What does the term "Dominion" even mean?

It's a manga/anime series set in a dystopian future. With tank police.

Well, it probably also has some other meaning that no one cares about.

What on earth are they doing in our elections?

Apparently after they lost the war, the Changelings have gone into the elections equipment business. The Vorta seem like they'd make good election auditors.

I think you're on the wrong election. It's now 2020.
It's obviously hacked by Russians. It happened then and it happened this time. The election results are illegitimate.

Yes, they loaded in 100,000 ballots of fake Biden votes and counted them one at a time. "ONE fraudulent Biden vote ah-hah-hah. TWO fraudulent Biden votes ah-hah-hah. THREE..." And this witness heard each and every ballot as it was counted. Sounds quite plausible.
At one ballot every 30 seconds, ... it would take 35 days to count 100,000 ballots this way ... if you counted 24 hours a day ...

So then why would a whole party pursue the idea for four years... Unless they were a cult?
The idea of Russia trying to influence the election through social media and influencing people, and not through actual hacking of the results? I know everyone here seems to be facetious at the moment but make the jokes hit a little bit better.

The GOP didn't spend a full 4 years investigating the 2016 election, even if they did come up with some interesting results.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/powe...f95a6a-58f6-11e8-8836-a4a123c359ab_story.html

The Senate Intelligence Committee has determined the U.S. intelligence community was correct in assessing Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the aim of helping then-candidate Donald Trump, contradicting findings House Republicans reached last month.

“We see no reason to dispute the [intelligence community’s] conclusions,” the committee’s chairman, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), said Wednesday in a joint statement with its vice chair, Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-Va.), who added: “Our staff concluded that the ... conclusions were accurate and on point. The Russian effort was extensive, sophisticated, and ordered by President Putin himself for the purpose of helping Donald Trump and hurting Hillary Clinton.”
As for the GOP Senators who worked on this investigation being a cult, well, I can't really say.

Here's what they're planning (minus some of the editorialising):
  • Supports restoring taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood.
  • Opposes all federal and state laws that prohibit or restrict abortion.
  • Supports “medically accurate, LGBTQ+ inclusive, age-appropriate sex education.”
  • Supports rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement.
  • Supports applying a carbon adjustment fee at the border to products from countries that “fail to live up to their commitments under the Paris Climate Agreement.”
  • Supports a national goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions for all new buildings by 2030.
  • Supports restoration of voting rights for the formerly incarcerated. (This means that former felons would now be able to vote.)
  • Supports the banning of fracking to remain energy independent of Middle-East oil.
  • Supports a nationwide minimum wage of $15 an hour
  • Supports the banning of all semi-automatic weapons such as the AR-15.
Sounds nearly ideal to me....

I'm sure this does sound nearly ideal to an atheist. BTW this is "Christian" Forums.
