I prefer driving above all else. I'll take a plane if I have to, but it's rather uncomfortable...just taking off and landing alone is nerve-wrecking to me.
As for trains...well, I know I've been on one, but I don't remember it. I'd like to take trains some time...but for now, I've got a car and a thrill for the road. :D

My dad had one...I have very fond memories of this little thing...I'd LOVE to have one myself.

We used to have '67 German model as family car in mint condition back in the '90's.... Was angry at dad for selling it!!!

My dad always wanted to be an airline pilot growing up, started taking lessons but ran out of money. He became an engineer instead.

Same here but I never took the first step, never had the money.

But I was able to procure a simulator app called "X-Plane" which is the same app used in our local flying schools and a well known aircraft company called Scaled Composites. I actually learned to operate the radios, navigation, autopilot, make "instrument" pattern flying and landing in near zero visibility in the simulator. I practically memorized the training manual that came with the sim.

The hardest part was learning to fly a helicopter in that sim. Took me three weeks before I could hover an R22 without accident! But after that, everything was easy.

I'm a car guy so... Too many choices!

My two favorite cars I've owned were a 1970 Torino GT and a 1965 GTO...

I currently drive the best vehicle for where I live and my lifestyle, which is a modified 2014 Ram 1500. Gets me wherever I need to go in the woods and pulls my camper and hauls whatever I need to haul. Bought it new and it has been a great truck...

My Mom when she was around my age or a little younger also had a GTO! :)

I love Dodges, they're probably my favorite truck.

My Dad's favorite car though and he had always wanted one was a 1932 Cord:

My Dad though for a really long time worked with a train company so I grew up hearing a lot about trains, being around them having pictures and posters of them. I think we even have a train set my Dad got one year but never put it together. lol

I like the modern trains they have now that look very closely to bullets lol but I loveee the old steam trains.

Never? You really should - it's great.

I've been on planes since i was little, still fly reasonably often and it never gets old.

Nope, but I won't say I will never in the future get on a plane. Stranger things have happened. lol But I do love road tripping.. in the car. Maybe it's the false sense of security, maybe it's just I love scenery.. :satisfied:
