You might want to keep in mind that the system of theology that a person adheres to greatly influence's their view of the endtimes.

Covenant Theology has the options of historic pre millennialism, amillenialism, post millenialism and partial preterism

Dispensational Theology has its own version of pre millennialism. To be dispensational you have to be premillenial but to be pre millennial you dont have to be dispensational. It also teaches the pre tribulation rapture but there are a few that dont. Its also gotten a lot of attention lately with the Left Behind books.
