I have a simple question. Everyone says that Christians violate the rights of non-Christians; like the right to be gay. I have never heard Christians say they want non-Christians to stop being gay. I only heard them say it is sin.

So my question to Christians is, do you want stop homosexuality among non-Christians?

we want what GOD wants.. all to become reconciled to him through Jesus..that he may transform us into his likeness..sinless and full of love.

those who refuse to be reconciled to God will be cast into outer darkness and those who are will dwell with him in peace.

I'm just curious, what qualifies you to say that? I"m not talking about statistics. We all know statistics can be manipulated. I'm talking about proven research, you may not like the results, but that doesn't change them. There have been many studies done, what ones are you disputing?

Let me just say that I know that God hates homosexuality. But I, myself, have gay desires. And I hate it. I do, however, resent how some Christians handle the whole gay thing. But I also realize my resentment could be sin. I just don't agree (which maybe wrong) how some Christians see it. I'm talking about when it comes to the attraction, not the behavior. The behavior is a choice. I choose not to engage in it. Not because I am better, but because I fear God. And God drew me to his Son, Jesus.

For the sake of me being at peace with everyone. I will just accept what you say.

Jesse, God Bless you. It seems each of us have a thorn in the flesh. Mine was alcohol for many years, but I have been free of it for almost thirty years. Take a look at Lev 18 and tell us what the punishment for homosexual behavior was. The issue of eating pork was dealt with and many of the Jewish rules. Just because we have freedom in Christ doesn't mean that we should live in direct disobedience.

Look at the AIDS epidemic, where did it start? It started in Africa but here in America it has been spread through first the homosexual community and of course now to both genders. Both heterosexual and homosexual people are contracting the virus due to sexual immorality. It is well known in San Francisco the average homosexual will have up to fifteen hundred sexual encounters with different people. Many are also bi- sexual helping spread AIDS to the heterosexual community.

You can try to paint the acceptance picture anyway you wish, but reality is it is a sin that is killing people. Pork, and mixed fabrics don’t kill people unless the pork isn’t prepared properly.

I have heard many pastors say they believe AIDS is a punishment for our immorality, I’m not willing to say that because I don’t know, but it seems like there may be a element of truth. We do reap what we sow.

Some people argue that vaccines for STDs are wrong because they remove God's punishment for immorality, but I don't agree with them, because of the simple fact that a lot of people who get AIDS do not get it from sexual immorality. There are other causes from AIDS. A lot of people who got AIDS in the 1980s were innocent people who did nothing wrong, and simply got a bad blood transfusion.

We as a nation are in dire straights.....Murder is a sin, and many legalize and glorify abortion which is murder and the greatest of our sins at present. Stealing is a sin, but how many shows and movies now glorify it. In 1961 just before prayer was takin out of the schools, no one who believed in God, or probably those who didn't would of believed that a generation later you could turn on the news and see two men kissing each other and getting married. It is a sin....that is also now being glorified. Sadly, it has also crept into some of the churches and some are also glorifying it there.

the Bible qualifies me to say that ..science does not cancel God ..in fact the word of God states that the greatest so called wisdom of men is foolishness to God .

and al the science presented is an absolute contradiction of itself .
if some men are born with no choice but to sodomize one another
then the same must be said about every other outer act preformed by all people rape theft murder adultery idolatry etc .
but gay science tried to present it only in favor of self justification. never in Truth.

they are not gay .

That's an interesting look at homosexuality. However, I've heard from some homosexuals that they simply aren't attracted to members of the opposite sex, so how does that fit in with your explanation here? I can understand it must be hard for someone in this situation, and they must be thinking to themselves: "what are my options for partnership?"

when Ian McCormick returned from his encounter with the lord after he died.he could see demons.. it is demonic ..not natural.

The research that has been done is not "gay science", it has been done by many well trained psychiatrist and psychologist that have no desire to taint the research in one direction or the other. You are misunderstanding my point, I'm in no way say it is an acceptable behavior. I'm saying some people have homosexual tendencies from birth, meaning it is genetic, other because of gender identity issues cause by a multitude of reasons.
Just because you don't want to accept scientific work that has been well proven, doesn't make it invalid, it only makes you closed minded to the facts.

In the bigger picture, people don't have to follow the edicts of Christianity in order to be right. Christianity is also a choice, as is not being a christian. If you want to define homosexuality as being an irredeemable sin within the christian faith, then I fully support you. However, people are allowed to choose what they think is the best way, even if it isn't christianity.
