Your Bible quote is about the the very existence of the universe implying the existence of someone that made it. It says nothing about the how that someone made it.

The scientific investigation into origins has always been about how the universe became what it is today, NOT who, if anyone, started it.

Even if science found incontrovertible evidence for God, the evidence of how He fashioned the universe would still exist and would still point to an ancient Earth, common ancestry and evolution of life, and a non-literal interpretation of Genesis.

Heres a little video that can explain reality or perhaps how we see reality. I dont necessarily agree with some of the conclusions but it give you an idea about how quantum physics is changing our views on what reality is.

The flip side of what the video says is that maybe the universe is controlled by a supernatural agent and this can explain how things dont add up for what we are seeing with reality. Maybe the quantum world is how God works and when we can see that a particle can instantaneously travel across an entire universe (in other words appear to be in two places at the same time) is actually the qualities of God. Maybe a particle having the possibility of being in many places at the same time is the qualities of God we are seeing. Maybe what we see is just an illusion and there is more to our existence than this material world. Scientists are nowhere near working this out. Its a puzzling spanner in the works that doesn't make sense in the scheme of things.

Hmmm, debatable. The collapse of the wavefunction is something that isn't fully understood or agreed upon. To say that reality changes based on the 'intent' of the observer is somewhat disengenuous.

The observer effect in quantum physics is, frankly, very weird and nobody fully understands it as of yet.

Just saying there is a creator means nothing if we can not find or know who or where the creator is.
What if it turns out that the creators were alien beings who long ago died out along with the planet they came from?
All you are doing is making something up in the absence of evidence, what good is that doing anyone? Why not wait until we actually know something before we all fall to our knees? It's like seeing a shooting star and jumping to the conclusion that we are being attacked by aliens from outer space.

I liked the alien theory when I was a kid, but the scriptures
ring true and describe the sate of man and explain why evil
exists and why people behave the way they do accurately.

The alien-probe stories do not provide any insights nor do
the Chariots of the gods stories offer any value.

The scriptures win for accuracy on content even
though the historical accounts require faith.
