Some folks believe that when Jesus said, "Not everyone shall enter the kingdom of heaven." that He really didn't mean that.

dunno. St. Paul contrasted it with eternal life, and says it's the wages of sin. (This is where you tell me that "death" doesn't really mean "death"; it really means eternal life in torment. So what it really means is that the gift of God is eternal life, but the wages of sin is eternal life as well, but with torture. Right?

No. death generally means death unless it's being used metaphorically. The only contradiction come with believing that death doesn't mean death at all, but torture. Y'all believe that everyone has eternal life by default. That's where the contradiction comes in.

When did I ever say anyone was annihilated?
When I am reading sometimes I cheat and read the end of the book. Have you read then end of the Bible?

Revelation 22:11
(11) He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.​

Last book, last chapter 10 more vss. the end, no more death, no more salvation only "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still," Where are those who are unjust still?

The story of the rich man and Lazarus is placed between other parables (Lk 15-16). They are also depicted as having physical bodies and needs, after death, which is unexpected in afterlife. This text is also consistent with other warnings about trusting in riches.

The case is unclear if it should be considered to be a real history or an allegory.

Exactly. That's what you say. Especially when it comes to passages like Matthew 25:46 and Revelation 14:11. You basically say, "well did God really say that ?"

Whenever it comes to the main passages that prove Hell is eternal punishment , you do thee exact same thing the Serpent did in Genesis 3:1

A parable is a specific type of figure of speech. The word parable is derived from the Greek word "parabolos" which means to lay/throw beside. Something unknown/not understood is explained by comparison with something known/understood e.g. "the kingdom of God is like unto a sower sowing seed." The Lazarus and rich man story lacks that comparison. There are 212 figures of speech in the Bible. Lazarus and the rich man might be some other figure of speech, but it is not a parable.
