You'd have to check the Constitution for that, but not so much that it leaves out legitimate voters. I certainly think the Electoral Votes need to be regulated, but Republicans apparently think they can send fake Electors.
Photo ID does not leave out legitimate voters.

Photo ID does not leave out legitimate voters.
Of course it does, because it requires money and time and documentation that not everyone can afford, especially when registration locations have been closed down by Republicans.

I dont believe it. In this say and age there isn't any great investigatory methodology to detect voter fraud. Mail in voting and early voting are easy ways to commit fraud.

You know they found problems with the voting machines integrities right. But it's too late to do anything about it this election cycle. No I think there is far more fraud that is taking place than people know about.
That's a 'you' problem. Dominion won lots of $$$ against FOX and others for defamation.

Well if Bill Barr says so it must be true!

Either way voter fraud is within the realm of possibility, it’s best to eliminate that possibility, by requiring photo ID.
He actually investigated.
The lawsuits started by Trump supporters about voting loss.

In court, Rudy Giuliani had to admit that they had no evidence of voter fraud.

For what?
For not getting an ID.
Of course it does, because it requires money and time and documentation that not everyone can afford, especially when registration locations have been closed down by Republicans.
Maybe democrats should work on making such identification free then instead of shuttling tax dollars towards abortion. Furthermore I don’t believe someone can’t afford “time”.

That's a matter for the legislative branch to decide and the judicial branch to interpret. "Lots" has variable meanings.
Okay, what do you think regulated means?

And what does shall not be infringed mean?

Is it different than well regulated? Doesn't that seem contradictory to you?

Are you claiming all regulations amount to infringement? Only the courts can decide where the line is, but obviously regulation is mandated.

It's not either/or.
Furthermore I don’t believe someone can’t afford “time”.
People who work and have families may not have the time to drive 50 miles to the nearest registration location to wait for four hours because the GOP shut the others down.

I highly doubt that. If they were determined, they would find a way. It’s not a four hour wait either don’t exaggerate.

They shouldn't have to lift a finger. And why should it be harder for certain demographics that the GOP targets? Let's make it a hundred miles! Or two hundred!

I heard there were some arrests made of "mostly" peaceful protesters.

...I thought that was bad, but I guess it's only bad everywhere except at their own events.
