The OP clearly states Satan isn't bound from all evil, as "Deceiving The Nations" is confined to one specific purpose, gathering the Nations/Kings to battle.

REVELATION refers to spiritual battles between believers and unbelievers. REVELATION does not refer to temporal battles like WW1 and WW2 between the Allied nations(= eg USA, UK and France) and Axis powers(= eg Germany, Italy and Turkey).

In some liberal Blue States in USA, Christian bakers, florists, etc, are being prosecuted/persecuted by the local governments for not providing goods or services to homosexuals. In 2014 to 2016, ISIS have executed many Iraqi and Syrian Christians for not converting to Islam. This is the kind of spiritual warfare referred to in REVELATION, eg giving up their lives for Christ - those who keep their lives will lose eternal life.

Remember, most of the apostles of Jesus Christ were executed by the Romans for not worshipping the Roman Emperor as one of the Gods. During WW1 & 2, some Korean Christians were executed by the Japanese Colonial Army for not worshipping the Japanese Emperor as God.
... Similarly, a time is coming soon when many Christian believers will be prosecuted/persecuted/executed by the world's governments. Thereafter, the Lord/God Jesus Christ will return to earth to deliver/save His people and seek vengeance against the unbelievers.(1THESS.4:16)

No Job 1:6-7 does not even suggest Satan was in heaven, he was in the earth walking to and fro.

The sons of God are those that have faith in God, presenting themselves before the Lord cold be prayer.

The son's of God are not angels.

What is in a person's heart? Love of God or something else? God tests your heart.

Soul - Soul is intrinsic. Who are you, and what is your character? How do you identify yourself? Do you identify yourself as a child of God? Do you work to build God's Kingdom? Do you work to get to know God, and grow in Faith, and accept his Spirit, and build Godly Character in you? Your choices show your character.

Many people claim they have a Body, Soul, and Spirit. What is a Spirit?

Spirit - Spirits effect motivation. How are you motivated and toward what ends? The Bible tells you to test The Spirits. What Spirit is someone of?

Revelation chapter 12 must be viewed through the reality that the Book of Revelation is not in chronological order.
The beginning of chapter 12 is a history lesson, which includes the fall of Satan and the birth and death of Christ. These are past events.

Revelation 20 is saying that ONLY Satan was actually locked into the bottomless pit. It is a symbol that he cannot deceive the nations (Gentiles) so that the church could be built.

But when we read in Revelation 12...

Contary to popular belief, the heaven in verse 7 was not talking about literal heaven where God is. Rather the heaven symbolics the kingdom of heaven where woman dwells. The woman is the congregation of Israel. IN this case BEFORE the cross is old testament congregation. In verse 9, not only Satan was cast out but also his angels (messengers - false prophets and christs). Please notice that they were cast out of the kingdom of heaven (not to be confused with literal heaven) in a sense that they are no longer among the congregation of Israel, accusing brethern all day long. That is why in verse 10, the salvation has come through the New Testament congregation AFTER the cross.

Like I said, you got wrong heaven. God was not talking about Satan appearing before Him in heaven. Rather he was in kingdom of heaven where congregation of Israel dwells, on earth. Christ Jesus has "cleaned the house" by cast Satan and false prophts and christs out of old testament congregaiton which has fallen along with the death of Christ. And in three days, Christ rebuilt the congregation. This time includes with the Gentiles where Satan will not be able to deceive them until the building of the church is complete!

As long as you got heaven right. The reason why people believe there was a war in literal heaven where God is is that of the belief is that the Serpent was once an angel. This whole myth is based on these passages where it says the Serpent led a war in heaven, which he lost and he and his army of angels were cast down. Thus the fallen angel myth perpetrated in the church today. Surely you've heard of it.

Satan was never an angel and was never in heaven (where God is) and never led a army of rebellious angels to war against Michael the arch angel and his good angels. Revelation 12, like the rest of Revelation, is all about symbolism, not talking about literal heaven and literal fallen Angels as the vast majority of Christians believe. It's not a literal Dragon/Serpent, a literal pregnant Woman in heaven with literal stars on her head or Devil tails casting down stars. How the church has come to believe this is literally talking about heaven is a mind scrambler. Yet here we are.

Satan was defeated and was bound by Christ at the Cross so that "he could not deceive the nations (Gentiles) for a thousand year" which is a symbolical period for the church building." After the "fulness of the Gentiles be coming into" the church is finished, Satan will be loosened once again to deceive the nations (Gentiles) so they will no longer find salvation.

Satan was not bound for the world but the CHURCH! Satan was still the prince of the air during the church age but he was not able to keep Gentiles from being "spoiled by Christ" through the Gospel that church brought to the world. Selah!

Think about it. Can a physical chain bind spiritual beings? No. the chain has a spiritual signification which you need to find within the Scripture.

Satan is a spirit. A spirit of disobedience. It is within those people who disobey.

If Satan has not been bound so that Gentiles can be saved, then we are not saved today. The Scripture is clear that Satan, a strong man, must be bind in order for Christ to spoil people out of his house (world). This is how the kingdom of God has established on earth through the Church! [28] But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
[29] Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

If you believe that Satan has not yet bound then the Kingdom of God has not come and we are not saved today. You need to read Revelation 12:10 where it said "now salvation has come" after Satan was cast out.

False. It is because you misunderstood about the heaven. It was not literal heaven where Satan, a spirit of disobedience, is allowed to stand before Holy God in heaven for discussion.
