...“when you think of it, we shouldn't even have an election.” Reuters Trump interview.

Five takeaways from the Reuters interview of President Trump

When asked about Americans' worries about high prices, Trump reiterated that the economy was the strongest “in history” and said he had to do a better job of promoting his achievements. (He referred to a specially prepared thick binder that listed his accomplishments in office.)

The president suggested that he follows his own compass. “A lot of times, you can't convince a voter,” he said. “You have to just do what's right. And then a lot of the things I did were not really politically popular. They turned out to be when it worked out so well.”

_______

MANAGING MIDTERM EXPECTATIONS
The president expressed frustration that his Republican Party could lose control of the U.S. House of Representatives or the Senate in this year’s midterm elections, citing historical trends that have seen the party in power lose seats in the second year of a presidency.

“It's some deep psychological thing, but when you win the presidency, you don't win the midterms,” Trump said. He boasted that he had accomplished so much that “when you think of it, we shouldn't even have an election.”

Evangelical leader criticizes Trump for flipping off factory worker: 'Coarsening of civic conduct'

Employee raises over $600K after suspension

A prominent conservative Evangelical political leader has criticized President Donald Trump's explicit gesture to a Ford factory worker in Michigan this week, calling out the "coarsening of our civic conduct."

Tony Perkins, who heads the Washington-based Christian conservative advocacy group Family Research Council, took to Facebook on Wednesday to respond to a news article about Trump's interaction with a factory worker who shouted at him.

Video of the encounter shared by TMZ shows Trump standing on an elevated walkway, shouting an obscenity and raising his middle finger after the factory worker reportedly called him a “pedophile protector," a reference to the ongoing controversy over the president's handling of federal records related to the late billionaire and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Do you guys just want to yak?

*deep sigh* I am finding a lack of interesting things to talk about. I have gone through nearly every thread replying to a lot of things.

I guess I am bored now.

So I will start to talk about something random:

When I was researching recipes online, I found a chocolate cake recipe that was made from a cottage cheese base! I had never heard of such a thing so imagine how amazed I was.

Here it is:

I guess we can talk about food now. If you're hungry. If not, I don't care.

Unforgivable Sin

I have religious OCD (psychiatrically diagnosed) and am obsessed with committing the unpardonable sin. It is my worst fear. I suffer from intense blasphemous thoughts against the Holy Spirit which I do not mean but cannot stop and have even said them out loud under OCD compulsion. Have I committed the unpardonable sin, even though I desire to be healed from this and serve God?

Prayer for peace and quiet

Hello. I moved to new house in a new suburb some months ago and thought this neighbourhood would be quiet, but there are these people that live around the corner that play loud music, shout and laugh through almost all hours of the day. Thankfully they don’t live next door like the previous place but they might as well since they are so loud.

I am very sensitive to noise. Loud sounds cause me great distress. I love peace and quiet. I have thought about involving the local government but I hope it doesn’t have to come to that. Please pray that these people either leave or become quiet. Thank you.

If We Continue In His Word

John 8:30-36 NASB1995: As He spoke these things, many came to believe in Him. So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never yet been enslaved to anyone; how is it that You say, ‘You will become free’?” Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son does remain forever. So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.”

Do you see what Jesus was saying here? Do you understand the gospel message he was teaching here? He did not teach that we could believe in him and therefore we are now saved from all sins and heaven is now secured for us when we die. He let those who believed in him know that if they CONTINUED in his word (in his teachings), then they were truly his disciples (followers). And he let them know that everyone who commits (practices) sin is a slave to sin, and the slaves will not have eternal life.

For Jesus Christ taught that to come to him we must deny self, take up our cross daily (die daily to sin), and follow (obey) him. For if we hold on to living in sin and for self, we will lose our lives for eternity. But if we deny self, die daily to sin, by the Spirit, and we walk in obedience to our Lord and to his commands, in his power, then we have eternal life with God. For not everyone who calls him “Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one DOING (obeying) the will of God (see Luke 9:23-26; Matthew 7:21-23).

