I was thinking, reading some past posts. And in particular Dragonfox and Bella gave me an idea.
This should apply to all relationships one has in his life. Family, friends, new acquaintances .... But in particular, I wish for my love towards my future Lady Knight - should she exist (and if not, then towards every lady I may ever hold romantic fondness for in the future should she never reciprocate, or only reciprocates for a time and then we must part for whatever reason) - to be patient, to be kind, to be humbled, and to keep no record of wrongs great or small. Everything Saint Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 13, but these four aspects in particular, I think.
Some of you in the past have seemingly cheered me on towards that end, towards becoming a true knight for not just one lady love, but all people, some day. With exceedingly gracious and encouraging words in some instances, as what Sampa, Bella, and GospelS have said of me before. Despite my failures in all of the ways of being a knight not just a few but many a time in the past, I'm going to keep trying thanks to you. And thus, I will take the example that I believe Dragonfox set for us once some time ago, and keep praying, focusing on it like a mantra, for my love for someone to ultimately (while already it cannot be perfect like Jesus' love would be) be patient, kind, humbled, and seeking no competition or rivalry of any sort with her. Who am I, after all, to
not try to be all of those things towards the one woman gracious enough to accept
my heart

and resign herself to being shackled to
me? ^-^
