He Gives Strength to The Weary

“Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel,
‘My way is hidden from the Lord,
And the justice due me escapes the notice of my God’?
Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth
Does not become weary or tired.
His understanding is inscrutable.
He gives strength to the weary,
And to him who lacks might He increases power.
Though youths grow weary and tired,
And vigorous young men stumble badly,
Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.” (Isaiah 40:27-31 NASB’95)

Do you ever feel forgotten by God? Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your circumstances and so you cannot see clearly to see how God fits into what is going on in your life? Do you ever look at the world all around you and stand amazed at all the evil that exists? Does that ever discourage you? Does it all ever feel hopeless to you? Do you have difficulty making sense of it all? And do you wonder, sometimes, why God does not intervene and stop it all?

Do you ever feel as though you just don’t have the strength to keep doing what you are doing? As though you are just going to drop if you have to go one more inch, or one more mile, or one more minute? Are you someone who lets every pain, every hindrance, and every difficult circumstance convince you that you can’t do it, that you can’t go on? You see a hindrance, and so you just back up and retreat, instead of pushing forward?

I know that I have gone down that road many times in my life. And sometimes I may still feel some of those things, but the Lord has taught me much about how I can do in his strength what I cannot do in my own. He has moved me to write these daily devotions regardless of how I feel, and regardless of my circumstances, and even if I have a pounding headache, or a fever, or it feels as though I am at death’s door. He still has me write.

And he has proven to me that his strength is perfect when my strength is gone. And I am not suggesting that we take high risks or that we do anything foolish, but it is true that if the Lord has something that he wants us to do that he will give us the strength and the courage to do it. And Satan will do all in his power to try to convince us that we cannot do it, that we cannot move forward, and he will fill our minds with lots of excuses.

Does God know what is going on in our lives? He absolutely does! He made us. He knows everything about us. He knows us inside and out, and all our whereabouts, and everything that is behind us, and that is ahead of us, and what is taking place in the present in our world. And he knows what the leaders of our nations are up to, and what their plan is for the people, which is not for our good, but for their good, i.e. what they call “good,” anyway.

None of this surprises him. None of what we are going through takes God off-guard. And none of it can take place unless God allows it. And he allows evil to exist. Otherwise he would have to destroy all human life, because we are all born with sin natures, and we all still have the propensity to sin, and we will all be tempted sometimes to sin. But he does set limits, like he did when he gave Satan permission to do what he did to Job and to his family.

And if we read the Scriptures in their full context we will learn that God promised us that we would have to suffer for the sake of the name of Jesus, and for the sake of the gospel, and for the sake of righteousness, like he suffered at the hands of his enemies, and like the saints before us suffered at the hands of their enemies. And he said there would be fires, storms, earthquakes, wars, famines, and the like, and that is what is happening.

[Matthew 5:10-12; Matthew 10:16-25,34-39; Matthew 24:1-51; Luke 6:22-23; Luke 12:49-53; Luke 21:12-17; John 15:18-21; Ephesians 6:10-20; 1 John 2:18-25; Jude 1:17-23; 2 Peter 2:1-22; 2 Peter 3:1-18; 1 Timothy 4:1-5; 2 Timothy 3:1-9; Revelation 6:9-11; Revelation 7:9-17; Revelation 11:1-3; Revelation 12:17; Revelation 13:1-18; Revelation 14:1-13]

So, no matter what you are going through, what trials you are facing, what hardships you are having to endure, what obstacles are standing in your way, in sickness and in health, possessing much or little or nothing, turn to the Lord. Trust him to help you to get through this, even if in the end of it all you die. For if Jesus is your Lord, and you have died with him to sin, and by faith in him obedience to him is your practice, you have eternal life with God.

But if all you have done is give lip service to God, and you have continued in deliberate and habitual sin, as your life course, just living to please your flesh, and so obedience to God is not your practice, then please know that lip service alone is not going to guarantee you heaven when you die. By the grace of God, and in his power, we must all die with him to sin and now walk in obedience to his commands, and eternal life with God will be ours to have.

His Strength Is Perfect

Steven Curtis Chapman

I can do all things
Through Christ who gives me strength
But sometimes I wonder what He can do through me
No great success to show
No glory of my own
Yet in my weakness He is there to let me know..

