Oh.... for goodness sake... The earth, as a ball, is not spinning one direction above the equator and another direction below the creator...You, yourself, admitted that perspective makes a difference in how motion is perceived.
There is a difference in perceptive between the Northern and Southern hemispheres. This is confirmed by observation of the heavens. As has been mentioned in the thread, ... the Southern Hemisphere perspective shows stars that observers in the Northern hemisphere can't see ... and vice-versa.
There is no principle in flat earth cosmology which explains this phenomena ...
Stand on the ground... look up... the stars can only move one way..... flat or ball....
sheesh....
Look south... from Toronto or Sydney..... they move left to right...
Look north... from Toronto or Sydney... they move right to left....
Unless the sun rises in the west in Oz..... that is.
