Hitchen's razor isn't worth squat in a Christian Forum. As the atheistic reasoning he applied it to was quite flawed.
It has nothing to do with atheism or theism. Simply stated, what can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. Your claim was asserted without evidence, so I dismiss it without evidence.
As opposed to the jury in Trump's criminal trial, who viewed the actual evidence presented, and rendered a verdict of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Judge Engoron had plenty of time to pass sentence and kept delaying until passing a non-sentnce at the last minute. You're wrong, a ridiculous penalty of $355 million was ordered, and then overturned for being ridiculous.
Different fraud trial. I know, I know, it can be hard to keep up with all of Trump's guilty verdicts for fraud.
Judge Engoron presided over Trump's
civil fraud trial. That guilty verdict resulted in a $364 million judgment. On appeal, the disgorgement was tossed, but the verdict of guilt remains. Trump's
criminal fraud trial, presided over by Judge Merchan, resulted in 34 felony convictions for fraud, and a sentence of unconditional discharge. But the guilty verdict remains, so Trump is a convicted felon.
Also, as to the criminal trial, do you remember why there were delays before sentence was passed? It rhymes with schmesidential schmelection.
Simply not hating Trump is enough to conclude the case and convtion was a matter of bogus lawfare.
Then provide evidence of misconduct or malfeasance during either fraud trial. Or, if you prefer, proof of Trump's innocence. He can no longer be presumed innocent since he was proven guilty in both cases.
The left is going on way too much about how terrified of retribution those involved are to gloss over it like that.
I don't speak for "the left," nor do I fear retribution from Donald Trump. But everything I've said here is 100% factual and verifiable, something no one who claims "lawfare" can say.
-- A2SG, so far, in all the cases where someone asserts Trump's many guilty verdicts were the result of "lawfare," I've yet to see
ANY evidence to support the claim....