We can only know
The power that He holds
When we truly see how deep our weakness goes
His strength in us begins
Where ours comes to an end
He hears our humble cry and proves again

His strength is perfect when our strength is gone
He'll carry us when we can't carry on
Raised in His power, the weak become strong
His strength is perfect, His strength is perfect

Supernatural experiences

Native American? Really? He seemed like middle eastern to me. Not trying to argue just surprised.

Sorry for replying so late. I did see your reply but forgot to respond.

Some time later, after I had those dreams about Jesus looking differently each time, I did research on my own and found out in the Bible itself on couple occasions, Jesus may have altered His appearance.

For example, when He slipped through the crowd trying kill Him. He did not vanish in some way, He slipped through, the only way that will happen is He changed in appearance that is unrecognizable to the crowd.

Post-resurrection, His disciples did not recognize Him even though He talked to some of them up close until He repeated the same miracle He did when He first met some of them.

One occasion in the lake, the disciples failed to recognize Him and had to tell them "It is I".

The Roman soldiers who went to arrest Jesus had to rely on Judas to point Him out even though Jesus was very famous or "infamous" during that time, they would have known how Jesus appeared (or one of His appearances).

Some of the non-canon scriptures provided more details about His supernatural ability to alter His own appearance. It was told Jesus will sometimes appear as a young child, as an adult, and then as an old man. Furthermore, His skin color also change. One of skin colors Jesus changed into was red. Native Americans are described as having red skin and were referred to as "red skins" at some point in history.

I've only found out about these things later so there's no way these new knowledge have influenced my dreams about Jesus, if anything these dreams is what made me do deeper research on Jesus.

In my dreams Jesus did appear as a child, adult, and as an old man! More than that He also appeared to me appearing in various races. Native American, Asian, Polynesian, African, African, and Caucasian. Even more surprising, Jesus appeared to my dreams as female in couple of these dreams in both child and adult forms in various races. The most surprising appearances of Jesus to me are that of animals or mythical creatures. As a large bear and a spider of gigantic size.

In one of these dreams, Jesus told me that I'm already married (I've never been married my whole life). He or "she" is my wife, appearing to me as a woman in a very modest appearance probably to avoid causing feelings of lust. Just like in the Bible that we Christians will be married to Jesus in the end. Jesus did appear to me as a woman in much more attractive appearance but He or She remained quite intimidating as usual. Kind of instilling fear as you're not coming fact-to-face with an ordinary person but that of a superhuman like superman or wonder woman or someone who can instantly transform in a powerful and terrifying creature.

Luke 2:25-35 – A Rude Awakening Sermon by Andy Rupert

At the beginning of the chapter, there was great joy when the angel announced Jesus’ birth to the shepherds. The shepherds visited Joseph and Mary and told everyone about what they had heard and seen. When we left them, they were praising God for allowing them to see the new-born Savior of the world.

When we come to Luke 2:25-35, a number of days have passed since Jesus was born. He was circumcised on the eight day and about a month later was brought back to the temple with the required sacrifice. The new parents are still learning how to cope with having a new-born and they are trying to figure our how to support themselves while away from home. When they arrived at the temple to offer their sacrifice, they were surprised by another God-appointed conversation.
  1. What does it say?

There was a man named Simeon in Jerusalem. He was just, devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel, and filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit had revealed to him that he would not die before seeing the Lord’s Christ. The Spirit led him to the temple that day. When Joseph and Mary brought the Child to the temple to offer the appropriate sacrifice, Simeon took the Child in his arms and blessed God. He said,

“Lord, you are now allowing Your servant to depart in peace
    According to what You said.
My eyes have seen Your salvation,
Which You have prepared before all people,
A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles,
And the glory of Your people Israel.”

Joseph and Mary were surprised at the things which were said about Jesus. Then Simeon blessed them and spoke to Mary His mother. “Look, this child is destined to cause the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign which will be spoken against (yes, a sword will also pierce your own soul), that the thoughts of many hearts might be revealed.”

  2. What does it mean?

Simeon knew the Lord well (Luke 2:25-27a).

Simeon lived in Jerusalem around the time that Jesus was born. He is described in four ways. He was righteous in the sense that he did what was right and wanted to please the Lord. He was devout in that he faithfully carried out God’s commandments. He was waiting for the Consolation of Israel. This is another name for the Messiah who would eventually console Israel after all her troubles (see Isa. 40:1-2). He was filled with the Holy Spirit. This means that the Holy Spirit was actively directing him, and he willingly followed his leading.

