.... If I were to change the relationship status under my avatar tomorrow from "single" to "in relationship", ... would you all instantly believe it and start asking about her? Or instead be like, "Awww, that's so cute, SK. You're playing pretend."

My boss at work gave me a lift home as I was walking back from the convenience store. He mentioned I packed on a lot of weight since I went on hiatus, trying to make it sound humourous.

I find it interesting because what I noticed about Arabs is that they're very blunt and hard spoken people. When the boss yells out orders, I never take it personally because I know that's how they interact with each other on a daily basis. They could talk about the weather and it sound like they're having a heated argument.

I'm hopefully taking my last pop tonight and I'm switching to water. Be prepared for any bad attitude I may put on in the coming days.

OMM: Forgiveness.

Forgiving isn't easy. It takes time and patience. It's like a skill and must be learned and practiced. Forgiving someone doesn't mean you'll never again feel angry, hurt, etc. but it does help you. Sometimes you'll have to forgive someone over and over, but don't give up. Try to be kind and patient and keep praying, even if it seems hopeless. God can work wonders and miracles, but He may be waiting for another time.
