keras it looks like we've got off on a bad note ..... Perhaps it will stay that way.....judging from the crazy stuff you're coming up with I think we will probably butt heads again in the future.

I totally DISAGREE with you on this point and that's were we are going to have to leave it. One of us is right and the other is wrong. Let's leave it at that - I will drop in here again with more in depth points if I have time.

But I can say right now - keras your THEORY is nonsense. I'm sure you loved that statement too..... sorry but I'm very blunt. I hope you can handle it.

The 'vast multitude' seen by John in Revelation 7-14 are not dead or spiritual people. You have added that idea the scripture.
They are plainly the Lord's faithful Christian people, who have passed through the great trial of the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster.
Any other theories of who they are, is just conjecture and made to suit something like the 'rapture to heaven' false doctrine.

Please don't mix up the people seen in Rev 7, with those in chapters 13 and 16.
None of the souls go anywhere until Judgement.

They are wearing WHITE ROBES LIKE THOSE WHO WERE SLAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR TESTIMONY OF JESUS MENTIONED IN REVELATION 6:9-11
    Revelation 6
11 And there was given them to each one a white robe; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little time, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, who should be KILLED even AS THEY WERE, should have fulfilled [their course].

Revelation 7:13-14 is the fulfillment ...the brethren who were KILLED as they were.

    Revelation 7:13-14 KJV
13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, These that are arrayed in white robes, who are they, and whence came they?
14 ....these are those who came of great tribulation...

I can handle it, I am a majority with God, as I post the Bible truths.
You and most brainwashed Christians, simply can't comprehend God's plan for His people in the last days. Sad, really, as what must happen will be a very big surprise for all.

Anyone could buy a white dressing gown tomorrow.
Does that qualify them for the living in Rev 7:9 or the dead in Rev 6:9-11?
Two different people groups; but both are Gods faithful people.

Revelation 7:9-14 The great multitude to large to number wearing white robes are seen BEFORE the Throne of God in Heaven...wake up.

    Revelation 6
11 And there was given them to each one a white robe; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little time, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, who should be KILLED even AS THEY WERE, should have fulfilled [their course].

Revelation 7:9-14 is the fulfillment ...the brethren who SHOULD BE KILLED as they were.

    Revelation 7:13-14 KJV
13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, These that are arrayed in White Robes, who are they, and whence came they?
14 ....these are they which came out of great tribulation...

They came out of great tribulation = they were martyred to death because of their testimony of Jesus, like those wearing white robes mentioned in Revelation 6:9-11.

This reply shows you to be a person who adds to scripture to suit your beliefs. A VERY serious matter.
Heaven is NOT mentioned in Revelation 7... at all. That chapter is describing earthly scenes, as the first 3 verses plainly show.
God's throne can be seen on earth if He wills it. Ezekiel 1:1, Acts 7:56

My point, is that the group in Rev 7:9, is different from the dead martyrs in Rev 6:9-11 because they have passed thru the great ordeal...Rev 7:14 They are living people, they wave palm branches as the Lord reveals Himself to them. 2 Thessalonians 1:10, Revelation 14:1

Revelation 7:1-8 is a Earthly scene
    While
    Revelation 7:9-14 is in Heaven

9 After these things I saw, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, out of every nation and of [all] tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 and they cry with a great voice, saying, Salvation unto our God who sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb.

11 And all the angels were standing round about the throne, and [about] the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, [be] unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

See Revelation 4 and Revelation 5 for a detailed description of the Throne of God in Heaven ...

    Correct
Wrong. The scripture does NOT say that.
Don't you take any notice of Ezekiel 1: and Acts 7:56? They prove the God's throne can be see on earth, if God will it. Remember heaven is a spiritual concept, for us it can be anywhere or everywhere.

That God's faithful Christian people from every tribe, race, nation and language do gather in all of the holy Land soon after all that area is cleared by the Sixth Seal, is well prophesied. John sees them there and later we know God's holy people are there from Daniel 7:25 and Revelation 13:7

You have just admitted above that your version of "soul sleep" is wrong.

What are you going to do with this fact...