The last thing Luke tells us about Simeon was that the Holy Spirit had revealed to him that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Christ. I am not sure how old Simeon was at this time, but he seemed to be ready to go (2:29). So, I would imagine that he must have been fairly old. Year after year, he waited for the Christ to appear with no results. And then one day, the Spirit led him to the temple.

Simeon knew who Jesus was (Luke 2:27b-33).

Mary and Joseph were “required by the Law not only to have Jesus circumcised (Lev. 12:3), but also to present their firstborn to God (Ex. 13:2, 12) 33 days later and to bring an offering for Mary’s purification after childbirth (Lev. 12:1-8).”1 On this particular day, they were bringing the sacrifice when Simeon met them. It may seem strange today for an old man to pick up someone else’s baby in his arms, but this was a different time and place. This was a godly man who was known for his godliness, and he may even have been part of the ceremony.

After picking up the Baby, Simeon recognized who He was. The Spirit must have revealed this to him. He then blessed God and gave a short speech about the Child. He recognized that Jesus was the Lord’s Christ.Remember how the Spirit had told him he would not die until he saw the Lord’s Christ. The Spirit now told him that this Child was the Christ. Simeon knew that he could die now that he had seen the Baby. He recognized that Jesus was the promised Savior. He had seen the Savior with his own eyes. This brings to mind what the angel told Joseph (Matt. 1:21). Jesus would be the One who would save His people from their sins. He recognized that Jesus was for all people. To this point, the Jewish people seemed to be the only focus of God’s blessing. They were His promised people. However, there were a number of instances when God worked in the lived of people outside of Israel (Rahab, Ruth, Naaman, Nebuchadnezzar, Nineveh). But this Child would change that as “all peoples” would be affected and a light would bring revelation to Gentiles and glory to Israel.

All of this brought great joy to this man of God. But Joseph and Mary were amazed at what Simeon said. What could all this mean?

Simeon knew the future of the Child (Luke 2:34-35).

After praising God for bringing the Christ into the world, Simeon turned to the parents and blessed them. This involved talking directly to the Child’s mother, Mary. He told her that the Child was destined to cause many in Israel to fall and rise. “Throughout His ministry Jesus proclaimed that the only way to the kingdom … was to follow Him. The ones who did so would receive salvation; they would ‘rise.’ But the ones who did not believe Him would not receive salvation; they would ‘fall.'”2 Consider several example on both sides. “Judas despairs, Peter repents; one robber blasphemes, the other confesses.”3 The Pharisees rejected Him, while the disciples believed Him.

He also told her that the Child would be a sign that would be spoken against. What did this mean? Simeon said that He would be a sign spoken against, a sword would pierce Mary’s soul, and the thoughts of many hearts would be revealed. Jesus’ life would be a sign to many people. Sadly, many would not understand this sign and would reject Him. “That this is what actually happened is clear from Luke 4:28, 29; John 6:41, 52; 8:13, 31-59, to cite but a few references.”4 This (along with His future death) would be like a sword through the heart for Mary. But their response to Jesus would reveal the thoughts of each individual heart.

Think of how Joseph and Mary must have responded to Simeon’s revelation. “Hitherto Mary (and Joseph) had heard only the glorious part of Jesus’ work, now she hears also the painful part, which is almost unbelievable and yet sure to come, for by the Spirit Simeon spoke true words of revelation and prophecy, they were uttered under divine inspiration.”5 All of the hopes and dreams of being the mother of the Messiah were now clashing with what Simeon has said. Was Jesus’ birth something that would bring peace on earth or division?

  3. How does it apply?

Are you a Spirit-filled believer like Simeon?

Simeon was a godly man whom the Spirit filled. He willingly lived his life for the Lord as conscientiously as he could. And on this occasion, the Spirit used Simeon to reveal the future of Jesus to Joseph and Mary. Whenever we see someone being used by God in a special way, it is often the result of that person being filled with the Spirit. This is an act of God but is also a response of the individual. God wanted to use them and the person voluntarily allowed God to use him.

Are you willing to allow the Holy Spirit to use you? Christians are challenged to “be filled with the Spirit.” This means that we must allow the Holy Spirit to direct us to do His will rather than our own. Are you allowing the Spirit to direct you today? This begins with the simple tasks of reading your Bible and praying on a regular basis. And it continues with actively being ready to do God’s will at any moment. Are you willing?

Do you believe that Jesus is for all?

