A week before most of the world is preparing to celebrate the commemoration of the time when God became man in the person of Jesus Christ, some nice person wishes you a Merry Christmas and you respond with Happy Holidays, (on a website called 'Christian Forums') but you make the claim that there is no God and proceed to lecture me on the meaning of the word Holiday and call me ignorant. Lol ok.

Most of the world? You seem grossly overestimate the number of Christians in the world. And you did show ignorance in this matter. You should not take offense when a simple error of yours is corrected. You still don't seem to understand the correction. There is nothing wrong with saying "Merry Christmas". The holiday really has very little to do with the birth of Jesus since there is no reason to think that is was in the winter, much less on the 25th of December. It was chosen mainly to supplant Saturnalia. So if you want to truly keep the season traditional your celebration should be a little different. I will say "Merry Christmas" and "A Festivus for the rest of us". Since it seems that a good 2/3 of the world is not Christian perhaps that should be the season's greeting.
