  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

and a Hungarian AK47! ^_^

Xfinity is kind of famous for having funky customer service, their only downside. But one thing I like to do is get ONLINE AND CHAT with them!!! Go to the chat in their website (search for it) and talk to the Filipino customer service folks. They're EAGER to give you the best deal where the Americans are "meh" about it. I told them about my wife being from Baguio, Philippines, and they chatted up with me and gave me some bargains a few times! I got HBO and Showtime for free for about six months TWICE thanks to my pinoy brethren overseas with Xfinity! ^_^

Sounds great! I'm excited to finally switch over! I'll check out the home security as well...since we're living in town in an old historic home, our home security isn't great right now.

We are about as far from the telephone exchange as you can get and still get decent speed, but our provider recently brought on Netflix, on which they apparently try to maintain a certain quality of service, which means every afternoon/evening my speeds go deep into the toilet and don't crawl back out again until the wee hours of the morning because everyone else is watching movies or TV shows at that time :(

Hi,

For years and years, I have searched for the correct clothes that people never see. Yes, if I have surgery my doctor can see those types of clothes, of which I speak.

Fredrick's of Hollywood and HerRoom have many brands. I have found a brand that finally works for me. It is Rail.

So now I wear undieRails, but I refuse to take them off, even if I am to get surgery. So, I am undieRailable, at least until I die. That is unless someone finds the fatal flaw. I couldn't believe it. One day, I was working. No one ever sees my Rails, but I tore my pants on a nail. Sure enough the Rails took a hit. The nail impacted them. A thread shown. I clipped it, hoping it was salvageable, and it worked. It was even there, just as you said, an undieRail thread, only.

Only, years passed. Rails went Viral and everyone I knew was buying Rail underwear. And, like all things of humans, success went to their heads. They started making blouses, and skirts. We all love those too, but. But now any loose threads from those are from normal Rails. In Spain and Mexico and maybe Italy, those loose threads, are called Thread de Rail, no longer just Thread de undieRail.

I'll work out the bugs in the logic. This hurt my brain.

FYI.

LOVE,

Well, it depends. Some of them are more Mama June.
Well, in the zombie apocalypse I'm sure Mama June would probably be safer to be around.
Daisy Duke would easily out run me, leaving me as zombie fodder, whereas Mama June would keep a horde of zombies distracted, allowing me to make my escape :D

Why do I hear "Simple Man" from Lynyrd Skynyrd in my head while reading the last four or five posts?

Hungarian AK47!

How do they compare to the Soviet era Russian model, if you might know?

Yeah one of my good friends is trying to get internet access being so isolated outside of Watsonville and they were trying to charge her a grip and won't even bargain with her plus the guy who owns the house but never there heard the price and was like NO!

The Russian AK's, Polish, and Hungarian are very, very similar. The Russians use a stamped receiver and the parts are almost identical. Even the dust cover looks the same. The Hungarian kits are VERY nice, but the gold standard for parts is POLISH. The Polish are just amazing. The machining work the Polish do on their AK's is scary good. The Hungarian machining is very nice, possibly a notch above the Russians.

The Russians switched to AK 74's in the mid 1970's. They quit using 7.62 x 39 mm. They went to the AK 74 which shoots 5.45 x 39. They use a bullet that has a hollowed-out channel in it called a "poison bullet." The Afghanis called the 5.45 the "poison bullet" because it's built to 'tumble' when it hits you, grinding your organs up. The 5.56 NATO that the U.S. started using in Vietnam was supposed to tumble as well, but the Russians achieved a more cruel variant. The wound diagrams are awfully sick to look at with that rifle!

I'm still a fan of the old AK 47. I like the 7.62 round better.
I might get another one. I have my Hungarian from DDI. I might get a milled receiver gun one of these days. I was REALLY considering an OPAP Yugo M70 AK47. That sucker is nasty! Big bulged trunnions, heavier longer stocks, 1.6 mm receiver, double-stack bolts, accurate as heck, but they're dirtier guns because they don't have chrome-lined barrels. The Serbs build them without it for better accuracy. Most terrorist AK's you see are Zastava M70's.

How do they compare to the Soviet era Russian model, if you might know?

I should post a picture of my cousin. She's never left the country - and she's gorgeous. Married, with two babies - and just beautiful. Can handle a shotgun, goes fishing, hunting, big ole hound dogs in the yard, charming Southern country accent. So yes, kind of like Daisy Duke.

But she doesn't dress in quite as short shorts. I think everyone would be scandalized. Pretty much everyone up there does go to church, after all.