Simeon mentioned that the Baby would be “a light to bring revelation to the Gentiles.” For the Jewish people, this may have been a shock. The Messiah was to be their Savior, the Consolation of Israel. Why were the Gentiles included? But this was God’s plan. Jesus was to be the Savior of the world not just for Israel.

While we often look down upon ancient Israel for not caring for Gentiles, I wonder if we act that way sometimes. Are there some people who seem like they should be outside the circle of God’s care? What about the drug addict, the drunkard, the lazy person at work, the terrorist, the criminal, and the enemy soldiers? Do you really believe that Jesus came to die for all? Then act like it.

Are you willing to face opposition for Jesus?

When Simeon told Mary about the coming difficulties involving her Son, there must have been some surprise and many questions. After all the angels had promised, how could it be that the Child would cause such division. Some would rise and some would fall. He would be a sign spoken against. A sword would pierce her own soul. This was more than she had expected.

This is something that we should remember as well. As we speak for the Lord in the coming week, there will be some who will stand against us. It will not be easy when some reject what we tell them. It might even be a painful experience. But are you willing to go through that rejection for the Lord? It will be difficult but as we present Christ to the sinful world, their response will not always be enjoyable. But don’t give up. Keep speaking and allow the gospel to penetrate the hearts of those who need the Savior.
Conclusion
After all the excitement from the first part of the chapter, the message of Simeon seems to be a downer. The angel wasn’t wrong. The shepherds weren’t wrong. It was right to respond with joy and praise to God. But Simeon brings us back to reality. There are some hard things to consider at Christmas. There are some who don’t want to hear about the Savior because they don’t like to hear that they are a sinner needing a Savior. But we, like the shepherds, shouldn’t focus on the response of people. Instead, we should focus on the wonderful gift of Jesus as the Savior of all who believe. Some will reject Him but others will receive Him. So, let’s get the message out so that some will respond in faith.

Different kinds of echo chambers

Rogan was playing a character that was him, but with a different surname, profession, and written dialog. A lot of stand-ups got TV sitcom deals, but they were writers and creators. "Joe Garelli" was a conspiracy nut who made his own duct tape and could read binary (well, hex actually). The weakest performer on the best sit-com of the late 90s.
I agree he was the weakest. It was an excellent cast, especially Dave Foley, Stephen Root and the late Phil Hartman. Heck, even Andy Dick was funny on occasion. A feat he seems unable to duplicate since.

Schumer admits to politicizing the Judiciary

No, just tired of your refusal to educate yourself.....not my job.
I have no problem educating myself. And I've checked...if any of the judges that Schumer has bragged about were unable to separate their personal opinions from constitutional issues, I've seen no evidence of it. You seem to be implying that they are unable to unable to separate their personal opinions from constitutional issues, and I'm simply asking for the evidence you seem to have, that I haven't been able to find.

If you're unable to do that, I can only conclude that you're making baseless assumptions, and nothing more. But you are, of course, always free to prove me wrong.

But, it seems to me that many Republicans view any ruling that goes against Donald Trump as an inability to separate the judge's personal opinions from constitutional issues, and don't seem to even care what those constitutional issues might be. I'm not saying that's you, but it seems a very prevalent view in Congress, to the point where the Speaker of the House has suggested, perhaps facetiously, that he may potentially defund, restructure or eliminate the US federal court system. “We do have the authority over the federal courts, as you know. We can eliminate an entire district court,” Johnson said.

I'm curious, do you agree with Johnson on this?

They have been answered. If you don't want to look not my problem.
I have looked. Multiple times. I haven't found them. But feel free to point them out, if you have.

If they do it the way Schumer did I will criticize them the same way.
Have you done that before, when the GOP bragged about having a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court? I do seem to recall hearing a lot about that a while back, around when Roe v Wade was overturned.

I am not like leftists who only think it is wrong when the opposition does it.
I'm an equal opportunity critic.
Cool. I look forward to your objections.

But, I am curious....in the article I cited earlier about Speaker Johnson, Senator Josh Hawley said that, while he disagreed with eliminating federal courts, “My view is, I’d like to get more Republican judges on the bench.” How do you feel about this? Is that not showing a preference for opinions he agrees with? He made no mention of any potential jurist's legal experience with constitutional issues, after all.

Not my job to do your work for you. Take responsibility for your own edification.
I do. All the time.

-- A2SG, but I simply can't find evidence for what you're implying, so I asked for your evidence....if you have none, then you can simply admit that....