Now, this is not the gospel message which is commonly being taught today in the USA where I live. The majority all appear to be teaching an altered man-created version of “the gospel” which appeases human flesh and which makes no requirements of “believers” to die to sin and to obey God in practice. Many are teaching a gospel which denies that any of us have to repent of our sins or obey God, while others make it optional, for they rely upon verbal confessions of faith in Jesus Christ to give them eternal life.

So, what is commonly taught today as “the gospel” is a mixture of truth and lies created in the minds of humans who want to convince people that they can “believe” in Jesus and that now secures them forgiveness of all sins and heaven as their eternal destiny, but regardless of how they live. Although some people may teach this innocently, there are many charlatans and “wolves in sheep’s clothing” among us, some (or many) of them serving as pastors of “churches,” who are lying to the people, to send them to hell.

And yet you will rarely hear any preacher preach that if sin is our practice, and not obedience to God and to his commands, that we will not inherit eternal life with God, even if we did make a profession of faith in Jesus Christ. But it is what Jesus taught. It is what his New Testament apostles taught. And if we read the Scriptures in their appropriate biblical context we will see that our salvation from sin and the hope of eternal life with God require that we obey God, and not sin, as a matter of life practice.

For by God-gifted faith in Jesus Christ, which is not of our own doing, we are crucified with Christ in death to sin and raised with Christ to walk in newness of life in him, no longer to live as slaves to sin but as slaves to righteousness in walks of obedience to God’s commands. We are no longer to permit sin to reign in our mortal bodies to make us obey its desires. For if sin is what we obey, it results in death. But if obedience to God is what we obey, it results in sanctification, and its end is eternal life with God (see Romans 6:1-23).

So, please take this to heart. And please do not depend upon anyone, no matter who they are, to tell you the truth. But study the Scriptures for yourselves, in their full and appropriate biblical context, and you will see that Jesus and his apostles taught salvation from sin and eternal life with God as requiring that we, by God-persuaded faith in Jesus Christ, must die with Christ to sin and now live to please God in walks of surrender to him in obedience to his commands, or we do not have eternal life with God.

Second Federal Law Enforcement shooting in Minneapolis

In a statement, Department of Homeland Security officials said the incident began at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday when federal law enforcement conducted a "targeted traffic stop" of a person from Venezuela. According to DHS, the person fled the scene in his vehicle, crashed, then ran away. When federal agents caught up to the man, "the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and broom handle."

Rand Paul claims DOJ ignoring Fauci prosecution referrals: 'He shouldn't get away with lying'

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., claimed during a Tuesday appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience" that the U.S. Department of Justice has continued to ignore his repeated criminal referrals to investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci for allegedly lying to the U.S. Congress, even under President Donald Trump.

Paul, who chairs the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, claimed on the podcast that Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who served from 1984 to 2022, lied to lawmakers and destroyed communications about U.S. funding for gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, evidence of which he said he gave to the DOJ.

“Under the Biden administration, I sent criminal referrals for Anthony Fauci to [former Attorney General] Merrick Garland twice, and I sent them evidence that he had lied to Congress, which was a felony. They just ignored me," Paul said.

The latest “word salad” term concerning Christian baptism: Identification.

Have you noticed over the last 20 or so years, a new term used by credobaptists to define what baptism is identification.
Some quotations I have gathered from the internet:
  • Your baptism is a sacred symbol of faith that identifies you with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism also identifies you with other Christ followers.
  • Baptism illustrates a “believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.
  • Baptism by immersion, while it is the most biblical mode of identifying with Christ
  • The Apostle Paul explains that going into the water enables us to identify with the burial of Christ, and coming out of the water enables us to identify with the resurrection of Christ.
CRITIQUE
  • Identification, to identify, or identifying are not Biblical terms (not found in Scripture).
  • Identification, to identify, or identifying as used by are undefined terms, just words which adds confusion and do not add clarity into an already contentious debate.
  • It is impossible for any Christian to identify with Christ. Christians only have one nature, Jesus has two. How Jesus’ all atoning death be something a Christian can identify with is beyond logic. Jesus being the God-Man had to be man to be our substitute as man. Jesus being the God-Man, HAD TO BE GOD IN ORDER TAKE ALL THE SINS OF HUMANITY AND DESTROY THEM ON THE CROSS. This is something any Christian cannot identify with. Period.
  • In the Incarnation, Jesus identifies with believers deeper and more profound than we might believe as revealed in the mystical union passages of Scripture such as
    • II Peter 1:4 For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.
    • John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.
    • Gal. 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me;
    • II Cor 5:17 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
    • John 14:20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.
    • Col. 1:27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
These passages of Scripture describe a formal union between God and the individual believer by justification by faith. Also can be seen as a union between Christ in the incarnation and the entire human race which makes objective justification possible. Additionally this union is the indwelling of the Triune God which effects sanctification.

