Which victims are "these" victims? If you are still talking about the so-called victims who were paraded at political events (exploitation) why would any non-MAGA applaud them? They are not heroes, just unfortunate. The non-Magadonians support actual victims by authorizing and funding FEMA, Medicaid, cancer research, etc. - iow, actual useful material support.

Again, we must come out from among the churches that are man-based (organized upon their church handwritings of ordinances/dogmas).

They fall short of the glory of God. They are not “shining” with His glory nor is the life of Jesus (the revealing of the Son of man) being seen in them. The people of the outside world do not see the light shining from us when we sit together with them.

We must come out from among them and be separate. This complete separation is our purification (to be holy- separate for purification).

We shall be persecuted by those we leave behind in the man-based churches…but we are to follow peace with all.

Without this “holiness”…that is, PURIFICATION…no one shall see the Lord.

No person in the outside world will see the light shining through us if we do not come out from among the man-based churches and be separate from them for our purification. The people on the outside shall not see His life being made manifest in our mortal flesh WITHOUT this separation that is to be done. .

(14) Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

We are to run with patience the race that is set before us….as we “run” out of the man-based churches. Let us not return evil for their evil as they will persecute and revile us for leaving them.

(1) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

We are to endure (with Him) the cross…keeping His “daily” sacrifice….despising the shame (that will come from those we leave behind in the man-based churches). We are looking forward to Jesus and the glory that comes with His life being made manifest/shine in our mortal flesh.

(2) Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The Lord chastens those whom He loves….as we shall endure the persecution from those we leave behind. He treats us as His children....His sons and daughters.

(3) For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
(4) Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

After we have done the will of God, we shall then receive the promise…..the age-lasting life of Jesus being made manifest in our mortal flesh (the revealing of the Son of man to the outside world). They…those who are to be saved in the outside world… shall then see His light shining in us…and will come to that light.

(35) Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
(36) For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

He that is coming NOW in our mortal flesh, shall arrive and will not delay. The man-based churches are preaching that He is delaying His coming. It has been 2000 years for their “another jesus” who is supposed to come. They are the host of the prince that “shall come” some day. They are not looking for His life to shine now in our mortal flesh.

(37) For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

Be not fearful of the persecutions that will come from the man-based churches and “draw back unto destruction”. Let us not shrink back unto them out of fear.

(38) Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Our souls shall be persecuted by them….but we are to believe to the saving of our soul as when the life of Jesus shall be revealed through us, no man can then take away our joy.

(39) But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

The “vision”….the sight..of the Lord.... shall come as His life shall be made manifest in our mortal flesh for the people of the outside world to see We must understand and “run” the race set out before us as we leave the man-based churches where His life is not being made manifest among them.

Yes he did. I listen to some Greek Orthodox on line and they say death is a blessing, even for the non Christian because its an end to sin.

When the Vatican published a photo Tuesday of Cardinal Kevin Farell sealing the doors of Pope Francis’ suite in the Domus Sancta Marta, eagle-eyed Catholic spotted a sign on the door of the pope’s room, with a simple message: “Vietato Lamentarsi,” — no whining.

According to AFP News, Pope Francis was given the sign by psychologist Salvo Noe, during a June 2017 audience.

The placard — which is configured to look like an Italian ‘no smoking’ sign — warns that complainers “are subject to developing a victim complex, resulting in a lowering... of their capacity to solve problems."

"To be your best you have to focus on your own potential and not on your limits, so stop whining and act to make your life better," the sign warns, warning that the “penalties” for whining are “doubled in the presence of children.”

When the pope received the sign, he initially told aides that he would put it on his office door, presumably at the Vatican’s Apostolic Palace.

Pope Francis used his influence over the College of Cardinals to shape the Church’s future by creating cardinals who share his pastoral vision.

The news of Pope Francis’ death on Easter Monday morning did not come as a complete surprise, given the pontiff’s deteriorating health over the past few weeks. The schedule is now being accelerated for the organisation of the funeral and the election of his successor.

Of the 252 cardinals currently in office worldwide, 135 cardinals under the age of 80 are considered eligible to vote and will be responsible for choosing Francis’ successor. However, all cardinals are invited to gather in Rome as soon as Tuesday, April 22nd at 9 a.m.—just 24 hours after the death of Pope Francis.

Cardinal Joseph Zen, Bishop Emeritus of Hong Kong, expressed alarm at the haste with which the cardinals were summoned to Rome, which he believes will prevent some of the older cardinals from attending. These cardinals have been asked not to travel if the journey is too difficult for them—a move that Cardinal Zen considers deliberate. The oldest cardinals are mainly those created by Pope Francis’ predecessors, John Paul II and Benedict XVI.

The pontiff’s body has been placed in a coffin and will be laid in state on Wednesday, April 23rd in St Peter’s Basilica, where it will be available for veneration by the faithful. The pope’s funeral will be celebrated on Saturday, April 26th at 10 a.m.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams, whose criminal corruption case was dismissed with prejudice earlier this month, has suggested that God had a hand in the outcome of the legal action against him by the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern District of New York.

Adams was formally indicted last September on charges that he took some $10 million in bribes and illegal campaign donations from foreign nationals in exchange for favors.

District Judge Dale Ho dismissed the case in a 21-page order and opinionearlier this month, while challenging some arguments made by the Department of Justice that pushed for the dismissal by saying the case “is tainted with impropriety,” “detrimental to national security and immigration enforcement” and “was a weak case to begin with.”

Great question. First, i think the majority of the country would remain the same and not alter their politics, and so remain part of America.

BUT, I do have a more extensive look at this and it includes responding to objections were it to be fully implemented. It will be published in a week and i will post it here.

