CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

First of all, those are some nice pics!!! Secondly, I think they should put the original trilogy in the IMAX theater. Last of all, I think Lucas should make a 3rd trilogy (you heard me right) based on the Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn. Just some random Star Wars thoughts.

Watch Episode I and II....compare them to the IV, V, and VI. Lucas' direction is mediocre and so is his screenwriting. At first I thought Hayden Christensen was just a bad actor, then I watched "Shattered Glass". I realized it was Lucas all along. Same with Portman. She's a wonderful actress ( watch "Closer" and "Garden State") and then I see her acting in the prequels. It's really disappointing. Jar Jar Binks was nothing more than something to entertain the little kids. The romance is badly mishandled. Han and Leia's romance was much more believable. The film did not need to be 90% CGI. The only saving grace of the first prequel was Liam Neeson and the lightsaber duel. To be frank, the prequels are a travesty to the original trilogy. I heard George Lucas is working on a script for Indiana Jones. I hope Spielberg has enough common sense to use Frank Darabont's script instead of Lucas.
