forum rules to make discussions about the poster.
If you violate the forum rules, it will not go well for you if you persist in doing so. So please do not make the topic of discussion about me and address the topic with Scripture; Otherwise you are violating forum rules.

Celibate
Carry each others burdens, and so FULFILL the law of Christ Gal6:2
I am asking you to explain what these verses mean in your own words that defends the Eternal Security viewpoint.
I think one almost has to have a past, and the more hell they go through, the more, if they turn their life around in the future, the more "secure they can feel" in their own salvation (and if they learn to how build their house upon the rock mass)...

I think OSAS is impossible to solve since it is up to God; may be true for some people, and not so for others... But my point is I think only God knows and can answer that one for sure, and it may not be till we get to heaven... I know a person can "feel" more secure in their salvation at different parts and points in their life, or for a while after a certain point in their life, but, like I said, maybe going through some hell first...

But whether they were "Once Saved (only had to be saved one time...?, I admit I don't fully understand this part...?), Once Saved, Always (now whether they were always saved or not, I don't know), (get's into predestination and choice and free-will, and God's Sovereignty and Omniscience and such and the like, which I don't want to get into right now or into details with right now)...

Anyway, whether they were "always saved", or OSAS, or can't lose their salvation after a particular point in their life that has now past, I do not know... I think God only knows that... It could be different for different people...

God Bless!

With God, all things are possible.
Jesus said, if you will enter into life, keep the commandments (Matthew 19:17).
Do you believe the words of Jesus above here?
My guess is you don't because you have not offered an adequate explanation to what He meant here.

The Two Leasts:

Is not God good?
Should not His people be good because He lives within them?

Why is everyone seeking justification in doing the wrong thing instead of the right thing with God? The right thing to do within that verse for God tells us that a person will be called the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven if they teach His Commands. Yet, most Christians I talk with appears to argue against this idea here. Yes, we have to love Jesus. Yes, we have to have faith in Jesus and trust Him. We should focus on loving Jesus every day in worship and in talking to Him silently and with other believers. We have to say "I love you Jesus." as we would say to everyone else we love here on this Earth. We have to praise His name in adoration behind closed doors. We have to be thankful every moment to Jesus for His sacrifice. We have to love Jesus with every fiber of our being. For we obviously cannot lose our first love like the church of Ephesus did in Revelation 2 (Revelation 2:4). But I believe the other wrong is for people to not to love Jesus by obeying His commandments. Jesus said, if you love me, keep my commandments; And Jesus said to the church at Ephesus to repent and do the first works. The first works involving love.

Anyways, let’s read what Jesus actually says in Matthew 5:19. Jesus says,

“Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven…” (Matthew 5:19).

Notice here in this verse it does not actually say that this person who breaks the least of these commands (and teaches others to do so) is IN the kingdom of heaven. It merely says that they will be CALLED the least in the kingdom of heaven.

But what about Matthew 11:11?

“Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” (Matthew 11:11).

Who is the least in Matthew 11:11?

The "Lesser" or the "Least" in Matthew 11:11 is talking about the "Greatest" in the Kingdom. How so?

Jesus says,
“And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.” (Luke 9:46).

Jesus says,
“But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.” (Matthew 23:11).

And it is written,
33 “And he came to Capernaum: and being in the house he asked them, What was it that ye disputed among yourselves by the way?
34 But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.
35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them,
37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.” (Mark 9:33-37).

Here we see in the Scripture verses above that the Least in the Kingdom of Heaven is the greatest within Matthew 11:11. For the Least in Matthew 11:11 is the one who accepts, loves, and ministers to all people including children and they are a servant (i.e. least) to all people in humbleness. Those who behave as though they are lesser or least in the Kingdom are ACTUALLY the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. For those who serve in God’s Kingdom in the New Covenant by loving others is better than the greatest of the prophets such as John the Baptist. For John followed the Old Covenant ways. For John was the last of the Old Testament prophets.

However, the "Least" in Matthew 5:19 are those who break God’s commands and teach others are Least in a bad way.

How so? The rest of Scripture gives us the testimony that breaking God’s Commandments is bad and not good.

John says,
“He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him” (1 John 2:4)

John says,
“In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.” (1 John 3:10).

Jesus says,
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me you who practice lawlessness.'" (Matthew 7:21-23).