Whatever the term “identification” means, it must be Christocentric and not man centered.

The Prince of Persia

The Prince of Persia - Name: Dubbiel – 3 Enoch 35:12

Daniel 10:12-13 Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.

. Paul exhorts us in Ephesians 6:10-18, to put on the full armour of God so that we may be able to stand against the forces of evil in the heavenly realms. This armour will help us stand against the wiles of the devil and his minions, but knowing what they are and how they work will help us to win the battle of life.

. Knowing how the devil works against us can help our battle against the kingdom of darkness and by extension our individual Christian lives as well. Jesus told us in Matthew 16 that the gates of hell would not prevail against the church. Gates are defensive. That means that Jesus intends for us to be on the offensive.

John 10:10. tells us that the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. We live in two worlds at the same time. It is hard for us to understand that. What we see in the natural world is just a shadow of what is happening in the world of the spirit. There is a battle in the heavens and we have a role to play in that battle.

Daniel has an encounter with an angel of the Lord. He had been praying about the future of his people and the Lord sends an angel to speak to him. The people ruling the region at that time was Persia. The angel assures Daniel he was sent by God to answer his prayer on the first day of his 21-day fast. He was delayed because he had to fight past the Prince of Persia.

This was not a natural prince. It was a spiritual prince, one of those spirits noted by Paul in Ephesians 6:12. No one, not even Daniel, knew that there was a battle in the Spiritual world over the Persian Empire at that time. However, there was. An angel had been sent to give Daniel some “intelligence” about the future. The demonic spirit empowering the Persian Empire did not want Daniel to have this information and was fighting to keep the angel from getting through. God sent in angelic reinforcements in the person of the Archangel Michael to see to it that the angel got the information to Daniel.

Daniel 10:20 Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come.
This is long before Greece was an empire under Alexander. The Greek empire would defeat the Persians and rise to rule in the region. Those verses Prophecy two empires. Both had natural rulers who controlled the region. The angel tells us that both also had demonic princes that empowered their physical rulers. When the spiritual ruler changed so did the physical ruler. There are princes that rule over every land area. Within each region, there are Spiritual rulers. This is just what the Bible teaches.

Hebrews 1:14 Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? Here we learn that the angels are ministering spirits sent out for us, the heirs of salvation. This is a perfect picture of what is happening in Daniel 10. The angel was sent to minister to Daniel. He was known as one who stood for the principles of God. Because of his uncompromising stand, Daniel is thrown into a den of lions. In this well-known Bible story, we read that it was an angel who came and closed the mouths of the lions so they would not be able to harm Daniel.

We need to see that we are part of a great drama that is playing out in our world just as it was in Daniel’s world. God is moving to bring about his will on the earth. There are forces opposed to his will and they are currently wielding great power. The degree of instability we see in the natural is allied to an increase in the warfare in the Spiritual places. We have a part to play and God has given us the weapons we need to do that part. That is what the full armour of God is all about and we Christians are soldiers in that battle.

At some future time, Satan and his cohorts will be thrown out of heaven, Revelation 12:7-9 THEN: Literally all hell will break loose on earth!

