“I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and will come in and go out and find pasture.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:9

We know that He's not letting anyone in or out that isn't a sheep. So only the sheep enter by Him. Only His sheep hear His voice. It's all there. But you'll not understand it if you assume that it's says somewhere that non-sheep can become sheep.
There are other verses that talk about entering the sheep pen not through the gate, this is one parable Jesus told.

John 10

Jesus the Good Shepherd
(Psalm 23:1-6; Ezekiel 34:11-24)

1“Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever does not enter the sheepfold by the gate, but climbs in some other way, is a thief and a robber. 2But the one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen for his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

4When he has brought out all who are his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. 5But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will flee from him because they do not recognize his voice.”

6Jesus spoke to them using this illustration, but they did not understand what He was telling them. 7So He said to them again, “Truly, truly, I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. 8All who came before Me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9I am the gate. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved. He will come in and go out and find pasture. 10The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness.

There are a few other verses too that talk about entering not through the gate.

So my point is that there are ways for those to sneek in that are not Christ's into the sheep pen through some other mean's than Christ. So, because of this, this does not support Calvinism. It also does not support that everyone in the sheep pen is indeed a sheep. Only those who have entered through the gate are Christ's and sheep.

Are they saved before they enter?

No. I don't think they are. Because this is Christ adding them to the sheep pen through Himself, as He is the gate.
So if they aren't saved before they enter, He's letting non-sheep enter. That's the opposite of what the verse says.

So we see not all sheep are saved; some are lost.
I'm sorry that you think Christ is a poor Shepherd. I certainly don't hold that view.

Oh no, Christ is the Great Shepherd; it's the wicked ones who don't hear His voice and follow Him, and try to get in the back way, who are the poor ones.

Yes. Those aren't sheep.

So if they aren't saved before they enter, He's letting non-sheep enter. That's the opposite of what the verse says.
Think about it. "before" they enter.

In contrast to "when/during" they enter.

Your issue is that your theology is tied to the sheep being saved before they enter. But they are not sheep before they enter.
