nope a business can for the most part ( unless it involves a protected class which this is not set whatever rules they please hince the PRIVATE business. My father's final place of employment for example had a rule that new hires ( after a certain point) (grandfathered current employees in), but the rule was no tobacco use on the property. My father was a smoker and hired after the rule went into effect if M chose to smoke on the property any now he would have likely been fired because the rule was no tobacco use on the property and he would have shown himself unwilling to follow that simple, lawful company policy.The businesses only do that because the Govt. is chorusing them to do so.
Force your employees to get a Vaccination or face stiff fines.
It was not the Businesses idea .