Let Us Love One Another

“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.” (1 John 4:7-9 NASB1995)

I know that I have talked about this much, but I believe it is important for us to understand that this word translated “love” is not fleshly love, but it is a love which comes from God, and which centers in moral preference. When we love with this kind of love, we prefer all that God prefers, which is what is moral, upright, godly, honest, faithful, and obedient to our Lord. And we are kind, thoughtful, caring, patient, and considerate of others and their needs. But kindness is never lying to people. We should speak the truth, but in love.

And God’s love for us, and the love that Jesus Christ has for all of humanity, is our model for how we are to love others. Jesus cared about people. He ministered to their needs. He listened to what was on their hearts and on their minds, and he answered most all of their questions, I believe. But he had the wisdom to know when to walk away, too, when people were being unkind to him and were trying to trip him up with his words in order to have cause to accuse him. And he was honest with them, out of love for them.

This kind of love is never just surface level, i.e. just playing “nice” to people without really meaning it. It should be sincere, coming from our hearts, and never fake or superficial. Love should be honest, not hateful or nasty, but sincere, with no fakery involved. And it shouldn’t be selfish, thinking only of ourselves, but it should be considerate of others and their needs. Now love needs to be exercised with wisdom, for some kind people can be taken advantage of if they are not careful. So love with wisdom and discernment.

And loving God is not just in our emotions. For to love God is to obey his commands. If we claim to love God, but we do not obey his commands, in practice, then we are liars. And this isn’t about just following a set of rules. This is about surrendering our lives fully to God in his service, submitting to his Lordship over our lives, and listening to his voice, and following his lead, and being who he has called us to be in doing what he has called us to do in service to our Lord, because we love him, and so we want to serve him.

[Matthew 22:34-40; John 14:15,21-24; John 15:10,14; John 21:15; 1 John 2:3-6,15; 1 John 3:10,18; 1 John 4:19-20; 1 John 5:2-3; 2 John 1:6]

Love must be genuine.
Hate what’s evil; cling to good.
Love each other with affection.
Show respect for ev’ryone.
Never lack in your zeal.
Serve the Lord with diligence.

Rejoice in steadfast hope.
In affliction, patient be.
Keep on praying; share with others.
Practice hospitality.
Bless those who persecute.
Feel with others sympathy.

Be not filled with conceit.
Daily sit at Jesus’ feet.
Live in harmony with others.
Live at peace with ev’ryone.
Repay not to someone
With the evil he begot.

Do not take your revenge;
Leave it to the wrath of God.
If your enemy is thirsty,
Give to him something to drink.
Do what’s right for mankind.
Evil: overcome with good.

Please pray for the salvation of the entire world

For years I have prayed asking God to raise someone up like Billy Graham to preach salvation to the masses. It is very sorely needed! We need the next Billy Graham to deliver the Gospel to the lost! Besides all the missionaries currently working tirelessly to do it.

I admit that I have always thought too much and spoken too little. I am a woman of few words, always have been. Growing up I was the quiet kid who never got into trouble or did anything bad.

This evening I was watching a lot of extreme sports videos on my computer and I got to thinking really deeply about a few things:

All that we do in this life, all the medals we might win, all the feats we might accomplish, and all the talents we may exercise...it is all for nothing if we are not born-again and found in Christ, because one day He is going to judge all of us for the things we did in this life. And only the things we have done for Him will stand in the end. Not any worldly things we have done for ourselves, but what we have ultimately done for Him. That is what counts.

Someone once told me that born-again people and people who are not born again behave and think differently and have different desires. Those of us who are born again love Jesus and care about serving Him, while the unsaved seem to not care about these things at all.

‘Stop Trying To Read the Bible in a Year,’ Says Alisa Childers

It’s a new year, and many people have started a Bible-in-a-year reading plan. However, podcaster and apologist Alisa Childers advises her followers, especially new Christians, not to make “an unrealistic goal that you’re going to end up giving up on.”

“I know that many of you have reported that in the wake of Charlie Kirk‘s death, you have had people ask you like, ‘Hey, I am a new Christian. Where do I start?…What Bible do I get? What do I need to know?’” said Childers in a brief video on her YouTube channel Jan. 9.