He Died to Free Us

It was God’s will to crush Him,
That He might die for our sins.
By faith in our Lord Jesus,
All our sins are now forgiven.

But faith not just words spoken,
Faith results – obedience,
Our sins all now forsaken,
As we now do walk with Him.

We walk with Him now daily,
Our desire now for Him,
We follow where He leads us,
And now daily die to sin.

We love our times spent with Him
In our fellowship with Him,
Our desire to learn from Him,
And to listen now to Him.

He died so He would free us
From control of sin’s allure,
So we would now obey Him,
And in Him we’d now mature.

So if sin is still your practice,
Trust in Christ for your escape,
Die to sin, give your life to Him,
And now follow in His ways.

For if sin, we still walk in it,
And to God no obedience,
Then we do not have the promise,
Of a home there up in heaven.

Trump announces plan to chop down magnolia tree purportedly planted by Andrew Jackson: 'Must come to an end'

According to folklore, two trees were planted by Andrew Jackson to honor his late wife Rachel

President Donald Trump announced plans to chop down a tree that was said to have been planted by former President Andrew Jackson.

In a Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump said that he was working with "the wonderful people at the National Park Service" to make "tremendous enhancements to the White House, thereby preserving and protecting History!"

"One of the interesting dilemmas is a tree planted many years ago by the Legendary President and General, Andrew Jackson," Trump described. "It is a Southern Magnolia, that came from his home, The Hermitage, in Tennessee. That’s the good news!"

"The bad news is that everything must come to an end, and this tree is in terrible condition, a very dangerous safety hazard, at the White House Entrance, no less, and must now be removed," he continued.

Is King Charles the Antichrist ?

Well,it's right there in the Olivet discourse and you said they are persecuted before 70 ad.

These Christians are persecuted by the beast for 42 months before Christ comes in the Olivet discourse.
Jesus presented the Olivet discourse as having 3 distinct time periods - near term (the disciples generation), long term (2000 years), and end times (our generation).

The disciples and Christians of their time were persecuted for their belief in Jesus. The temple was destroyed in their generation in 70 AD. During the near term verses of the Olivet discourse.

During the long term verses of the Olivet discourse the gospel has been spread all around the world. And during that time Christians have been persecuted. Verses 10-13, in Mark 13.

The in the end times verses of Mark 13:14-47, the beast and the 42 months which he will persecute Christians is during the end times verses of the Olivet discourse.

what does Luke 3:16 really mean?

You are reading more into the grammar, than is there.

The indicative, only addresses what WILL happen. This is in opposition
to the interpretation that "it might happen", or "it may happen".

The singular deals with the one doing the baptizing, and does not
address how many times he will baptize.

John is speaking mainly to a Jewish crowd. But the grammar does not
address whether this will happen under the Old Covenant, or the New Covenant.

Note that in the case of John baptizing, and Jesus baptizing, the people being
baptized are "you-all". John seems to be saying that the people HE is baptizing
for the forgiveness of sins, will be the same ones whom the Christ will baptize
with the Holy Spirit, and fire.
And when I wrote what the INDICATIVE MOOD means , I wrote from A MANUEL GRAMMER OF THE GREEK

NEW ESTAMENT by DANA AND MANTEY and they say , that the INDICATIVE MOOD means IT IS THE MOOD OF CERTAINTY ,

and I wrote you better believe it .

They also say , IT is the PRIMARILY the mood of UNQALIFIED assertion OR simple question of FACT , Page 168 .and there is

a lot more .!! Just asking , do you believe in WATER BAPTISM for today ??

Joe Biden Pardons MULTIPLE Family Members in Shocking Abuse of Power

This would require a Constitutional Amendment.
This might not be the “best time” to fiddle with the innards of our Republic?
Yes it would. Currently is just being absolutely abused. And yes, I agree. Right now probably isn't the best time.

According to The Rules

Christ shows us a new practice and mechanism of lawful practice. That practice is through goodness/love. It is not lawless, it is governed by a standard of goodness/love that Christ sets but it is shown as lawful practice in that the goodness/love itself fulfills the law. For example Christ says in Mat 12:12 that it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath. This is consistence with Christ's law in Mat 22:37-40 or Paul's perspective of Christ's law fulfilling law (Gal 5:14) as well as other texts.

this shows us a lawful standard outside of the letter through the mechanism of goodnesss. Law is not forgotten or thrown away, it is kept through a new standard found in Christ and that standard is lawful.
Thank you for taking the time to read and to respond. Much appreciated.

