But it's not meaningless. It's irrational, apart from God.
You ignore how meaningless the cosmos is, if God does not exist.
Lol - great argument; schoolyard stuff - could almost be a POE...LOL, being made in the image of God, Adam and Eve had the choice of obedience or disobedience. They chose to break God's law. In so doing, they condemned their offspring to lawbreaking with no personal choice to gain pardon, except by God's choice in the matter.
It was God's design to have this happen. Only God fully know why He chose this path. Whining, however, does not change God's sovereign path. All whining does is make you look like a whiner.
Suck it up. Confess you lawbreaking ways and seek God's pardon through Yeshua, Jesus, atonement on your behalf.
Anything else is just you being a whiny child who refuses to admit his wrong doing.

I don't know what "objective meaning" is. It seems unintelligible to me.(Objectively) meaningless. The cosmos. Is.
Because objective meaning does not exist.

I feel so much stupider for having watched the first 1:30 of this pseudo philosophical nonsense.

I would agree. Apart from God, goodness is just an opinion; it has no cosmic meaning.
This is demonstrably false, as my life has meaning and purpose, and I have never believed in any gods.Right. It is meaningless.
*cough* "cosmic meaning" There is none. This is demonstrably false, as my life has meaning and purpose, and I have never believed in any gods.
It also is a argument from consequences fallacy, in that even if that were true, it would not poof your god into existence.
It also begs the question, have you the right god? Have you the right denomination? I am being told in other threads in these forums that if are not of the right denomination, you are a heretic, and as lost as anyone adhering to the wrong religion, or no religion.
What am I to gather from your repeated insistence that without your particular god, there is no meaning? Are you saying, that without your God, you would be sad? Would that be accurate?
Tell me about it after your conversation with the judge.Lol - great argument; schoolyard stuff - could almost be a POE...
I think that the video gives a very simplify breakdown of what the arguement is about. However, I agree there are still some flaws and I don't entirely agree with it.I feel so much stupider for having watched the first 1:30 of this pseudo philosophical nonsense.
Tell me about it after your conversation with the judge.
You'd have to be alive to tell.
