bad after my long day yesterday I figured nothing would keep me awake tonight Lol. Boy was I wrong! I slept 1 hour before my allergies woke me up.
I had taken a Claritin and I have my windows closed, ac on , air purifier on as well. Usually all of that helps n I have no problems sleeping.
The last 2 weeks my allergies have been worst early in the morning, at night a n d over night. They've been fine during the day for the most part. Still have it during the day but not to this extreme.
So sleepy. I need to get up in another 4 hrs and so far been awake for 3 1/2 hrs. Tried praying. Tried laying on my back/side, etc. Nothing working (sometimes it does)
