Are you claiming the NY appeals court is biased? What do you base that determination on? Beyond the fact that you consider Donald Trump innocent of any and all crimes he's been proven to have committed, that is.

The banks were not a victim of fraud and the loans with interest were paid off on time. Apparently, only liberals might believe that is fraud.

It's not whether or not I'm correct, the law and how it applies in this case is detailed in the decision I gave you a link to. If you have a problem with the financial laws of New York, then your problem is with the state of New York and it's legislature, not me.

I suggest you take your concerns up with them.
