PBS Lucy Worsley's Royal Myths & Secrets. This is pretty good and this is the second DVD I have watched of her on Royal life. She makes it interesting and inspires me to want to check out more historical DVDs from the library.

Chef’s Table. This episode’s focus is Italian food. Massimo Bottura is the chef. His dishes are incredible.

Rick and Morty.. thus far it's been an underwhelming experience. I heard the creators are SJWs so I'm not sure if this possible fact is tainting my judgment.

This game looks really interesting and creative. I love how unique it is, in a market that's oversaturated with the same rehashed ideas. The puzzle solving aspect and concept of playing as a cat seem fun, as does the overall look and graphics. No sure about the added element of having a personal drone though as it seems like a needless gimmick, or setting it in a futuristic seemingly post-apocalyptic environment. But it's still a very creative idea and looks like an entertaining game for casual gamers like myself.

Ah, Peterson. Bless his heart, I think he's putting too much faith in the system. In my experience, comp sci was the way to go. There was so much potential in the industry. It wasn't until after I was through it that I discovered how superficial the work actually is. Don't get me wrong, it pays well, but jobs just aren't what they used to be. There are times when I regret not having chosen a more blue collar profession.

What would you have selected in its place?

I didn't have an alternative plan, programming was where my passion was. But I know people who took a blue collar route and are comparatively doing better. I made sacrifices, probably too many, under the false impression that a degree-oriented path was the route you have to take to find a measure of success in life. Well, I'm still single, and it left me unfulfilled whereas friends who settled for jobs I never would have opted for ended up with households and families.

So, yeah, I'm listening to Peterson's spiel and while I think he's right he's just not factoring in the disillusionment the world and its ways can land people in.