I believe the 7th king is the coming Antichrist and also Satan. The 8th king is for the world to come, at the end of Rev.20.

The 6th Seal is actually in 2 parts, it has a revelation of stars cast to the earth as untimely figs. I believe it links to Rev.12:7 forward for the tribulation timing.

I see the first 1260 days period of the Church being protected in the wilderness being metaphorical for spiritual protection, not literal physical protection. When the AOD is setup after that, that is when the actual time of "great tribulation" will be with the Antichrist demanding all to bow to the abomination idol.

Every Bible Scholars are in agreement that Ezekiel 1 was a VISION..

Have you actually read Daniel 7:25 and Revelation 13:7 both are saying that the SAINTS WILL BE OVERCOME during the 42 months (3 1/2 years) reign of the Beast/Little Horn.

    Daniel 7:25
25 And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High; and he shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and half a time.

    Revelation 13:7
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.

The Christians will be overcome by the Beast/AC in 2 ways
1-Those who will take the mark and who will worship the Beast and his image will lose their Salvation [Revelation 14:9-12]

2-Those who will refuse to take mark and who will refuse to worship the Beast and his image will be killed [beheaded] Revelation 20:4-6]

The only ones cited to be under God's protection will be the 144,000 from the 12 Tribes of Israel [Revelation 7]and the Woman [Jews and some Christians from Jerusalem who will see the events mentioned in [Revelation 11:7-14 who will Give Glory to God]]who will flee in the Wilderness mentioned in Revelation 12:6 ..Revelation 12:13-17.

Hi Davy, in your thought process, have you considered that the beast (the 8th king) will be cast into the lake of fire, at Jesus's return in Revelation 19:20 right before before the millennium begins?
Then at the end of the millennium, Satan is also cast into the lake of fire.

I am going to tell you that God can do whatever He likes. If He wants those souls of the martyrs to cry out, He will enable them to do so.
As this 'crying out' of Revelation 6:11, has not happened yet, but we are informed of it by prophecy, it may be that it is just metaphorical and just written so we know now that those dead souls must remain until all their number is complete.

So much for 'Bible Scholars'. Matthew 11:25
Ezekiel said he saw God and His throne, while standing by the river Kebar.
Stephen was about to die in Jerusalem and he saw God and His Throne.

We Christians will gather in Jerusalem and the Lord will reveal Himself to us. 2 Thessalonians 1:10, Revelation 14:1. Great will be the Day!
Please don't make silly insinuations like 'Have you read the Bible'.

I used those two quotes to prove that God's holy people are present in the holy Land, at the time the leader of the One World Govt conquers them.
They are not recent converts, but all the living faithful Christians, as many Bible prophesies prove.
Revelation 12:6-17 shows how they are divided into two groups; one taken to a place of safety and the other must remain and face persecution. Zechariah 14:1-2

Do you agree that John was in the spirit when he saw the Throne Of God in Heaven described in Revelation 4 and Revelation 5 ...
Revelation 14:1 is about the 144,000 who were sealed in Revelation 7:1-8
The Christians who will face pesecution will be the Christians from around the WORLD
    Revelation 12:17
17 And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, that keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus:

    Revelation 13:7
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.

Yes, the scripture says he was.
What relevance does that have to the earthly scene that John saw?
The 144,000 are selected by Jesus out of the 'vast multitude'.
Any other interpretation of Revelation 7, forces the given sequence out of order and is made to suit another agenda.
You just can't see it can you? Here is some of the many prophesies that plainly state that God's people; now every faithful Christian, will gather and live in all of the holy Land. THAT is our destiny and our amazing privilege.

Psalms 60:1-5 You have been displeased and rejected us, now restore us, we pray. You have shaken the Land, it is barren and desolate. Your people are punished, but to those who love and obey You, You have raised a signal, to which they may escape. Save us and help us with Your strong Right Hand, deliver those whom You love. [Your people: the Jewish people]

Acts 3:19-24 Repent, therefore and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out. Then the Lord may grant you a time of recovery.

