Update - my nephew is out of immediate danger of death. 45% burns, though, and a lot of issues. He’s still in a burn unit ICU and will be for some time to come. My thanks for your prayers!

That I might find a parish that I can be received into Holy Orthodoxy in and with which is traditional and I'm able to be a faithful Orthodox Christian (that I can feel at ease enough to do so).

Lord have mercy! don't worry so much about the parish being traditional. you be traditional, make sure the parish is close and loving.

I don’t know if there is a patron saint, but I’d request the intercession of St Anna. She is often asked to intercede for those trying to conceive.

My nephew got out of surgery the other evening. It took much longer than expected but they were able to get a lot done. They had to harvest almost all of the skin from his back to do grafts on the severely burnt areas of his body.
At this time he is still intubated and completely sedated and on a ventilator. They did this because he needs to remain flat and that could be too painful for his body. Also his body needs time to rest and recoup.
They will likely to more skin grafts next week once he has time to heal some.
