“Round-them-all-up” is are common for “failure-to-disperse” (and worse) arrests at protests, they all get due process and if they’re a journalist, (unless they charged with a crime) they‘ll be freed.
Yes, the city is sorry that they picked up a journalist who was embedded with uncooperative group of people, but these things happen.

Not of the people. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. That's the operative clause. Well regulated in the 17th century did not mean government regulations applied to firearms for the people. The right of the people to.keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The founding fathers did not envision us having a standing army and so they wrote in provisions to ensure a "well regulated militia". How does one have a "well regulated militia" without regulations?