Do Not Fall for The Lies

I totally agree with your statement. We are under the New Covenant that was given and ratified by Jesus' blood at Calvary. The covenant is the new way and should not be confused with the covenant given to Israel at Sinai. Keeping God's commands does not mean keeping ritual laws intended for one former nation. Morality is forever and Paul sums this up in Gal 5:
13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh: rather, serve one another humbly in love. 14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.

16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Paul didn't teach that we are obligated to keep ritual laws like Sabbath observance of the Old Covenant. In fact, he wrote in 2Cor 3 that the ten commandments were temporary, and we are under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Do not allow deceivers like those who deceived the Galatians and like those today doing the same thing.
Thank you for reading and for your response. Much appreciated.

Rep. Jim Jordan Announces House Judiciary Hearing to Grill Radical Judges Over Partisan Rulings and Activist Records

In a fiery series of interviews, House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) confirmed that his committee will launch a sweeping series of hearings aimed at exposing the “deeply political and activist record” of federal judges who have repeatedly interfered with President Trump’s constitutional authority.

Jordan’s statements, made during interviews with Fox News hosts Bill Hemmer and Brian Kilmeade, highlight his intent to investigate judicial overreach, specifically targeting Boasberg’s recent rulings and past judicial record.

The hearing, scheduled to begin as early as next week, aims to address nationwide injunctions and the politically motivated decisions, particularly in the context of President Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

In an interview with Bill Hemmer, Jordan’s criticism centers on Boasberg’s temporary restraining order blocking Trump’s invocation of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport individuals accused of being part of the Tren de Aragua gang.

Boasberg’s order, issued on March 15, 2025, directed that deportation flights be halted and any planes in the air be turned around.

Jordan argues that this decision is “ridiculous” and politically driven, asserting that Trump’s actions are constitutionally sound under Article II, Section 1, which vests executive power in the President, and statutorily supported by the Alien Enemies Act, which allows the President to detain or remove enemy aliens during times of war or “predatory incursion.”

Jordan interprets the gang members’ illegal entry and criminal activities as fitting this criterion, framing Boasberg’s ruling as an unjustified interference with executive authority.

Additionally, Boasberg sat on the FISA court that approved illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign based on false and doctored evidence in the Trump-Russia hoax. That included the now-infamous case of FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who altered an email to justify spying—and was let off with a slap on the wrist by Boasberg.

Jim Jordan:
Frankly, there’s the broader issue of all these judges’ injunctions, and then decisions like Judge Boasberg—what he’s trying to do and how that case is working. We’re going to have hearings on all of that, because particularly when you look at Judge Boasberg, it starts to look like this is getting totally political from this guy.

Particularly when you remember he’s also the judge who was part of the whole Trump-Russia FISA court—granting those warrants that allowed the Comey FBI to spy on President Trump’s campaign. So, we’re going to look at that issue as well. But hopefully, we can get that bill passed next week on the House floor, move it to the Senate, and hopefully get it to the President’s desk.

Thanks for the post, it prompted me to look a little deeper, I now understand why chief Justice "John Roberts" has been in recent news in Boasberg's defence, Robert's is a liberal at heart, and sides with the liberals wearing a conservative appointment tag, Robert's is the one behind the lawfare in trying to remove President Trumps executive authority IMHO, he's well aware of his Obama liberal appointee in Boasberg and he's done everything to promote him

Boasberg was appointed by Obama in Mar 2011 to the US DC district court

Boasberg was appointed by SCOTUS Chief Justice "John Roberts" to the FISA court 2014?

Boasberg was appointed by SCOTUS Chief Justice Robert's in 2020 to the illegal terrorist removal court?

Woman confesses to accidentally killing her daughter who also ate food prepared for Christian neighbors during Ramadan

NAIROBI, Kenya — A Muslim woman in eastern Uganda killed a Christian couple and accidentally took her own daughter’s life in the process.

Sin: Not a Reason to Refuse Communion

A couple of points that should be made here:
1. The Lord's Supper is also found in Mark 14, Luke 22, and 1 Cor 11.
2. Jesus' Kingdom started at His resurrection. Thus, He could have partaken of the cup again with His disciples after His resurrection, as they were then in His Kingdom.
I know about Luke 22:16 and of Mark 14:25 and they both are the SAME wording , drink it anew in my Fathers Kingdom !!
