has financial statements for numerous Christian ministry/charity
organizations
One thing I do look for in a Christian organization is their
percentage of (General and admin ratio ) administration and salary
costs. The head, president, CEO, person in charge, are they receiving
an inordinate salary and benefits? Do they utilize as many volunteers
as possible and get the most money to where it does the most good? I
personally shy away from (General and admin ratio )administrative
costs at 15% or above.

-GuideStar ( Nonprofit data for donors, grantmakers, and businesses | GuideStar | Candid )

-Charity Navigator ( Charity Ratings and Donor Resources | Charity Navigator )

This song is a prayer of petition to my Lord. It is a prayer seeking his face, his guidance and his counsel. It asks of the Lord that I may listen to him, and that I may follow Him in truth. I ask that He gently lead me in His service, and that He guide my steps and give me strength. I want to be filled with his love and mercy, and for that love and mercy to spill over into my relationships with the people in my life, and the people I meet face to face on a daily basis.

My heart’s desire is that I would always be willing and ready to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to not shrink back when given the opportunity. I want to show God’s love to people in caring for their needs, too. Most of all, and this is all encompassing, I want to be like Jesus in all that I do, think and say. I want Him to always be King of my heart and for me to follow him in complete obedience wherever He leads me.

Yep the vid is about 1 to 2 yrs old , right in the middle of the pandemic where in my country they tried to take us into their NWO.
And thank goodness they failed and we are all back to normal now.

If you do things right, you may have to be in that job for only 5 to 10 years and then retire after that.

Once you retire, you'll have all the time to do anything you want. You can even sleep all day for all I care.

Doing things right means saving up money that you can use later on to start a business, or setting some money aside to put into investment.

Do that instead of getting an expensive mortgage or buying a new car you don't really need when the old one is perfectly meeting all your needs.

I'm not sure why someone needs to be picked until the convention. The pick will be made before August 7th.

In any case, she has 3 good choices: Shapiro, Kelly and Cooper.

Obviously, Kamala needs PA. IMO, Shapiro and Federman should be able to deliver the state without making Shapiro VP.
Kelly and Cooper could help win their states, both states critical to Trump.

Unless she is really worried about PA, she has much more to gain with Kelly. His bio and background are impressive. Also, gun safety legislation could become an issue without Kamala spending much time discussing it. It would be interesting to see Vance and Kelly discuss their military records. Also, Kelly helps with regard to border issues.

Related... my brother's german shepherds sniffed out his wife's breast cancer before she was diagnosed. She knew something was up because they would sit and stare at her or lay their heads on her lap more than usual. She had to have surgery but the docs believe they got it all in time. Gave me an opportunity to plant a little seed - told my brother to remember that those pups are a gift from God. *smile*
