Obama is the one responsible for this war and the carnage in Syria. If not him personally, then his people that he appointed.
Putin is solely responsible for this war.

My grandfather use to shadow box with himself. Clearly there are more people than Putin involved in all of the destruction. There is lots of money going into fighting this war against Russia.

What about Trump himself is a problem? Perhaps you are confused by the liberal agenda that opposes him.
Not confused. If you don’t see the issues you won’t be persuaded by me.

What? Obama was out of office 5 years before the current invasion began and Putin's decision to grab Crimea and parts of the Donbas did happen when Obama was president, but he didn't act for Putin and Russia.

Who knows how you manage to connect Obama (and his administration) to the Syrian civil war. I don't, do you?

Like I said when Obama was in office the war was in Syria. Joe was his puppet then and still is now.

I stand by my comment that a candidate who tries to leave long term alliances with friendly nations--like NATO--while courting dictatorial thugs who invade countries and dismember American journalists should be a 'no' vote for every peace-loving responsible patriotic American.

Who do you believe would be the best American candidate to end the war?
Hard to say, to be honest. I'm confident that

Definitely not the incumbent!

is correct though. It shouldn't be difficult though. Without US support, Kiev's war effort would apart quite quickly. In any case, the US can only the Ukrainians for so long on the delusion that there is any way out this for them without losing territory...

You can’t use NATO troops as Blue Helmets,
for the same reason you can’t use troops from China.

There are many neutral countries in the world
to get Blue Helmets from.
And you think they would the line against Putin? Your dreaming. It has to be NATO supported.

As much as I disdain Trump, I have to agree with this.
It’s not true though. Even before the invasion in 22, this conflict had been ongoing since 2014 and the Trump presidency only briefly paused payments to Ukraine to try to strong arm an investigation out of Zelenskyy’s administration. Then in Trump’s impeachment his defense argued that he did much more to help the Ukrainians than Biden or Obama ever did.

If Russia gave the Blue Helmets permission to be there,

why would they try to push them out?
Because they want to take Ukraine. That is why they invaded.

If the Ukranians' battle against their invaders goes badly, you will just be postponing far more dangerous wars--starting in Latvia and Lithuania, creeping towards Poland and Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia...

The President we don't need is the one who admires ruthless totalitarian dictators like Vladimir Putin, who ordered the invasion.
that isn't true

there is no way in the world Putin would invade a NATO state.

a) he would start WWIII and his country would be reduced to ashes
b) he can't even hold eastern provinces in Ukraine, much less expand into other, bigger wars

DONALD TRUMP, hes a well known christian, and he knows putin. He said himself that all it takes is one phone call to end it all
The why hasn't 'christian' trump made the call?

All trump has asked of Putin lately is to provide dirt on Biden.

Probably because he isnt the president, so its not in his power to do so currently. 2024 trump
I see. Since he is no longer the president, he has no real power, and so trump saying he could end the war with a phone call is nothing but a bunch of hooey....and his supporters continue to fall for the lies.

Who should I vote for to end the war in Ukraine?
First off, this is a geopolitical conflict between Autocracy and Democracy. As such, it's the autocrat that needs to get the people to concede power and therefore it's typically the autocrat that devises propaganda to deceive people into voting against their own interests; and/or resorts to some other means of force such as killing or jailing political opponents, silencing political dissent, and as it is in this case, invading other democratic countries.

Any pro-Putin autocratic politician (Trump) could simply be disguising their support for Putin by saying they are for ending the war in Ukraine, when in reality they mean Ukraine should concede. No disrespect intended, but your question above looks like propaganda to me, because in reality we can only vote for candidates whose policies will either support Ukraine's struggle for independence from Russia, or they will not.