Childers said she “wanted to do an episode that would be the episode you would send to a brand new Christian because I have a couple of people like that in my life. And I thought, ‘Man, what would I really want them to know?’”

Fairfax VA School Investigation Finds Staff-Facilitated Abortion Claims Are Untrue

LINK

In a January 9 letter to Centreville High School staff and families, FCPS superintendent Michelle Reid said that FCPS’ external counsel investigation had concluded. “The available facts appear to confirm that these allegations are not only untrue but were based largely on statements that were misinterpreted, mistranslated, taken out of context, or in some cases knowingly fabricated,” Reid said.

In August 2025, a published report alleged that Centreville H.S. staff members helped two minors obtain abortions without parental consent. The story included images of written statements from the two students alleging a school social worker scheduled the procedures in 2021.

When does God consider that we are His child?

Just when do we become a child of God? When we believe in Jesus we are born of His Spirit. Jesus is God and we reasonably believe that we are considered a child of God.

John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. NKJV

But John, the one that taught us we needed to be born from above to enter God's kingdom, also tells us we only have the right to become His child after we believe in Him. The right to become means God does not consider us to have become one of His children just because we believe in His Son.

Romans 8:23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. NKJV

When we are adopted, God has accepted us as one of His children. God will not adopt us until we have died in Jesus. We need to submit to sanctification so we can be perfected. Being perfected means when we get to heaven we will be obedient to God and we will love all our brethren, all redeemed people. Without those two behaviors heaven would not be heaven. Without obedience to God there would be war in heaven. Without everyone loving each other there would be no the peace in heaven. Therefore, God will not take us to heaven until we have been perfected.

Hebrews 12:5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: "My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; 6 For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives." 7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. NKJV

God adopts us after we have been disciplined. Only after we have accepted His discipline have, we truly made Jesus our Lord.

1 John 2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. NKJV

When we first enter Jesus, he begins to teach and convict us of our sins. He teaches us that we must keep his 2 commandments and also keep his word that He convicts us of our need to put to death the sins of the flesh.

1 John 3:22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment. 24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us. NKJV

Above are His 2 commandments: “You might say: When did God give us those commandments?” First of all, every word of God that tells us we must do or not do something is a commandment. Notice also, if we keep those 2 commandments we abide in Him. So, when did God tell us those commandments?

John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

5 "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. NKJV

Above is the first commandment. From 1John we learn that to abide in Him we must keep believing in Him. It does not mean that we must keep from sinning by obeying the law as some continue to teach.

John 13:33 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." NKJV

It is clear that the second commandment Jesus is telling us to love other believers.

John 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." NKJV

By the above we know that anyone who keeps the two commandments loves Jesus. Don't we have to repent of the sins He convicts us of? No! We need to follow His word. That means we let Him put us to death or we work with Him to put the sin(s) to death. Both ways we have put our sin(s) to death, through the Spirit.

So how can God say that salvation is not of works if we have to keep 2 commandments, plus we have to be disciplined?

Colossians 1:3 We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of your love for all the saints; 5 because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel, NKJV

God gave us everything we needed to get into heaven when we put our hope in Him to get us into heaven. All we need to do is to continue to believe.

Colossians 1:21 And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled 22 in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight — 23 if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you hear. NKJV

Paul also tells us that that for us to continue to be holy and blameless in His sight we must continue to have hope in Jesus.

Revelation 12: 17 and Revelation 14: 12 only those who keep the commandments and the faith or witness of Jesus are the ones who make it through to the end.

Sen. Josh Hawley grills expert Democrat witness on if men can get pregnant: 'Quite depressing'

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., faced resistance Wednesday when he asked an obstetrician, who was called by Democrats as an expert witness during a U.S. Senate hearing, if men can get pregnant.

During a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearingon Capitol Hill about the use of chemical abortion drugs, Hawley was unable to get a straight answer from Dr. Nisha Verma, an OB-GYN who performs abortion procedures and has testified before Congress on the topic in the past.

