I am sorry, @Swan7 and @CodyFaith . I was too hard on you both in my responses to you. I stand by my principles, but it was not right of me to suggest that either of you were foolish or blasphemers or uncaring because you do not believe the same as I do in this area of theology.

No worries. Water off a ducks back, as they say. Water under the bridge. I know people will come out swinging with emotion (I do it too sometimes). It's hard to convey meaning, especially if we misunderstand where someone is coming from.

No, Swan, what I was trying to say was that I believe that I alone would be blaspheming God if I willfully went back to the traditional view on this after everything I have seen, heard, and experienced, just because it is the majority view. But none of the rest of you are me, nor have you gone through - to my knowledge - obsessive compulsive disorder with this kind of thing like I have.

You're right, I have not experienced OCD. Just like you have not experienced what I have with men. Of course there's gonna be differences with all of us since we are made unique. No jewel is the same on that breastplate, so neither are we. The only thing we have in common is being made in His image - which speaks volumes.

If I am gonna boast my weaknesses, I better do it because God makes me strong in them.

I apologize if I have not handled arguments well. I am not an emotionally strong person and it is hard for me to deal with different views. I felt angry and hurt and I let it bother me even after doing so well for a while. I have prayed for all of us.

I will stay on CF for now, but I really ought to spend less time here. I really need a new hobby or something to make that possible, though.

But on a happier note:

I'm gonna make some more cute Floppy Puppies! I just have to decide which fabrics and sizes to use. These ones won't have any plastic pellets in them because I used them up. I will have to decide what to do about the eyes and nose too...it seems to be hard to embroider on anything with a pile that isn't very short, but we'll see. The only plastic eyes I have left are blue ones so that wouldn't give me much variety.

Oh yeah, I also made it to 5,000 ratings yesterday.

Going to be meeting with the attorney in a few hours from now. I'll also be meeting up with someone who's interested in restarting and old Christian band of mine from the past. It's really interesting how God works; the attorney actually found out about me through someone else, and reached out to me for a consultation. He was interested in the project and does want to see it succeed. Also, no one I messaged on another site (regarding the band) got back with me. But, this guy came across my profile and messaged me instead, and wants to be our new drummer. The old members of the group weren't really serious about having it take off professionally, but this guy is very excited, serious and has a passion for glorifying God through music. Prayers for both meetings today would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes the Lord does allow things we don't expect, and does close certain doors. But at the same time, He does come through for those who love Him, and also opens doors no one can shut. He really does love us more than we can possibly fathom, and does bring the right people and opportunities into our lives in His perfect timing. Yes that sounds sappy, but that's tough; I'm going to be sappy today.

Glad you're not leaving, Multifavs. And there's no reason to apologize. You've certainly come a long way, and I was impressed by how you were able to forgive and handle the situation yesterday. I think you are doing a lot better overall, but it does take time and practice I'm sure. Hope today goes much better for you.

Just got a text asking me how I was voting in November....... Like I'm going to waste my time doing that as if it matters....... put up legitimate options instead of cookie cutter politicians that are only concerned with lining their own pockets than the welfare of the city, state or country that elected them and I WOULD get out and vote.......

Also it's funny. I've had this number for over 10 years and they STILL think its owned by some guy named Allan....
