It's not clear to me that casting out devils is sending them out for lost sheep before Christ's death. If you had the verses, you would have given them.
So your premise is incorrect, Jesus did not send anyone out for lost sheep until after His death.
I have already shown this, big sighhhhhh, ok here they are again. This commission was for them and they did go forth and it extends to all who would go forth also in some principles. But notice jesus told them not to God the way of the gentiles and