Taken out of context, such passages of Scripture as this, are often used to teach that all judging of other humans is wrong. But is it? No, it isn’t!

But first of all let me state that the context here has to do with Christian brothers and sisters in the Lord, some of whom had accepted the freedom given to them, by faith in Jesus Christ, to no longer have to adhere to the Old Covenant liturgical, ceremonial, dietary, and Sabbath laws, and some who were still holding to dietary restrictions and to regarding one day more sacred than others. And they were casting judgment on one another.

And, in this context, they were being instructed that they were not to judge the other, because neither were committing any sin, but both were doing what they believed was right in the eyes of the Lord, and in what they did, they still worshiped God and served the Lord with their lives. So both sides were living for God and worshiping the Lord in truth in what they did and/or in what they chose not to do. And this was acceptable to God.

But the problem we are being faced with today is that so many people are redefining the gospel of Jesus Christ, and they are altering the gospel message to make it more acceptable to human flesh. And so they are redesigning God’s word to fit with their selfish natures and sinful lifestyles, and to give themselves carte blanche to live however they want while still claiming Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. We are to judge this!

We are to judge willful, deliberate, and habitual sin in the lives of others who call themselves our sisters and brothers in Christ, but not to condemn them and then to just write them off, but in order to assist them in getting their lives going in the right direction. But this can’t be just a matter of suspicion or of opinion, but we have to have factual information before we accuse anyone of doing wrong in the eyes of God and according to the Scriptures.

For there is judging that is wrong. We are not to judge others hypocritically, judging the speck in their eye while we have a log in our own. First we are to take the log out of our own eye, then we will see clearly to take the speck out of our brother’s eye. Nor should we judge by outward appearances only, but with a right judgment. And we should not judge others without first giving them a hearing and learning what they are doing.

We are not to judge according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit, and according to the teachings of the Scriptures, taught in their appropriate context. And we are not to judge others for doing what we are doing, in practice, ourselves, if what we are doing is wrong. And we are not to judge others by our own personal opinions or prejudices or culture, comparing them to ourselves, thinking that they are just like us in heart and mind.

But we are to judge obvious and blatant and habitual sin in the life of one who calls himself a Christian. And we are to be those who should be speaking the truth to one another, in love, and who are helping to restore a fellow Christian who has fallen back into sin back to a right relationship with the Lord. And we are to judge blatant and immoral and unchecked sin within the church in order to keep the rest of the church from following suit.

And we should make judgements with regard to false teaching of false gospels and false doctrines which are leading many people to follow after a false god and a false gospel which will land them in hell while promising them heaven as their eternal reward. And we should be exposing the fruitless deeds of darkness for what they are, and we should be proclaiming the truth of God’s word in hopes to save some out of the pit of destruction.

So, not all judging is wrong. But some people would have you to believe that it is. What is wrong is judging that is hypocritical, false, unjust, in hate, by human standards, by comparing others to ourselves, and based on our own culture, with the wrong motives, prejudicially, and for evil and nefarious purposes. For all of us one day will have to stand before the judgment seat of God and we will have to give an account for what we did in this life.

And the Scriptures teach the indication of those who are true followers of Christ are those who have left their lives of sin behind them, and who are now following Jesus Christ with their lives in obedience to his commands, in holy living, in practice, by the Spirit, in the power of God. So if sin is what you practice, and not obedience to our Lord’s commands, then you will not inherit eternal life with God, regardless of what your lips profess.

Some decades ago I was walking through some downtown Cincinnati streets with my baby on a back carrier.

I saw a blind man and his blind wife getting off of a bus. As they stood there on the street some people would look at them curiously, but everybody just went on by to their busy activities.

But I was not in a hurry. I don’t remember what I said to the couple, but I did invite them to go with me on a stroll around downtown Cincinnati. The highlight was when we came to Fountain Square. That is a place that has big statues with streams of waters flowing from them to a pool below.

I had the couple place their hands over the statues as much as they wanted. After awhile I led them back to their bus stop.

I was watching a video recently about Angels, and something occurred to me. The couple had neither a cane nor a guide dog. On reflection, it seems kind of, well crazy, of them to land in downtown Cincinnati on a busy day with no dog and no cane and nobody to help them. Except me as it turned out.

Maybe they were just very brave and wacky people. Maybe the Lord told them to go there and that he would take care of them. Whatever. I’m just wondering if maybe they were angels as we are told that sometimes we entertain angels unaware.

Something becomes and idol when it takes precedence over God. That doesn't mean that because you enjoy something that it is an idol. The Bible states in Corinthians 10:31: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." You can listen to music, eat, drink, etc. and do it with a thankfulness and reverence of God.

Here's one example of why you don't want to mess around with astrology of any kind. Even if you know celestial bodies have nothing to do with determining your future, you still don't want to be drawn into it.

Yes I agree. Before I was converted, I had been brought up in the Church of England, and sang from boyhood in the church choir. Each service included the singing of at least one Psalm, so over the years I got to know the psalms fairly well, but I certainly wasn't worshipping when I sang them. I was merely parroting the words.

I have done the same. I was a singer, a voice and music major in college, and we sang the hymns in our weekly gatherings of the church, but oftentimes I was just singing and not really taking in the words. I loved/love the harmonies in the old hymns. Sometimes I was worshiping the Lord and really singing the words from my heart, based in the truth of where I was spiritually in my own life, and other times I was just singing because I loved to sing. I lost my singing voice about 5 years ago - it comes and it goes - so I don't sing as much as I used to. I do pay much more attention to words now, and if the words are biblically sound, which many today are not, then I sing them from my heart, a heart committed to the Lord.