In fact, Christ says that He will send His angels and gather out of His Kingdom all who sin and practice lawlessness and cast them into the furnace of fire.

Jesus says, "The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire." (Matthew 13:41-42)

Jesus tells us that by keeping His commands, it shows whether or not we truly love Him or not.

For Jesus says,
“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me." (John 14:21)

And Jesus says,
"If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words."(John 14:23-24).

Paul says,
“If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing.” (1 Timothy 6:3-4).

Paul says,
“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.” (Titus 1:16).

Conclusion: There are Two Leasts.

Matthew 5:19 and Matthew 11:11 are talking about the word “Least” from two different behavioral perspectives. One being bad because of bad behavior (Matthew 5:19) and the other being good because of good behavior (Matthew 11:11). This is not uncommon for the Word of God to speak of one thing as being mentioned as being both good and bad. There are two trees in the Garden. One good and one bad. There are two lions. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah and the roaring lion who seeks to devour you. There are two vines. The True Vine and the Vine of Sodom. There are also two “Leasts” in Scripture, as well. There are the “Least” who are the Greatest by Being the Least in Behavior and then there are the “Least” who break God’s Commands and teach others to do so.

I hope that what I had written helps.
May God bless you in all manner of the Lord’s goodness.
And please be well.

Sincerely,

~ Jason.

Again, you are making assumptions about my life without having any knowledge about my life. It is also against forum rules to make discussions about the other person.
Do you not invite friends and family home for a meal but rather the poor, lame, blind and beggars so you may receive your reward in heaven?
Would you lend money to anyone who asked you not expecting to get anything back?
If someone stole something of yours would you give them more besides, with nothing but love in your heart for them?
Do you truly love all your enemies in your heart? People who may be unkind to you or lie about you?
If you are persecuted do you leap for joy, always?
Have you ever fasted and if not told someone you fasted dropped subtle hints you had done so?

You see Jason, in truth you just reel it all off from your head, but it has absolutely no bearing on the reality of your own life

BTW

I haven't seen a response to the following yet:

Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in(in, in) the kingdom of heaven Matt5:19
Were not, not supposed to teach that one should not teach or obey (submit to, which some telling others to obey, and clean up their sin, or whatever, follow these commands, are not doing, They are not submitting to the true purpose of law and missing it's right application in especially a Christians life)... So that the law they profess is far away from their heart and they are just completely missing the point and are just not "getting it" or the point of it (OT, OC, Law) at all... They don't have their NC lenses on when looking at, or into the old...

But, we are to teach and use the OC, OT Commandments (or Moral Laws or whatever), we are to teach and use "it" correctly and with the right application in a sinners life (all of us) teaching and telling them the real truth and about it's real and true purpose(s), and application, one of it's main purposes being, to point to Christ...

God Bless!

Notice here in this verse it does not actually say that this person who breaks the least of these commands (and teaches others to do so) is IN the kingdom of heaven. It merely says that they will be CALLED the least in the kingdom of heaven.

.

Oh please JASON. The verse is crystal clear

With God, all things are possible.
Jesus said, if you will enter into life, keep the commandments (Matthew 19:17).
Do you believe the words of Jesus above here?
My guess is you don't because you have not offered an adequate explanation to what He meant here.

You can either view Christ's literal commands as having to all be individually fully obeyed, in which case every christian I have ever met is guilty of failing to do so. Or, you can sum Christs commands up as examples of: Love God and love your fellow man. I know which way Paul viewed it:
Carry each others burdens(love them), and so fulfil the law of Christ Gal6:2

Just because you are in the Kingdom does not mean you are going to stay there. For are you not aware of this verse?

41 "The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear." (Matthew 13:41-43).

Verse 41 - Jesus will send his angels to gather out of His Kingdom all who offend (sin) and who do iniquity (intense sin).

Verse 42 - These angels (Who gathered out of Christ's kingdom those who offend) will cast these types into the furnace of fire where there is crying and gnashing of teeth.

In other words, those who do evil in Christ's kingdom will not remain there and they will be gathered out of His Kingdom in the end. It's why Jesus says He will separate the sheeps from the goats at the Judgment.

Lets return to Matthew ch5:

And anyone who says, “You fool!” will be in danger of the fire of hell. verse 22. The same possible fate as if you look at a woman with lust in your eye. I'm sure you have called people fools in your life. But I am equally sure you did not fear the fires of hell when you did so
