Yeah, I had a bunch (well, not that much) of gray coming out, but I also noticed that I had some red hairs as well. I noticed this before, of course, but there seemed to be more.

I've been having my beard become more blond.. not sure if that's the start of the greying process or not.. been a few years though and still blond.

I just started getting grays within the last few years.

I'm happy I have a full head of hair...just had a little receding on the sides...my horns coming out, maybe!

I already tried explaining to her about my family history and my personal trouble developing feelings for someone. Although she only seems to partially believe that.

That’s the part which confuses me. Why are you sharing so much? You’ve told her you’re not interested. Until she demonstrates the same you need to squash that.

If someone expresses interest and I don’t feel the same I’m upfront. I don’t befriend men who like me. It’s a conflict of interest and their wants come first. You end up with a situation where they’re waiting in the wings or being a ‘pal’ for a time.

A person who regards you as companion worthy will never see you as a friend. If they like you they’ll have the same emotional jerks you’ve seen in her. Maybe not to that degree. But it seeps out.

Given her behavior, I’d assume the attraction remains and would limit our discussions to work matters and non intimate discourse. She may read more into your conversations than you realize.

There’s the shadow aspect of course. She gives you a lot of attention. Are you certain some part of you doesn’t enjoy it?

I’m reminded of something my mother said when I shared the site link by mistake. The text was meant for cara and I mentioned her response in the group.

She reminded me of the dangers of wrong engagement and chided me for doing it. In her mind my experiences were the result of liberties that would not exist if I hadn’t opened the door.

If I wouldn’t do the same real time, I shouldn’t make allowances virtually. She was right and I’ve amended the error. In the same vain, you’re opening a door to yourself with someone who isn’t your cup of tea. A little restraint might be best.

I understand your frustration. But access is your domain. You determine the people in your sphere and those outside of it. No one can barge in. You don’t have to roll out a welcome mat. You can be polite and professional without getting personal.

Never mind the theatrics. When you walk away everything vanishes. You’ll leave it behind and be on to the next thing. Keep your perspective and see it for what it is. A temporary irritant. Nothing more or less.

But no, plank floor in kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, hallway, & carpet in living room & bedrooms. I hope they don't get dust everywhere & make a mess!

You nail the planks to the wall. It’s a nice accent. Especially if you’re doing blue and white. It really pops.

They’ll have to move things around. But they should clean up the mess. You may want to crack a window or run the humidifier to clear the air. New carpet feels nice. Enjoy the upgrades.

We'll get her out on the high seas...and see if we can't do all the cosmetics and polishing of the brass...and what not...then!

The cabinets are here. I have a minor reprieve before the next delivery. They were smokers and I loathe the smell. It makes everything stink.
