No there's no need to show a legal day of worship.
Why not? It is God's 4th Commandment which is one of the 10 commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is *EXODUS 20:8-11; ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4. If we KNOWINGLY break anyone of God's 10 commandments then we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. All those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT sin will not enter into God's KINGDOM because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23; HEBREWS 10:26-27. In times of ignorance God winks at but when he brings us a KNOWLEDGE of the truth calls us to repent and believe his Word *ACTS 17:30-31.
This is only required by people who think they keep the 7th day sabbath as the famous 10 require of Israel.
God's ISRAEL in the NEW COVENANT are all those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. If you are not a part of God's ISRAEL you have no part in the NEW COVENANT *HEBREWS 8:10-12. Gentiles are now grafted in *ROMANS 11:13-27. JESUS says God's SABBATH was made for all mankind not the only the JEWS and commands us to keep the SEVENTH DAY as a HOLY DAY *MARK 2:27-28; EXODUS 20:8-11. If we KNOWINGLY break anyone of God's 10 commandments than we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11.
Yes Rev 1:10. I realize you don't accept this. There are at least two Bible passages indicating worship on Sunday.
There is no scripture in God's WORD that says that SUNDAY is the LORD'S DAY. God's WORD says that the LORD'S DAY is the SABBATH DAY *MATTHEW 12:8. There is not one scripture that says God's 4th Commandment is now abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a HOLY day. God's people after the resurrection met together EVERYDAY of the week *ACTS 2:46-47 and also kept God's SEVENTH DAY SABBATH according to God's 4th commandment *ACTS 13:14; 13:27; 13:44; 15:21; 16:13; 17:2; 18:4; REVELATION 1:10; EXODUS 20:8-11.
There are plenty historical records showing Christians worshiped on Sunday from as early as approximately 50 AD.
The source and dating of historical records are important to take into consideration as this can lead to religious bias untruth. The only source of truth is God's WORD. Anything outside of God's WORD that contradicts the scriptures is not from God. You have no source that verifies 50 AD as an accurate date.
As to the didache scholars cannot agree when the didache was written and argue anywhere from 50 to 400 AD. The didache was lost for centuries, a Greek manuscript of the didache was rediscovered in 1873 by Philotheos Bryennios, Metropolitan of Nicomedia, in the Codex Hierosolymitanus. A Latin version of the first five chapters was discovered in 1900 by J. Schlecht. The scholars cannot even agree on it's origin. One thing we do know for sure and that is the didache being held in high regard by the Roman Catholic Church. It is not God's WORD and anything outside of God's WORD that contradicts scripture is not from God.
If you want to look at reliable history from God's WORD, God's people have always kept God's 4th Commandment Sabbath unbroken from GENESIS to JESUS and the APOSTLES to after the death of JESUS all through time to this present day. That is the only reliable history that we can trust.
Hope this helps