Referencing an earlier exchange Verma had minutes before with Sen. Ashley Moody, R-Fla., when Verma demurred when she was asked if men can get pregnant, Hawley asked her the same question.

UPenn faculty condemn Trump administration’s demand for ‘lists of Jews’

The EEOC sued Penn in November over the university’s refusal to fully comply with its demands. On Tuesday, the American Association of University Professors’ national and Penn chapters, the university’s Jewish Law Students Association and its Association of Senior and Emeritus Faculty, and the American Academy of Jewish Research filed a motion in federal court to intervene in the case.

“These requests would require Penn to create and turn over a centralized registry of Jewish students, faculty, and staff – a profoundly invasive and dangerous demand that intrudes deeply into the freedoms of association, religion, speech, and privacy enshrined in the First Amendment,” the groups argued.

the university refused to comply with the EEOC’s July subpoena for personal information of Jewish faculty, students and staff, or those affiliated with Jewish organizations who had not given their consent, as well as the names of individuals who had participated in confidential listening sessions or received a survey by the university’s antisemitism taskforce.

Is this some kind of sign? And does it mean something?

I've noticed something in my life recently. I realized that I am (still) the daughter who is responsible for being like the emotional buffer. Something that happens occasionally is that I avoid talking about the central family problem/or I'm simply overwhelmed and sometimes I let my desire to be taken care of slip out. I consider the central family problem to be my main wound (please don't take me for being arrogant, I'm really not being arrogant, I just believe that the central family problem is also my main wound, this is to provide context).

So when I dare to talk about it or I'm simply overwhelmed and let it slip out, it seems that people (who I got along well with for a long time) act like my wound (act in a way that hurts, in this case).

It seems like God wants to tell me something with this, I don't know, I just avoid it and really do a lot to avoid confronting things in an attempt to help or fix something (?). I don't think this is the best idea, but it's what I prefer to do untill now.

But anyway, at the moment my biggest concern is knowing if this is some kind of sign and if anyone knows what it is. I say sign because, for example, what people consider a sign: a sign that God doesn't want you to be in a relationship with someone, and worse, I've seen several Christians reporting things like this happening, that, for example, in the case of relationships, some people come like "a stumbling block" to your purpose and some types of signs appear. And I know you have to be careful with signs.

But tell me what you think? Can something relate to this in your life (most likely some will)? And if you could explain to me what that would be.

Thank in advance and sorry for my english.

UK Christian leaders oppose redefining ‘Islamophobia,’ warn gov't proposal seeks to shield Islamic beliefs from scrutiny

Definition of 'Anti-Muslim hatred' threatens religious liberty and free speech

Christian and Hindu leaders in the U.K. have voiced disquiet about the Labour government’s proposed definition of anti-Muslim hatred, warning that it threatens religious liberty and free speech.

The controversy centers on a 2018 definition by the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on British Muslims, which labeled Islamophobia as a form of racism. The Labour government now seeks to replace the word “Islamophobia” with “Anti-Muslim Hatred or Hostility” in official legal definitions.

While supporters of the APPG definition claim the government’s move addresses only physical violence, critics see the new plan as a repackaging of the former flawed APPG version.

Alicia Edmund, head of public policy for the U.K. Evangelical Alliance (EA), insists that the government must respect Christian ministry.

Is the demon named Moloch that is mentioned in Leviticus 18:21 and Acts 7:43 really just Satan or is it a completely separate demon / fallen angel ?

Do not permit any of your children to be offered as a sacrifice to Molech, for you must not bring shame on the name of your God. I am the Lord."
- Leviticus 18:21

"You also took up the tabernacle of Moloch,
And the star of your god Remphan,

Images which you made to worship;
And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.’

Minnesota House Moves to Impeach Tim Walz

Articles of Impeachment were officially drafted on Tuesday against Governor Tim Walz in the Minnesota State House of Representatives.
A group of five Republican state representatives drafted four articles against Walz. The representatives claim that Walz knowingly permitted or concealed widespread fraud across the state, interfered with oversight and corrective action relating to said fraud, placed “political consideration above lawful administration,” and failed in his constitutional duties.
