Much better thank you! I wasn't able to exercise for two and a half weeks and finally got to Aqua jog Wednesday and we'll go to another class today. In strength training with a trainer tomorrow morning. Some changes at work have also lifted some burdens. I pray the Lord continues to bless you and the relationships around you.

I hope you’re well and enjoying some much needed down time. I’m glad you rekindled the thread and will have an excursion to see your friend before the cold comes.

I’m immersed in the Outlander series (book 6) and delighting in the exploits of a Scottish Laird! I haven’t watched the series (on Netflix) but I plan to when I’m done. The audio books are entertaining and Divina Porter is a brilliant narrator. Given your affinity for chivalry you might be interested.

Praying for wisdom. I'm not sure what to say since the my old friend sent me a message saying she was glad to see me alive. I'm afraid to open a can of worms and not sure how to approach it.

Also praying because my department heads husband just got hit by a car today while he was maneuvering his wheelchair. He's gone through an incredible healthcare crisis these last two years and I can't imagine what pain he's in right now. He had to be flown out to a major city.
