Are you claiming the NY appeals court is biased? What do you base that determination on? Beyond the fact that you consider Donald Trump innocent of any and all crimes he's been proven to have committed, that is.

It's not whether or not I'm correct, the law and how it applies in this case is detailed in the decision I gave you a link to. If you have a problem with the financial laws of New York, then your problem is with the state of New York and it's legislature, not me.

I suggest you take your concerns up with them.

No one thought the judgement would be erased but nearly everyone thought it would be reduced which is pretty standard. Trump made verified false statements, i.e. fraud. Why should that be dismissed?

Why was the judgement dismissed? Anything can and does happen under appeal! Especially if you don't have a progressive liberal judge...

If this case were to go to a completely unbiased court, it will be overruled. No fraud was committed.

Fraudulent financial statements were filed that the banks depended on.

The banks were not a victim of fraud and the loans with interest were paid off on time.

You don't remember the brouhaha? They published a summary and an analysis but the forms themselves with all the appendices? I think that would be illegal.
