For whatever reason, I just had a random idea...

It's about the mysterious Melchizedek. It is said something like, he had no father or mother.

So...he was an orphan....in other words...?

Psalms 68:5
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

Hmm....

There is a spiritual temple...there is a physical temple.

There is a priesthood in the order of Melchizedek/spirit....there is a priesthood in the order of Aaron/flesh.

A spirit has no mother or father by the flesh like we do not know where The Wind comes from, when it blows, and where it's going.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3.

Where it was said, He had no father or mother, I see that it meant He is of another world...priest of the God Most High...from a totally different world...

Melchizedek, King of Salem/Peace (Feminine)
Sarah---- Jerusalem above ----represents Mother. (Galatians 4:26)

שָׁלֵ֔ם (šā·lêm)
Noun - proper - feminine singular

Melchizedek, King of Righteousness (Masculine)
Abraham---- Man of Righteousness ----represents Father

צֶ֙דֶק֙ (ṣe·ḏeq)
Conjunctive waw | Noun - proper - masculine singular

He brought out Bread and Wine from Salem and blessed Abraham (represents His Covenant fellowship, His Body and Blood) Genesis 14:18-20.

Orphans/foreigners/gentiles who choose to believe and enter the kingdom of God are accepted, adopted, and baptised into the commonwealth of Israel as sons and daughters of Abraham and Sarah. An image of God, in Him, is the Father and Mother, Spirit is both.

Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise. At that time the son born according to the flesh persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now. But what does Scripture say? “Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman’s son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman’s son.” Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman. Galatians 4.

Priesthood in the order of Melchizedek is of the free woman, by spirit, in faith and righteousness; is both kingship and priesthood from God to man.

Priesthood in the order of Aaron is of the law, by flesh, slave woman, in fear and works, is priesthood from man to God.

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid. You heard Me say, ‘I am going away, and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it happens, so that when it does happen, you will believe. John 14.

Not at all, Miss Sampa. We like hearing from a zesty, outgoing, and most of all good-natured, gal like yourself. So post as much as you like. :)
O my gosh:hug::) Your sooo kind. I love how you engage here also and I think that you have the gift of encouragement.

PTSD sucks
I'm so sorry, yes it does. At work we were just talking about this because Friday was National make a dog day. It's a day for adopting dogs that have different types of handicaps or older and usually aren't the first choice. That led us to talking about PTSD dogs. Which led to talking about PTSD since someone there had no clue what it was. He's in his late 60s. Then we talked about how it doesn't have to do just with being in a war. And I used an example of my ex-boyfriend who had PTSD from a teenager that broke into his house and tried to kill him. I was on the phone with him one time and he thought someone was in his house that had locked the door. Because he couldn't get the door open he ended up breaking it down while he was on the phone with me. So many forms of it exist and it's just now getting recognized. I hope you have found some good counseling to help you work through it. There was a guy I was in correspondence with that was fighting in Afghanistan and after his buddy died he was starting to develop PTSD but never saw the help because he was afraid of letting down his comrades. During the time after I started doing research and I found it interesting that virtual reality was used to take the person back to the war zone and that helped them to work through PTSD. Have you been able to find any tools to help you through this?

I made my first remix using a MIDI from vgmusic.com/ along with Online Sequencer. I like how it turned out!

I'm thinking of remixing all the other Sonic CD stage themes too - it's a lot of fun!

Thank you. :) Hey, look at it this way; your own encouraging words, as seen above, can only further encourage me to continue trying to make use of the gift of encouragement that you so graciously say that I possess.

I made my first remix using a MIDI from vgmusic.com/ along with Online Sequencer. I like how it turned out! Here it is if you want to hear it:

Sonic CD (JP/EU) - Palmtree Panic Present (Remix)

I'm thinking of remixing all the other Sonic CD stage themes too - it's a lot of fun!

You know the topic of Sonic music here reminds me.

Throughout my 30 or so years as a career gamer since the dawning of the Sonic franchise, it always seemed to me that when fellow gamers spoke of all-time great video game music, they always would point to Green Hill zone's theme from the very first game, out of all the music in Sonic history. .... It's always the very first piece of music in the very first game of the franchise that everyone remembers most fondly, isn't it? (Super Mario being the other example of this phenomenon, even though I personally think the SMB1 stage 1 theme is actually horrible.)

Now don't get me wrong. I love the Green Hill zone theme. It's just I personally think it's played out and the Emerald Hill zone from the next game is actually better. ^-^

... Hmm. I just realized. ... Stage 1 is called Green Hill in the first game, then it's Emerald Hill in the next game.

Green ....

Emerald ......

Iiiiii sense a theme here.:eheh:

Hi Sampa! How are you? So, I feel like I have had PTSD my whole life. But, it mainly began for me at the age of 18. I am 32, almost 33 now. Umm, I pretty much feel like I know everything there is to know about PTSD, lol. It's just that last night and even tonight, I have been struggling a little mentally. Therefore, I just have to stay focused and get myself out of this rut. Thank you for replying and being so kind to me. God bless you!

Took the day off work to get some things done and extra sleep for sinuses. Just took the leap and finally ordered my first corset for my civil war era victorian Scarlett O'Hara pinstripe top gown costume for a girls get together in November. I previously had bought two dresses to put together from a resale shop. It's not totally authentic since the underlayer is a black prom dress, but overlayer is a unique find with a sheer White a split down the middle and pinstripe Victorian top.

I will have to shop around next for ribbon to tie around the waist with a bow in the back. Hopefully this corset does the job, I did quite a bit of research or finding what is best for my budget. I went with steel-boned.

On another interesting note, in recent news there was a guy that worked in the airline industry that went missing about a year ago and they found his body recently. When I saw his picture I wondered if it was somebody I had seen from online dating. And from what I read he was freshly divorced and on different sites that I had been on. Sounds like he had an unnamed girlfriend in San Francisco before he went missing. It's been on my mind since yesterday wondering if I had ever corresponded with him on one site. And there's also a guy that is eerily in the same industry that looks close to what he looks like with a different name that I never paid a subscription to respond to.

So weird to think of the people online you could be corresponding with that are affluent that you would never cross paths in your own local area in person. But also interesting to think of all the complications and criminal things that can happen with people you don't have friends of friends to bounce information off of.

I love wearing my dark, polarized, prescription wraparound glasses...

And I would wear them at all times, but sometimes I don't, because I feel that others think the worse of me if do...

I know, stupid of me, and I shouldn't care what anybody thinks...

...but, hey, our all pervading media has stigmatized it...

...and caused me to doubt...

*Or Am I just trippin...?

" They help you hide micro expressions when you want
One of the main reasons for wearing sunglasses all the time, even at night, is because they can hide your eyes. Sometimes, you may not want people to look at you and gauge your emotions right away. Eye movement and minute facial contractions can reveal anxiety, disgust, sadness or surprise and IQ too. So if you want to hide your feelings, or your intelligence level, sunglasses can help to do that."
The Pros and Cons of wearing sunglasses all the time

See what I mean?
