Someone from the hospital is already setting up home health care services, but there is not an official appointment yet. A nurse will be calling to schedule an appointment. The thing is, both my dad and I were kind of relieved that we were getting a break from people coming over to the house "all the time," and now it may have to start over. For the past couple days, it was kind of peace-and-quiet around the house, now my agitation has come back. To make matters worse, my dad says that if you don't receive visitors in the hospital, people don't treat you with respect. Well gee, that makes me feel doomed alreadyHave you considered part time home health care for him, or part time home assistance where his needs are taken care of at least part of the day? I don't know how that gets paid for, but on the other hand it is not fair for this to be put all on you 24/7/365. Not fair at all. Does the hospital have any form of social services? Does you father just tell them that you are the slave who does it all? You should never be expected to do it all. That's just wrong.

Impeach the judges! Deport the lawyers!Isn't that illegal?
Lex rex or rex lex?I guess not.
Title 5..Chapter 16.Part 2635.Subpart G..Section 2635 - Amended March 12, 2025:But it should be....using power and influence to manipulate the market.
By law, the firstborn received a double portion of inheritance from his father.17 He shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the unloved, by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the firstfruits of his strength. The right of the firstborn is his.
Reuben forfeited his firstborn right (Ge 49:4) because he slept with Bilhah, Jacob’s concubine (Ge 35:22). However, the firstborn right did not go automatically to the next in line. Jacob gave it to Joseph. Ge 48:1 The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel (for he was the firstborn, but because he defiled his father’s couch, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph the son of Israel, so that he could not be enrolled as the oldest son; 2 though Judah became strong among his brothers and a chief came from him, yet the birthright belonged to Joseph)
Under Joshua, both Manasseh and Ephraim received tribal allotments along with ten of Jacob's sons.5 Now your two sons, who were born to you in the land of Egypt before I came to you in Egypt, are mine; Ephraim and Manasseh shall be mine, as Reuben and Simeon are."
Unlike his brothers, Joseph was a righteous and more faithful son. He had not committed serious sins. Simeon and Levi killed men in their anger and hamstringed oxen on a whim (Ge 49:6). Joseph's brother sold him to Egypt. Jacob recognized Joseph’s integrity and God’s favor toward him, which likely influenced his decision to elevate Joseph's two sons.3 Now Israel [Jacob] loved Joseph more than any other of his sons, because he was the son of his old age; and he made him a robe of many colors.
If you are suggesting that Jimmy Carter serves a second term, I hate to break the news to you, but he is nolonger alive.Long gas lines, high food prices, stagnant wages, and a weak and inept military... sounds about right. All that's missing is the harvest gold paint, shag rugs, and Danish modern furniture.
well yes, there is an argument for letting companies like BYD enter the US car marketTesla actually isn't all that innovative as a car company, not since Musk bought them out. Some Tesla customers have been waiting forever for an update to their original car, the Roadster (which Musk had no part in designing), which Tesla has been promising forever, but never delivered on, despite preorders.
If American tariffs weren't so regressive and protectionist, we would have BYD or Xiaomi electric cars available for about 25,000-30,000 dollars. And BYD now has battery technology that can recharge in 5 minutes. In the long run, those kinds of tariffs will only harm American businesses and customers, who need access to affordable, high quality electric cars.
Two and a half centuries later, Malachi added some detail in 3:3 A voice cries: “In the wilderness prepare the way of the LORD [YHWH]; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
i.e., John the Baptizer1 I will send my messenger,
i.e., before Godwho will prepare the way before me.

A few centuries later, it was fulfilled bright and early in Mark 1:you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come,” says the LORD Almighty.

Now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople. Been a long time gone, you can't go back to Constantinople.
Yes, in Christianity and theology, grace is by definition a free and undeserved gift from God, not something that can be earned or deserved.Of course grace is free. That's what makes grace.
Loosely speaking, sure. But when I heard it, I experienced anterior cingulate cortex dissonance. Formally, a tautology in logic is a statement that is always true because its truth value holds under every possible interpretation or assignment of truth values to its components, e.g., "I am either in my room or not in my room".If it is grace, it is free, like that's just kind of a tautology.
I can't count how many times I saw "CANAUKUS Release Only."Just...what?
'Mon Dieu, Trump doesn't know that we 'elped them after 9/11. Increase our defence budget mon brave, toute suite!'
That makes absolutely no sense at all.
'Bloody oath, mate. Trump doesn't know what AUKUS is. Order another couple subs pronto.'
