90% effective with 5800 people infected? That is just right now! Let me ask you this. Over the last 15 years, how many people who got the smallpox vaccine got smallpox? The answer? Zero. There has not been a smallpox case since 1977. The difference? The smallpox vaccine is a true vaccine of the virus..
In the last 15 years, how many people GOT the smallpox vaccine? Close to if not absolutely zero. It is not routinely given anymore. How many unvaccinated people got infected with smallpox? Zero. The main difference is that a sufficient number of people were vaccinated so that the virus lost its vector and disappeared from the wild.

This will not happen with Covid-19.

How do you determine that?
Well, I took the time to carefully comb this thread for posts where the matter of individual self-determination and concern for the greater society was clearly raised. And the results, I think are not convincing either way.

To summarize: on my analysis:

Number of Christian posters who appear to think "it's all about me": 3
Number of non-Christian posters who appear to think "it's all about me": 0

Number of Christian posters who appear to think we need care for others: 3
Number of non-Christian posters who appear to think we need care for others: 1

Given the low sample size, the subjectivity of identifying posts which fall into these categories, and differences in the populations of Christians and non-Christians on this site, I think the evidence is non-conclusive either way.

Which really means that we all should calm down ... and wait to see what the next six months to a year looks like ...

That's why I wouldn't mind waiting that long to get the shots. I'd rather wait six months to a year and see what the long-term effects are of getting the shots.

Irrelevant.

I had asked for evidence of under-reporting of vaccine side-effects. This does not provide any such evidence.

They do. Your denial doesn't change that.

Since you identify as "christian", I'm surprised you posted these numbers. Do you believe it's "all about you"?

No they do not. Please do not misrepresent.

Continuing in denial won't get you closer to the truth, nor can anyone help you until you take that first step.

It is, of course, not a coincidence that you posted a link without elaborating the content.

Kind of reminds us of the link to the Nazi site. But enough of that debacle.

If readers actually take the time - as I did - to open these links and read them, we find a veritable Gish Gallop of material entirely irrelevant to the matter on the table: whether there is systematic under-estimation of the deleterious effects of vaccines

Now then: Precisely, how does the information in those links demonstrate this?

And, be warned. I think I know the angle you will take to try to bend this information into what you want it to represent. Be prepared to be handed your hat (again).

It is always the same with you guys. You post links. And what do these links turn out to be? Either

(a) crackpot sites/videos manifesting a dizzying array of lunacy and worse (e.g., the anti-vax doctor who spent her Wednesday, January 6th rioting in the Capitol building and not doing her job).

(b) irrelevant material - as is the case here.

You know you have been caught (once more) in misrepresentation.

But, prithee, put me in my place: show the rest of us precisely how the data in those links support the claim that injuries due to vaccinations are being misrepresented to us.

Meanwhile: Explosion in Covid spread -- in a nation without a high level of mask wearing in recent months, and without a high level of vaccination yet:

It's going to mean a lot of deaths....

Covid exploding upward in India exponentially

Good grief, just open the links and read them. Quit complaining so much.

I have read them.

If they really did support the claim you represent them as supporting, you would be able to explain it to us.

As it is, your silence speaks volumes.