2 Sam. 7:10-11 I shall place My people, in their own Land and give them peace.

Jer. 33:6 & 25 I shall restore the Land. My people will live there. They will shout: “Praise the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, His love endures forever”.

Isaiah 32:15-20 A spirit from on high will fall upon them. Happy are His people, living in peace and security.

Isaiah 40:1-2 Comfort My people – their term of bondage is served, the penalty paid.

Isaiah 49:8 I have destined you to be a light to all peoples. On the Day of your deliverance, I came to your aid and restored the Land.

Isaiah 58:11-12 The Lord will be your guide constantly. He will satisfy your needs and you will be called; the restorer of ruins.

Isaiah 31:2-3 & 28 A people that escaped from the sword, found favour, from afar, He appeared to them. I shall watch over them, to build and plant.

Jeremiah 4:1-2 Israel, come back to Me, then the nations will pray to be blessed like you.

Jeremiah 23:3-4I will bring My sheep back to the Land. I will appoint shepherds to tend them

Ezekiel 34:27 When I rescue My people, they will know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 36:8-18 I will settle My people in the Land, Thus they will acknowledge Me as Lord.

Ezekiel 38:8 The Land restored from ruin. My people, gathered and settled there.

Ezekiel 39:27 They will exemplify My holiness for all peoples to see.

Hosea 2:23 Israel will be My new sowing in the Land. I will say; You are My people and you will say; You are our God. [the Israelites of God. Galatians 6:16]

Psalm 12:1 The Lord will arise, for His people are oppressed. They will live in safety.

Psalm 29:11 The Lord will give strength to His people and bless them with peace.

Psalm 37:9 For evildoers will be destroyed, while those who trust in the Lord will enjoy prosperity in the Land.

Psalm 69:35-36 God will deliver Zion, His people will possess it and settle there. Those who serve Him and love His Name, will live there.

Psalm 80:19 Restore us, O God, grant us new life and we shall invoke You by name.

Psalm 85:1-3 Lord, You have blessed Your Land.... and turned Your anger away from us.

Psalm 107:1-3 Let those redeemed by the Lord, give thanks, His people, gathered from around the world.

Psalm 147:14 The Lord has brought peace and plenty to His Land. Ref: REB. Some verses abridged.

Totally wrong...Revelation 7:1-8 say clearly that the 144,000 are selected among the 12 Tribes of Israel.....ADD to that ,than you are unable to see that what follow described in Revelation 7:9-17 is another scene that John saw while he was in the spirit ,clearly happening in another location than Earth...

AFTER THESE THINGS I SAW [Revelation 7:9]...a great multitude that no man could number wearing WHITE ROBES STANDING BEFORE THE THRONE AND BEFORE THE LAMB...

All these OT prophecies about the gathering of the people of God in the Land where they will live in peace and security and be a light to the other Nations refers to the gathering mentioned in Matthew 24:29-31 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 UNTO THE COMING OF JESUS IN THE CLOUDS.

We Christians ARE the Israel of God. Isaiah 66:21 and Revelation 5:10 prove that we are assigned to a tribe when we go to live in all of the holy Land. Isaiah 62:1-5
I don't see that, because it isn't there.
Revelation 7 is all abut earthly events; the gathering of every faithful Christian, the selection of those who will proclaim the good news of the coming Kingdom, Isaiah 66:18b-19, and then from verse 15-17, how it will be in Eternity.
Your valueless and unsupported opinion. Do the prophesies I posted in #217, mean nothing to you?
Note that at that time, all the Christians will know the Lord has done great things for them. Psalms 37:39-40
Jesus is not physically present as yet, until all takes place, that is prophesied to happen before that glorious Day.

Parts of Revelation 7 are about the 144,000 being sealed here on earth, yes. But not the parts of Revelation 7 Riberra referred to - Revelation 7:9-17. Those are in heaven.

keras, I notice you have a habit of not addiressing the text other posters mention - that text itself.

Address Revelation 7:9-17 and explain using the words of that text how it is not taking place in heaven.

This forum could use a lot less of that sort of commentary coming from you.... and from a bunch of other people in this forum, not just you. It doesn't mean anything and does help matters.
